The sample position mark is recorded with sample position information. In this example, each sample is contained in a test tube. For the batch detection and analysis of being convenient for, the test tube is placed in the test-tube rack, and the test-tube rack is equipped with a plurality of test tube jacks that are used for placing the test tube, the test tube is inserted and is located in each test tube jack. The sample position information comprises the frame number of the test tube rack in which the test tubes containing the samples are placed and the position number of the test tube position. The sample position mark is used for recording the position of the sample and distinguishing and marking the corresponding test tube jack position.
In this step, each test tube containing a sample is correspondingly provided with a unique sample item information identifier. Each test tube rack is provided with a test tube jack for holding a test tube, and a unique sample position mark is also distributed on each test tube rack. After the test tubes are placed in the test tube rack, the sample item information marks and the sample position marks form a one-to-one corresponding relation.
It will be appreciated that the sample location indicator may take various forms and may be provided at any location on the tube rack. The test tube rack can also be provided with consistent sample position marks at a plurality of positions, such as frame number marks of the test tube rack arranged on the side surface and the top surface of the test tube rack, and position number marks arranged on the top surface of the test tube rack. In this embodiment, the sample position identification of the test tube rack and the sample item information identification of the test tube both adopt bar codes, and the bar codes can be arranged on the test tube rack and the test tube in a silk-screen printing mode, a laser mode, a labeling mode or an etching mode. The user can read the bar code through the bar code reading device and obtain the corresponding information carried on the bar code. In this embodiment, the bar codes carrying different identification information are attached to the test tube and the test tube rack, respectively.
In another embodiment of the present invention, in the step S11, the samples may be further divided into a plurality of sample groups according to the sample item information identifier, and then corresponding sample position identifiers are respectively set corresponding to the samples according to the group of each sample group. The sample position identifiers may further include group information identifiers corresponding to group settings of the sample group and individual position identifiers corresponding to individual sample settings. The group information identification is used for recording the group information of each sample group and recording, presenting or distinguishing the group of each sample group, and the individual position identification is used for identifying the setting position of each sample, so that each sample is endowed with unique individual position information.
The sample can be divided into a quality control sample, a conventional sample, a RET sample, a push sheet special test sample, a maintenance sample and the like according to the application, and can also be the application defined by a user. The user can set the above multiple samples into a quality control sample group, a conventional sample group, a RET sample group, a special test sample group for a push sheet, a sample group for maintenance and the like according to the category setting of the samples, or the user-defined purpose corresponding group, and insert the classified test tubes into test tube racks with different group information identifications or different areas with different group information identifications of the same test tube rack according to the group of the sample group, thereby setting the sample position identifications of the test tube racks correspondingly.
