In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a second through hole 21114 is provided at a position corresponding to the second thinning groove 226 on the display box 21 (e.g., the front box plate 2111), and the second through hole 21114 is provided to reduce interference of the display box 21 with signals received by the receiver 232.
In some embodiments of the present invention, body 221 is removably mounted within display case 21, thereby facilitating the removal and installation of flexible member 22 from display case 21.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a plurality of spaced positioning ribs 21115 are disposed on the front wall of the accommodating space 210, a plurality of positioning holes 227 are disposed on the body 221, and the plurality of positioning ribs 21115 and the plurality of positioning holes 227 are correspondingly engaged one to one, so that the structure is simple and the assembly is convenient.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 5, the rear surface of the front box plate 2111 is provided with a plurality of positioning ribs 21115 extending rearward, the positioning ribs 21115 are arranged in a plurality of spaced-apart positions, the main body 221 is provided with a positioning hole 227, the positioning hole 227 penetrates through the main body 221 in the front-rear direction, the positioning holes 227 are arranged in a plurality of spaced-apart positions, and the plurality of positioning ribs 21115 are respectively inserted into the plurality of positioning holes 227 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the flexible member 22 can be conveniently mounted on the display box 21, and the position of the flexible member 22 can be prevented from being shifted.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the inner top wall and the inner bottom wall of the accommodating space 210 are respectively provided with a plurality of positioning ribs 21116, the upper end and the lower end of the body 221 are respectively provided with a plurality of positioning notches 228, and the plurality of positioning ribs 21116 and the plurality of positioning notches 228 are correspondingly matched one to one, so that the structure is simple, and the assembly of the flexible member 22 and the display box 21 can be further facilitated.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the lower surface of the first flap 2112 and the upper surface of the second flap 2113 are each provided with a plurality of positioning ribs 21116 spaced apart in the left-right direction, the positioning ribs 21116 extend in the front-rear direction, the upper surface of the body 221 is recessed downward and the lower surface is recessed upward to form a plurality of positioning notches 228, the plurality of positioning notches 228 are spaced apart in the left-right direction, the positioning notches 228 extend in the front-rear direction, and the plurality of positioning ribs 21116 and the plurality of positioning notches 228 are fitted in one-to-one correspondence.
During actual assembly, the positioning hole 227 is aligned with the positioning rib 21115, the positioning notch 228 corresponds to the positioning rib 21116, and then the flexible part 22 is pushed to move, so that the assembly is simple and convenient.
Of course, it is understood that flexible member 22 and display case 21 may be removably connected in other ways (e.g., using fasteners, etc.), and the invention is not limited in this respect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cover 212 is detachably connected to the box 211, so as to facilitate the detachment and installation of the cover 212 and the box 211, thereby facilitating the maintenance and replacement of the PCB 23, the flexible member 22, and other structural members inside the display box 21, without replacing the whole display module 2, which is beneficial to reducing the maintenance cost.
In practical application, the box body 211 is a plastic part and can be subjected to injection molding during specific processing, the injection molding processing technology is simple, the efficiency is high, and the box body is suitable for batch production of parts with complex shapes; the cover body 212 is a foam piece, which is convenient to machine and form, and the foam piece also has the characteristics of light weight, good heat insulation effect and the like, and can reduce the influence of cold air or hot air generated when the window type air conditioner 1000 works on the PCB 23, in addition, the foam piece is generally divided into soft foam plastic, hard foam plastic and semi-hard foam plastic, and the cover body 212 adopts the hard foam plastic in order to facilitate the assembly of the cover body 212 and the box body 211.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, 9 and 10, the rear end of the box body 211 is provided with a fastening plate 213 and a first hook 214, the fastening plate 213 and the first hook 214 are respectively located at two sides of the accommodating space 210, the cover body 212 is provided with a fastening hole 2123 and a matching part 2121, the matching part 2121 abuts against a side surface of the fastening plate 213 adjacent to the first hook 214, the first hook 214 passes through the fastening hole 2123, and the first hook portion 2142 of the first hook 214 is hooked on the rear surface of the cover body 212, so that the detachable connection between the cover body 212 and the housing 200 can be realized, and the structure form is simple and the installation is convenient.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the rear end of the first turning plate 2112 of the box body 211 is provided with a clamping plate 213, the clamping plate 213 extends rearward, the rear end of the second turning plate 2113 is provided with a first hook 214, the first hook 214 comprises a first connecting portion 2141 and a first hook portion 2142, one end of the first connecting portion 2141 is connected to the rear end of the first turning plate 2112, the other end of the first connecting portion 2141 extends rearward, the first hook portion 2142 is connected to the other end of the first connecting portion 2141 and the first hook portion 2142 extends upward, the upper surface of the cover body 212 is provided with a matching portion 2121, and the lower surface of the cover body 212 is provided with a clamping hole 2123. When the cover 212 is mounted on the case 211, the engaging portion 2121 is located below the latch plate 213 and abuts against the latch plate 213, the first connecting portion 2141 passes through the latch hole 2123, and the first hook 2142 is located at the rear side of the cover 212 and abuts against the rear surface of the cover 212, thereby preventing the cover 212 from being easily separated from the case 211.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, there are a plurality of the latch plates 213, the plurality of latch plates 213 are arranged at intervals along the length direction (for example, the left-right direction) of the case 211, the plurality of the engaging portions 2121 are arranged at intervals along the length direction (for example, the left-right direction) of the cover 212, and the plurality of latch plates 213 are engaged with the plurality of engaging portions 2121 in a one-to-one correspondence. Specifically, referring to fig. 8, the chucking plate 213 and the fitting portions 2121 are three each.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the first hooks 214 are multiple, the multiple first hooks 214 are arranged at intervals along the length direction (for example, the left-right direction) of the box body 211, the multiple locking holes 2123 are multiple, the multiple locking holes 2123 are arranged at intervals along the length direction (for example, the left-right direction) of the cover body 212, and the multiple first hooks 214 and the multiple locking holes 2123 are matched in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Specifically, referring to fig. 8, the first hooks 214 and the hook holes 2123 are three in number.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 9, the top wall of the fitting portion 2121 is recessed downward to form a groove 2122, the groove 2122 penetrates the fitting portion 2121 in the front-back direction, the snap plate 213 is snapped into the groove 2122 and abuts against the inner bottom wall of the groove 2122, the groove 2122 is configured to provide a space for accommodating the snap plate 213, facilitate the engagement of the snap plate 213 with the fitting portion 2121, and improve the overall appearance of the display box 21, and limit the position of the cover 212 to limit the degree of freedom of the cover 212 to the left and the right.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9, the clip panel 213 includes a first connecting section 2131 and a second connecting section 2132, the first connecting section 2131 has one end connected to the top wall of the box body 211 (e.g., the first flap 2112) and the other end extending rearward, the second connecting section 2132 has one end connected to the other end of the first connecting section 2131, the second coupling section 2132 extends obliquely downward in the front-to-rear direction, the inner bottom wall of the groove 2122 has a first mating face 21221 and a second mating face 21222, the first mating face 21221 is a plane extending horizontally and is mated with the lower surface of the first coupling section 2131, the second mating face 21222 is connected to the rear end of the first mating face 21221, in the front-to-rear direction, the second mating face 21222 extends obliquely downward, the second mating face 21222 is mated with the lower surface of the second connecting section 2132, therefore, the degree of freedom of the cover body 212 in the upward direction and the backward direction can be limited, and the structure is simple and convenient to realize.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, a first concave portion 2124 is provided on the rear surface of the cover 212, the first concave portion 2124 extends to the bottom wall of the cover 212, a latch hole 2123 is provided at the first concave portion 2124 and a latch hole 2123 is formed by the bottom wall of the cover 212 being recessed upward, a first hook 2142 is provided in the first concave portion 2124, when the cover 212 is assembled with the case 211, the first connecting portion 2141 passes through the latch hole 2123, the first hook 2142 is provided in the first concave portion 2124, the upper surface of the latch hole 2123 abuts against the lower surface of the first connecting portion 2141, the rear surface of the first concave portion 2124 abuts against the front surface of the first hook 2142, the first concave portion 2124 provides a space for accommodating the first hook 2142, which facilitates the cooperation of the first hook 214 with the cover 212 and facilitates the appearance of the display box 21, and limits the position of the cover 212, to restrict the degree of freedom of the cover 212 to the left or right.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cover 212 abuts the rear surface of the first flap 2112 and the rear surface of the second flap 2113, respectively, thereby defining a degree of freedom for the cover 212 to move forward.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the rear surface of the first hook 2142 is provided with a first guiding inclined surface 21421 extending to the top wall of the first hook 2142, the first guiding inclined surface 21421 extends obliquely upward in the rear-to-front direction, and the first guiding inclined surface 21421 can guide the assembly of the cover 212 and the case 211, thereby facilitating the assembly of the cover 212 and the case 211 and facilitating the first hook 2142 to be smoothly clamped into the first concave portion 2124.
Actually, during the assembly process of the cover 212 and the box 211, the fastening plate 213 is first snapped into the groove 2122, and then the cover 212 is pressed, so that the cover 212 abuts against the first guiding inclined surface 21421 of the first hook 2142 and forces the first hook 214 to elastically deform until the first hook 214 snaps into the first concave portion 2124, which is simple and convenient for the whole assembly process.
Of course, it is understood that the cover 212 and the box 211 may be detachably connected in other manners (e.g., using fasteners, etc.), and the invention is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a first wire port 2116 is disposed on the left side wall of the display box 21, the first wire port 2116 is suitable for a wire of an indoor fan, a wire of an indoor temperature sensor, and a wire of an outdoor electrical control box to pass through, a second wire port 2117 is disposed on the right side wall of the display box 21, and the second wire port 2117 is suitable for a wire of an indoor WiFi module and a wire of an indoor air guide plate motor to pass through, so that the circuit layout of the window air conditioner 1000 is reasonable.
Specifically, the indoor fan is a fan located in the indoor portion of the window type air conditioner 1000 and used for driving airflow circulation between the indoor portion and an indoor environment, the indoor temperature sensor is located in the indoor portion of the window type air conditioner 1000 and used for detecting an indoor environment temperature, the outdoor electronic control box is an electronic control box located in the indoor portion of the window type air conditioner 1000, the indoor wifi module is a wifi module located in the indoor portion of the window type air conditioner 1000 and capable of being connected with a local area network, and the indoor air guide plate motor is a motor used for driving an air guide plate at an air outlet of the indoor portion of the window type air conditioner 1000.
For example, referring to fig. 6 and 7, a first trace port 2116 is disposed on the third turning plate 2114, and a second trace port 2117 is disposed on the fourth turning plate 2115. In practical application, for example, in some window air conditioners 1000, the center line of the length of the window air conditioner 1000 in the left-right direction is used as a reference, the indoor fan and the indoor temperature sensor are located on the left side of the center line, and the indoor WiFi module and the indoor air deflector motor are located on the right side of the center line, so that the indoor fan and the indoor temperature sensor are connected with the PCB 23 through the first wiring port 2116, the indoor WiFi module and the indoor air deflector motor are connected with the PCB 23 through the second wiring port 2117, and the layout is more reasonable. In addition, the outdoor electrical control box is connected to the PCB 23 through the first wire port 2116, for example, power can be supplied to the PCB 23, so that the wires inside the window air conditioner 1000 are beautiful and reasonable.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a face frame assembly 100 of a window type air conditioner 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a face frame 1 and the above-mentioned display module 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the face frame 1 is formed with key holes 11. Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the key hole 11 penetrates through the face frame 1 in the front-back direction, the number of key holes 11 is multiple, the multiple key holes 11 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction, and the arrangement of the key holes 11 can facilitate the placement of the keys 222. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the display module 2 is installed inside the face frame 1, where "inside" refers to a side close to the inside of the window type air conditioner 1000, and the opposite direction is "outside", so that the face frame 1 can protect the display module 2 to some extent. The avoiding hole 21111 is opposite to the key hole 11 in the front-rear direction, and the key 222 penetrates through the key hole 11 and is attached to the wall of the key hole 11, so that the key hole 11 can be filled and shielded to a certain extent, the sealing performance of the face frame assembly 100 can be improved to a certain extent, and the phenomena of air leakage, dust inlet, water inlet and the like of the window type air conditioner 1000 caused by the arrangement of the key hole 11 can be avoided.
According to the face frame assembly 100 of the embodiment of the invention, since the flexible member 22 includes the body 221 and the key 222 arranged on the body 221, the peripheral wall of the key 222 is attached to the wall of the avoiding hole 21111 and/or the part of the front surface of the body 222 surrounding the key 222 is attached to the front side wall of the display box 2, the sealing performance of the display box 2 can be improved, so that dust or water drops and the like are not easy to enter the display box 2 through the avoiding hole 21111, and the key 222 has flexibility and good hand feeling.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 3a and 5, the PCB 23 is provided with a digital display module 233, the face frame 1 is provided with a first light-transmitting portion, the front side wall of the display box 21 is provided with a second light-transmitting portion 21112, the main body 221 is provided with a third light-transmitting portion 223, and the first light-transmitting portion, the second light-transmitting portion 21112, the third light-transmitting portion 223 and the digital display module 233 are opposite to each other in the front-rear direction for displaying numbers, for example, displaying temperature values of the window type air conditioner 1000.
In practical application, for the PCB 23, the digital display module 233 is usually an LED nixie tube, which is an 8-shaped device formed by packaging a plurality of light emitting diodes together, and has a simple structure and is convenient to operate.
For the flexible member 22, the third light-transmitting portion 223 may be made of transparent silicone, or for better light-transmitting effect, as shown in fig. 5, the third light-transmitting portion 223 may also be formed as a through hole penetrating the body 221.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the display box 21 has a simple structure in that the second light transmission portion 21112 is provided in the front box plate 2111, and the second light transmission portion 21112 is provided in a light-transmissive "8" region corresponding to the LED nixie tube.
For the face frame 1, the first light transmission part can be made of transparent plastic, so that the interference to light can be reduced. Of course, the first light transmission section may also be configured in the form of a hole.
In some embodiments of the present invention, display box 21 is detachably mounted on face frame 1, thereby facilitating the attachment and detachment of display box 21 to face frame 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, 12 and 13, the face frame 1 is provided with the second hook 13 extending rearward, the top wall of the display box 21 is provided with the limiting rib 215 protruding upward, and the second hook portion 132 of the second hook 13 is hooked on the rear surface of the limiting rib 215, so that the structure is simple and the assembly is convenient.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 6, 12 and 13, the upper surface of the first flap 2112 is provided with a stopper rib 215, the stopper rib 215 protrudes upward, the front side wall of the face frame 1 is recessed forward to form a second recessed portion 12, the second hook 13 includes a second connecting portion 131 and a second hook portion 132, one end of the second connecting portion 131 is connected to the inner surface of the face frame 1 and the other end of the second connecting portion 131 extends rearward, and the second hook portion 132 is connected to the other end of the second connecting portion 131 and extends downward. When the display box 21 is mounted on the face frame 1, the display box 21 is located in the second recessed portion 12, the second connecting portion 131 is located above the limiting rib 215, and the second hook portion 132 is located behind the limiting rib 215 and abuts against the rear surface of the limiting rib 215, thereby preventing the display box 21 from being easily separated from the face frame 1.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 13, a second guide inclined surface 1321 extending to the lower surface of the second hook 132 is provided on the rear surface of the second hook 132, a third guide inclined surface 2151 extending to the upper surface of the limiting rib 215 is provided on the front surface of the limiting rib 215, and both the second guide inclined surface 1321 and the third guide inclined surface 2151 extend obliquely downward in the rear-to-front direction. The second guiding inclined surface 1321 and the third guiding inclined surface 2151 are arranged to facilitate the assembly of the display box 21 and the face frame 1, and facilitate the smooth engagement of the second hook 13 with the limiting rib 215.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 14, the detent plate 14 protruding upward is provided on the bottom wall of the second recessed portion 12, the projection plate 216 protruding downward is provided on the bottom wall of the display box 21 (e.g., the second flap 2113), the lower end of the projection plate 216 abuts against the bottom wall of the second recessed portion 12, and the rear surface of the projection plate 216 abuts against the front surface of the detent plate 14, whereby the structure is simple.
Optionally, referring to fig. 14, the bottom wall of the second concave portion 12 is further provided with a first connecting rib 15, the first connecting rib 15 is located at the front side of the position clamping plate 14 and connected to the position clamping plate 14, the lower end of the convex plate 216 abuts against the top wall of the first connecting rib 15, and the arrangement of the first connecting rib 15 can improve the structural strength of the position clamping plate 14.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the second hooks 13 are multiple, the multiple second hooks 13 are arranged at intervals along the length direction (for example, the left-right direction) of the face frame 1, the limiting ribs 215 are multiple, the multiple limiting ribs 215 are arranged at intervals along the length direction (for example, the left-right direction) of the display box 21, and the multiple second hooks 13 are matched with the multiple limiting ribs 215 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Specifically, referring to fig. 6 and 8, there are two limiting ribs 215, and correspondingly, there are two second hooks 13.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the plurality of position-fixing plates 14 are provided, the plurality of position-fixing plates 14 are arranged at intervals along the length direction (e.g., left-right direction) of the face frame 1, the plurality of protruding plates 216 are provided, the plurality of protruding plates 216 are arranged at intervals along the length direction (e.g., left-right direction) of the display box 21, and the plurality of position-fixing plates 14 are matched with the plurality of protruding plates 216 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Specifically, referring to fig. 7 and 8, there are two projection plates 216, and accordingly, there are two detent plates 14.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, 15 and 16, the front wall surface of the second concave portion 12 is provided with a third hook 16 extending rearward, one of the left and right side walls of the display case 21 is provided with an abutting plate 217 extending in the left-right direction, and the third hook portion 162 of the third hook 16 is hooked on the rear surface of the abutting plate 217, so that the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 6, 8 and 16, the third hook 16 includes a third connecting portion 161 and a third hook 162, one end of the third connecting portion 161 is connected to the face frame 1 and the other end of the third connecting portion 161 extends rearward, the third hook 162 is connected to the other end of the third connecting portion 161 and extends leftward, the fourth flap 2115 is provided with an abutting plate 217, when the display box 21 is mounted on the face frame 1, the third connecting portion 161 is located on the right side of the abutting plate 217, and the third hook 162 is located on the rear side of the abutting plate 217 and abuts against the rear surface of the stopper rib 215, thereby further preventing the display box 21 from being detached from the face frame 1.
Optionally, referring to fig. 6 and 16, a fourth guide inclined surface 1621 extending to the front surface of the third hook 162 is disposed on the rear surface of the third hook 162, a guide rib 218 is disposed on the front surface of the abutting plate 217, the guide rib 218 is connected to the fourth turning plate 2115, the right surface of the guide rib 218 is a fifth guide inclined surface 2181, the fourth guide inclined surface 1621 and the fifth guide inclined surface 2181 both extend obliquely rightward in the direction from the rear to the front, and the fourth guide inclined surface 1621 and the fifth guide inclined surface 2181 are disposed to facilitate the assembly of the display box 21 and the bezel 1, so as to facilitate the smooth engagement of the third hook 16 with the abutting plate 217.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 17, a connection plate 219 is provided on the other of the left and right side walls of the display box 21, and the connection plate 219 is connected to the face frame 1 by a fastener.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 8 and 17, the third flap 2114 is provided with a connecting plate 219, the connecting plate 219 is provided with a mounting through hole 2191, the face frame 1 is provided with a screw post 17, the screw post 17 is provided with a threaded hole 171, and the fastener may be a screw, so that the screw can pass through the mounting through hole 2191 to be in threaded connection with the threaded hole 171, which is simple in structure and reliable in connection.
Actually, in the assembling process of the display box 21 and the face frame 1, the convex plate 216 of the display box 21 may be clamped in front of the clamping plate 14, and then the display box 21 is pressed, at this time, the third guide inclined surface 2151 of the limiting rib 215 may abut against the second guide inclined surface 1321 of the second hook 132 and force the second hook 13 to elastically deform, the fifth guide inclined surface 2181 of the guide rib 218 may abut against the fourth guide inclined surface 1621 of the third hook 162 and force the third hook 16 to elastically deform, the display box 21 is continuously pressed until the second hook 132 hooks on the rear surface of the limiting rib 215, the third hook 162 hooks on the rear surface of the abutting plate 217, at this time, the mounting through hole 2191 on the connecting plate 219 corresponds to the threaded hole 171 of the screw post 17, and then the display box 21 and the face frame 1 are connected by using a screw.
As shown in fig. 1, according to the window type air conditioner 1000 of the embodiment of the present invention, the window type air conditioner 1000 is adapted to be supported on a window of a wall, a movable window sash is disposed in the window, the window type air conditioner 1000 includes a housing 200, the above-mentioned face frame assembly 100 and an indoor fan, a receiving groove 201 is disposed on an outer peripheral wall of the housing 200, the housing 200 is divided into an indoor portion and an outdoor portion by the receiving groove 201, a portion of the window sash can extend into the receiving groove 201, a front side of the indoor portion is open, the face frame assembly 100 is disposed on the open side of the indoor portion, the indoor fan is disposed in the indoor portion, and the receiving groove 201 is disposed to greatly facilitate the installation of.
According to the display module 2 of the window type air conditioner 1000 in the embodiment of the invention, since the flexible member 22 comprises the body 221 and the key 222 arranged on the body 221, the peripheral wall of the key 222 is attached to the wall of the avoiding hole 21111 and/or the part of the front surface of the body 222 surrounding the key 222 is attached to the front side wall of the display box 2, the sealing performance of the display box 2 can be improved, so that dust or water drops and the like are not easy to enter the display box 2 through the avoiding hole 21111, and the key 222 has flexibility and good hand feeling.

Claims (23)

1. A display module for a window air conditioner, comprising:
the display box is internally provided with an accommodating space, and the front side wall of the display box is provided with an avoidance hole;
the PCB board is arranged in the accommodating space;
the flexible piece, the flexible piece includes the body and establishes button on the body, the body is located just be located in the accommodation space the front side of PCB board, the button is worn out dodge the hole, the periphery wall of button with dodge the pore wall laminating of hole and/or encircleing of the front surface of body the part of button with the laminating of the preceding lateral wall of display box.
2. The display module of a window type air conditioner as recited in claim 1, wherein a buzzer is disposed on the PCB, and a first thinning groove is formed on a rear surface of the body at a position opposite to the buzzer.
3. The display module of a window air conditioner as recited in claim 1, wherein the PCB board has a receiver formed thereon, and a second thinning groove is formed on a rear surface of the body at a position opposite to the receiver.
4. The display module of a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 1, wherein said body is removably mounted in said display box.
5. The display module of a window air conditioner as recited in claim 4, wherein a plurality of spaced apart positioning ribs are provided on the front wall of the receiving space, a plurality of positioning holes are provided on the body, and the plurality of positioning ribs are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of positioning holes.
6. The display module as claimed in claim 5, wherein the inner top wall and the inner bottom wall of the receiving space are respectively provided with a plurality of positioning ribs, the upper end and the lower end of the body are respectively provided with a plurality of positioning notches, and the plurality of positioning ribs are correspondingly matched with the plurality of positioning notches one to one.
7. The display module of a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 1, wherein the display box comprises:
the box body is provided with the accommodating space with an open rear side, and the front side wall of the box body is provided with the avoidance hole;
a cover detachably provided on the case to cover the open side of the accommodating space.
8. The display module of claim 7, wherein the rear end of the box body is provided with a latch plate and a first hook, the latch plate and the first hook are respectively located at two sides of the accommodating space, the cover body is provided with a latch hole and a mating portion, the mating portion abuts against a side surface of the latch plate adjacent to the first hook, the first hook passes through the latch hole, and the first hook portion of the first hook is hooked on the rear surface of the cover body.
9. The display module of claim 8, wherein the top wall of the engaging portion is recessed downward to form a groove, the groove extends through the engaging portion in the front-rear direction, and the engaging plate is engaged in the groove and abuts against the inner bottom wall of the groove.
10. The display module of a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 9, wherein the engaging plate includes a first connecting section and a second connecting section, one end of the first connecting section is connected to the top wall of the case body and the other end thereof extends rearward, one end of the second connecting section is connected to the other end of the first connecting section, the second connecting section extends downward in a front-to-rear direction, the inner bottom wall of the recess has a first fitting surface and a second fitting surface, the first fitting surface is a horizontally extending plane and is fitted to a lower surface of the first connecting section, the second fitting surface is connected to a rear end of the first fitting surface, the second fitting surface extends downward in a front-to-rear direction, and the second fitting surface is fitted to a lower surface of the second connecting section.

The display module of claim 8, wherein the rear surface of the cover has a first recess that is recessed forward, the first recess extending to the bottom wall of the cover, the latch hole is formed in the first recess and is formed by the bottom wall of the cover being recessed upward, and the first hook is located in the first recess.
12. The display module of a window type air conditioner as recited in claim 8, wherein a first guide slope extending to a top wall of said first hook is provided on a rear surface of said first hook, said first guide slope extending obliquely upward in a rear-to-front direction.
13. The display module of claim 7, wherein the cover is a foam piece and the housing is a plastic piece.
14. The display module of a window air conditioner as recited in claim 1, wherein a first wire port is formed on a left side wall of the display box, the first wire port is adapted to allow a wire of an indoor fan, a wire of an indoor temperature sensor and a wire of an outdoor electric control box to pass therethrough, and a second wire port is formed on a right side wall of the display box, the second wire port is adapted to allow a wire of an indoor WiFi module and a wire of an indoor air guide plate motor to pass therethrough.
15. The display module of any of claims 1-14, wherein the flexible member is a silicone member.
16. A face frame assembly for a window air conditioner, comprising:
the key comprises a face frame, a key hole and a key body, wherein the face frame is provided with the key hole;
the display module according to any one of claims 1 to 15, wherein the display module is mounted on an inner side of the face frame, the avoiding hole is opposite to the key hole in the front-rear direction, and the key penetrates through the key hole and is attached to a hole wall of the key hole.
17. The face frame assembly of a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 16, wherein the PCB board is provided with a digital display module, the face frame is provided with a first light transmission portion, a second light transmission portion is provided on a front side wall of the display box, a third light transmission portion is provided on the body, and the first light transmission portion, the second light transmission portion, the third light transmission portion and the digital display module are opposite in a front and rear direction for displaying numbers.
18. The face frame assembly of a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 17, wherein the third light transmission part is formed as a through hole penetrating the body.
19. The face frame assembly of a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 16, wherein said display box is removably mounted to said face frame.
20. The face frame assembly of a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 19, wherein the face frame is provided with a second hook extending rearward, a top wall of the display box is provided with a stopper rib protruding upward, and a second hook portion of the second hook is hooked on a rear surface of the stopper rib.
21. The face frame assembly of a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 20, wherein the front side wall of the face frame is recessed forward to form a second recessed portion, the display box is located in the second recessed portion, the second hook is provided on the front wall surface of the second recessed portion, a locking plate protruding upward is provided on the bottom wall of the second recessed portion, a protruding plate protruding downward is provided on the bottom wall of the display box, the lower end of the protruding plate abuts against the bottom wall of the second recessed portion and the rear surface of the protruding plate abuts against the front surface of the locking plate.
22. The face frame assembly of a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 21, wherein a third hook extending rearward is provided on a front wall surface of the second recess, an abutting plate extending in a left-right direction is provided on one of left and right side walls of the display box, a third hook portion of the third hook is hooked on a rear surface of the abutting plate, and a connecting plate is provided on the other of the left and right side walls of the display box, the connecting plate being connected to the face frame by a fastening member.
23. A window air conditioner adapted to be supported on a window in a wall, the window having a movable sash disposed therein, the window air conditioner comprising:
the window comprises a shell, wherein an accommodating groove is formed in the peripheral wall of the shell, the shell is divided into an indoor part and an outdoor part through the accommodating groove, one part of a window sash can extend into the accommodating groove, and the front side of the indoor part is open;
the face frame assembly of any of claims 16-22, said face frame assembly disposed on an open side of said indoor portion;
an indoor fan located within the indoor section.
