Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a function configuration system provided in the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention provides a function configuration method and a system of a gas detector, which can enable the gas detector to be switched at will under three functions (gas detection function, gas detection + data forwarding function and data forwarding function) by adding a repeater function (data conversion) in the gas detector, without adding a repeater, thereby avoiding the increase of power consumption. In order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a functional configuration method of a gas detector according to the present invention includes:
s100, configuring the equipment type of the gas detector, and selecting whether to add the function of a repeater or not;
s200, switching between a relay detection function and a relay function according to the disconnection state of the gas detector and the sensor;
and S300, the gas detector with the repeater function transmits the gas concentration data of other gas detectors to the gas alarm control host.
In the embodiment, by selecting whether to add the repeater function, the gas detector can only maintain the existing gas detection function (that is, the gas detector only serves as the gas detector, collects the gas concentration data of the sensor and sends the data to the gas alarm control host) or add the repeater function; and further selecting whether the gas detector is compatible with a gas detection function and a repeater function at the same time (namely the gas detector can be used as the gas detector and the repeater at the same time, collects and sends sensor data to the gas alarm control host, and forwards gas concentration data to other equipment (the gas detector or the gas alarm control host) in the same network) or only has the repeater function (namely the gas detector is used as the repeater, does not collect the gas concentration data of the sensor, and only can receive the gas concentration data transmitted by other gas detectors and forwards the gas concentration data to other equipment in the same network) according to the connection and disconnection state of the sensor.
In this embodiment, the step S100 specifically includes:
and step 110, entering a password input interface when the code input key is pressed under the standard interface of the gas detector.
In this step, the gas detector (all called an online wireless gas detector) directly displays the standard interface after being started, and the password input interface can be accessed by pressing the password input key on the standard interface. The code input key consists of an OK key and an M key which are arranged on the gas detector, and the password input interface can be accessed by long pressing the OK key and the M key.
And 120, entering a type configuration interface after judging that the input password is correct, and configuring the corresponding equipment type according to the input parameters.
In this step, it is determined whether the input password is correct, such as the input password 1111, and then the type configuration interface is entered. The function of the gas detector can be prevented from being tampered by others through password input, and the overall work of the system is prevented from being influenced.
The type configuration interface displayed on the display screen of the gas detector displays TP (type) abbreviation on the left side and parameters corresponding to a certain type on the right side. In this embodiment, the device type corresponding to each parameter is preset, and if the parameter is 00, it indicates that the device type is a gas detector, and at this time, the function of a repeater (the function of the repeater, that is, the data forwarding function) is not added, but only the function of the gas detector is provided; when the parameter is 01, the type of the equipment is double equipment, namely the gas detector and the repeater, the repeater function is added, and the gas detector and the repeater function are simultaneously realized. The corresponding equipment type can be entered by inputting the corresponding parameters.
And step 130, when the type of the equipment is detected to be double equipment, configuring the ZigBee module into a routing mode to increase the function of the repeater.
In this step, if the MCU in the gas detector detects that the input parameter is 01, it indicates that a repeater function is added to the gas detector. At the moment, the MCU sends a configuration instruction to the ZigBee module, so that the ZigBee module can be configured into a routing mode. The ZigBee module model is preferably ZM32P2S24E, a telegenic electronic.
The ZigBee module has an advantage in that it still has all the functions of the terminal device (capable of receiving wireless data and transmitting wireless data) when it is in the routing mode (i.e. has a repeater function, and is capable of forwarding data). Equivalently, the repeater and the gas detector are integrated, and when modules are arranged on site, the type of the ZigBee module can be flexibly set according to requirements. The gas detector configured in this way not only has the existing gas detection function, but also has the function of a repeater (namely, the gas detector can receive data sent by other gas detectors and wirelessly transmits the data to the gas alarm control host 6).
It should be understood that the configuration in step S100 is to determine whether to add a repeater function to the gas detector by inputting parameters. After the addition, whether to use the repeater function in the subsequent specific application process, that is, whether to coexist with the gas detection function or to separately have the repeater function, needs to be implemented by the configuration of step S200. The step S200 specifically includes:
step 210, entering a mode configuration interface, and inputting corresponding parameters to set the connection state of the gas detector and the sensor.
In this step, on the type configuration interface, the mode configuration interface can be entered by clicking an up key or a down key by using an infrared remote controller. And inputting corresponding parameters on the mode configuration interface to select whether to connect the sensor.
Step 220, when the gas detection instrument is connected with the sensor, the gas detection instrument is switched to a detection relay function; when the gas detector is not connected to the sensor, the gas detector switches to the repeater function.
If the repeater function has been configured in step S100, and 01 is input on the mode configuration interface (shown on the right), the gas detector is set to be connected to the sensor, and at this time, the gas detector can receive and display the gas concentration value detected by the sensor, and is also compatible with the data forwarding function of the repeater, that is, the gas detector is configured to detect the repeater function (gas detector + repeater); the gas concentration is shown to the left of the mode configuration interface. When 00 is input on the mode configuration interface, the gas detector is set to be not connected with the sensor, the gas detector does not receive the value transmitted by the sensor, the gas detector is only used as a repeater at the moment, and "-rly-" is displayed on the left side of the mode configuration interface. Display-rly- "is for repeater only, which ensures convenient switching of the gas detector to repeater only mode, since the device will alarm (sensor failure) when the sensor is not accessed, but will not be configured to alarm in repeater only mode.
If the gas detector is configured as a gas detector and has no repeater function in step S100, even if 01 is input and the gas detector is connected to the sensor in this step, the gas detector can only receive and display the gas concentration value detected by the sensor, that is, the gas detector has all functions of the existing gas detector. If the gas detector is not connected with the sensor due to the fact that the gas detector is not connected with the sensor when the input 00 is operated by mistake on the mode configuration interface, the previous setting does not have the function of the repeater and shows that the setting is failed, and a messy code or error is displayed on the left side of the mode configuration interface to prompt a user that the parameter input is wrong, so that the user is indirectly prompted that the function of the repeater is not added before.
It should be noted that, in step S100, 00 and 01 input in the type configuration interface indicate whether to add the repeater function. In step S200, 00 and 01 input on the mode configuration interface indicate whether or not the sensor is connected. The gas detector can be configured with the required types according to requirements by inputting parameters of different interfaces, so that the flexibility of equipment networking is greatly improved, the limitation of a site is broken through, and the site investigation before shipment is omitted.
In specific implementation, when the MCU detects 01 input on the mode configuration interface, it can determine whether the sensor is already connected according to the level signal on the detection pin of the interface connected to the sensor, if high level indicates that the sensor is connected, low level or floating indicates that the sensor is not connected. If the connection is judged at the moment, the gas detector works normally; if not, MCU alarms. Similarly, when 00 is input on the mode configuration interface, the detection pin is at a low level under normal conditions and is not accessed; and if the detection pin is changed into high level under other conditions, the MCU gives an alarm.
As shown in fig. 2, the first gas detector 1 and the third gas detector 3 are too far away from the gas alarm control host 6, and the fifth gas detector 5 is disposed at a position to receive signals from the first gas detector 1 and the third gas detector 3, so that the fifth gas detector 5 can be configured as a dual device type (i.e., compatible with the gas detection function and the repeater function), such that the first gas detector 1 and the third gas detector 3 can forward the collected gas concentration data to the gas alarm control host 6 through the fifth gas detector 5; the gas concentration data collected by the fifth gas detector 5 can also be directly sent to the gas alarm control host 6. The second gas detector 2 is far away from the gas alarm control host 6 and the fifth gas detector 5, and other devices are not arranged in the middle, at this time, a fourth gas detector 4 without a gas sensor can be arranged, and the fourth gas detector is configured as a repeater (only has the function of the repeater), so that the data of the second gas detector 2 can be transmitted to the gas alarm control host 6; when there is a subsequent gas detection demand, sensors (all sensors in this embodiment are gas sensors) may also be directly installed in the fourth gas detector 4. Therefore, the network layout work is more convenient, a repeater is not required to be added, the increase of power consumption is avoided, the type function can be adjusted at will, and different work requirements are met.
Based on the function configuration method of the gas detector, the embodiment of the invention further provides a function configuration system of the gas detector, please refer to fig. 2, wherein the function configuration system comprises a gas alarm control host 6 and a plurality of gas detectors (1-5); the gas detector is configured with the type of equipment, and whether the function of a repeater is added is selected; switching between the relay detection function and the relay function according to the disconnection state of the gas detector and the sensor; the gas detector with the repeater function transmits the gas concentration data of other gas detectors to the gas alarm control host. The gas alarm control host can detect the air quality of a corresponding area according to gas concentration data, and alarm and prompt when certain gas exceeds the standard.
In summary, according to the function configuration method and the system for the gas detector provided by the present invention, in order to solve the problem that the existing repeater only has a function of forwarding data and the power consumption is increased due to the addition of the repeater in the wireless communication, the ZigBee module is added in the existing gas detector to select whether to add the function of forwarding data, and whether to connect the sensor is combined, so that the gas detector can be switched freely under three functions (gas detection function, gas detection + data forwarding function, and data forwarding function), and the gas detector is used as the repeater, so that the repeater does not need to be additionally added in the wireless communication, and the power consumption caused by the repeater is avoided; the existing gas detection function is not affected.
The division of the functional modules is only used for illustration, and in practical applications, the functions may be distributed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the functions may be divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the functions described above.
It should be understood that equivalents and modifications of the technical solution and inventive concept thereof may occur to those skilled in the art, and all such modifications and alterations should fall within the scope of the appended claims.
