The invention discloses an intelligent aging system and an aging method thereof, wherein the intelligent aging system comprises a control computer for reading SN bar codes of products and comparing the SN bar codes with SN bar codes of a manufacturing execution system, the control computer automatically uploads the compared results to a background system, the products which are correctly compared are placed in an aging box, the products which are correctly compared are subjected to aging test in a mode of playing audio files under a preset temperature environment, and the aging results of the products are obtained by monitoring after a preset time. According to the intelligent aging system and the aging method thereof disclosed by the invention, the audio file playing test is carried out on the product through the instruction, the working state of the product is monitored in a round-robin manner, and manual operation and monitoring are reduced.
