when the data acquisition device does not acquire the dot matrix data on the notes of the Mekentin trisection method or the notes of the Essen philosophy trisection method within a preset time length from the current moment, the data acquisition device sends a first dot matrix data packet before the current moment to the terminal; the first lattice data packet comprises pen point track information and a data acquisition device ID;
the terminal receives a first dot matrix data packet sent by the data acquisition device according to the ID of the data acquisition device;
the terminal analyzes the pen point track information to obtain the content of a first column, the content of a second column and the content of a third column of a note, and page numbers corresponding to the content of the first column, the content of the second column and the content of the third column;
the terminal determines the page numbers of the contents in the first column, the contents in the second column and the contents in the third column in an electronic notebook of the terminal according to the page numbers;
the terminal displays the content of the first column, the content of the second column and the content of the third column on the page number of the electronic notebook;
the terminal performs character recognition on the content of the first column, the content of the second column and the content of the third column to obtain recognition results; the recognition result comprises a note type, a special symbol and adjacent characters of the special symbol; the note types comprise a McKensin trisection note and an Essen philosophy trisection note;
when the note type is the Mekentin trisection note, the terminal determines that the third column is an action column, or when the note type is the Essen philosophy trisection note, the terminal determines that the first column is the action column; the action bar comprises backlogs;
and the terminal processes the backlog corresponding to the special symbol according to the preset meaning of the special symbol and the adjacent character of the special symbol.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the special symbols comprise a first character for identifying a label for the backlog, a second character for identifying a name, a third character for identifying a time, and a fourth character for identifying a priority of the backlog.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the processing, by the terminal, the to-do-items corresponding to the special symbol according to the preset meaning of the special symbol and the adjacent character of the special symbol specifically includes:
when the recognition result comprises a first character, the terminal determines the item to be handled according to the first character;
when the to-do-list item also comprises a second character, searching a preset user registry according to the user ID behind the second character;
when the user registration table comprises the user ID, determining the contact way of the user ID;
and sending the backlog through the contact way.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the processing, by the terminal, the to-do-items corresponding to the special symbol according to the preset meaning of the special symbol and the adjacent character of the special symbol specifically includes:
when the identification result comprises a third character, generating first time reminding information for reminding a user that backlog is about to start according to the starting time corresponding to the third character; the first time reminding information comprises reminding time and reminding content;
and reminding the user to process the to-do item according to the first time reminding information.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising, after the method:
generating second time reminding information for confirming whether the backlog is processed or not according to the starting time and the ending time; the second time reminding information comprises selection information;
displaying the selection information;
receiving confirmation information of a user aiming at the selection information;
and updating the state of the backlog according to the confirmation information.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein the processing, by the terminal, the to-do-items corresponding to the special symbol according to the preset meaning of the special symbol and the adjacent character of the special symbol specifically includes:
and when the recognition result comprises a fourth character, setting priority for the backlog according to the fourth character.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a keyword retrieval instruction; wherein the keyword retrieval instruction comprises a keyword;
and searching the recognition result according to the keywords, and displaying the content of the keywords in the recognition result.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the note type is the Markingtin triage note, generating a catalog according to the content of a first column and the page number corresponding to the first column;
and when an operation instruction of a user at a page number is received, jumping to the corresponding page number.

displaying a sending page according to the pen point track information of the sending button;
