Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent dehydration device, which comprises a vibrating tube and two connecting sleeves respectively connected to two ends of the vibrating tube; the connecting ends of the vibrating tube and the connecting sleeve are provided with overlapping sections; a buffer shock pad is arranged in the overlapping section; a vibrating device is arranged on the outer wall of the vibrating tube; the vibration device is connected with the control box through a lead, and the control signal input end of the control box is connected with an intelligent recognizer capable of automatically recognizing the size of a workpiece; the control box controls the vibration frequency and the vibration intensity of the vibration device according to the signal input by the intelligent recognizer; the liquid remover can almost eradicate the accumulated liquid on the workpiece product hung on the hanging conveying line, avoids interference or damage to the subsequent process, and provides a good basis for subsequent manufacture of the product.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for realizing the aim is as follows: an intelligent dehydration device comprises a vibrating tube and two connecting sleeves respectively connected with two ends of the vibrating tube; the connecting ends of the vibrating tube and the connecting sleeve are provided with overlapping sections; a buffer shock pad is arranged in the overlapping section; a vibrating device is arranged on the outer wall of the vibrating tube; the vibration device is connected with the control box through a lead, and the control signal input end of the control box is connected with an intelligent recognizer capable of automatically recognizing the size of a workpiece; and the control box controls the vibration frequency and the vibration intensity of the vibration device according to the signal input by the intelligent recognizer.
The principle and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the connecting sleeve is connected with the vibrating tube through the overlapped sections with different sizes, a buffering and vibration damping pad is arranged between the overlapped sections of the connecting sleeve and the vibrating tube, a vibrating device is arranged on the vibrating tube and controlled by a control box, the control box receives a signal recognized by an intelligent recognizer, the control box controls the vibrating device after receiving the recognition signal of the intelligent recognizer, and the vibrating device automatically adjusts the vibration frequency and the vibration intensity according to an instruction given by the control box, so that an intelligent recognition control cycle is finished with high quality; the invention can intelligently identify the size of the workpiece, automatically adjust the vibration frequency and the force, and remove accumulated liquid on the workpiece product hung on the hanging conveying line to the extent of eradicating almost, thereby avoiding the interference or damage to the subsequent process and providing a good foundation for the subsequent manufacture of the product.
