Abstract
The invention relates to a humidifying device of an air duct type indoor unit, which comprises a humidifying plate assembly and a water plate assembly; the humidifying piece assembly comprises a plurality of humidifying pieces; the humidifying pieces are in a sheet shape and are vertically arranged on the connecting rod; the water tray assembly comprises an upper water tray and a lower water tray; the upper water tray is in a box shape with an open upper end; the upper end and one side of the lower water tray are both open rectangular box-shaped; the height of the upper water tray is smaller than the depth of the lower water tray, so that the upper water tray can be placed in the lower water tray; the humidifying piece assembly is arranged in the upper water tray; the water feeding disc is provided with a water inlet pipe; a guide plate is arranged on the lower edge of the open side of the drain pan; the guide plate inclines towards the lower part of the lower water tray; the water discharge disc is arranged at an air outlet of the indoor unit, and the guide plate is lapped on a water receiving box of the indoor unit. Technical Field
The invention relates to an air conditioner component, in particular to a humidifying device, and particularly relates to a humidifying device of an air duct type indoor unit.
Background
In order to better improve the use comfort of people, the air duct type air conditioner gradually introduces a humidifying function. However, most of the existing humidification structures are provided with a humidification module inside an indoor unit. This not only increases the complexity of the structure and increases the production costs, but also is inconvenient to maintain and therefore needs to be improved as soon as possible.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides the humidifying device of the air duct type indoor unit, which is simple in structure and convenient to install, can be directly spliced to the existing air duct type air conditioner indoor unit, greatly reduces the production cost, is convenient to maintain, and is beneficial to popularization.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the air pipe type indoor unit is reasonable in design, simple in structure and convenient to use, the outlet air humidity of the air pipe type indoor unit can be effectively adjusted through the humidifying piece, and the use comfort level is improved. Meanwhile, the invention can also be directly spliced on the indoor unit of the existing air duct type air conditioner, simplifies the production process, reduces the production cost and is beneficial to popularization.

The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1-5.
A humidifying device of an air duct type indoor unit comprises a humidifying plate assembly 3 and a water plate assembly 2.
The water tray assembly 2 includes an upper water tray 22 and a lower water tray 24. The upper tray 22 has a box shape with an open upper end. The drain pan 24 is a rectangular box shape with an open upper end and one side, and is similar to a dustpan shape. The upper tray 22 has a height less than the depth of the lower tray 24 so that it can be placed within the lower tray 24 and connected to the lower tray 24 by brackets I23. The bracket I23 is a sheet metal part, can be in a curved edge shape, and is arranged in the lower water tray 24, the lower end of the bracket I23 is connected with the bottom of the lower water tray 24, and the upper end of the bracket I23 is connected with the end part of the upper water tray 22, so that the upper water tray 22 is more convenient and stable to install. The humidifying disc assembly 3 is placed in the upper water tray 22. Meanwhile, the upper water tray 22 is provided with a water inlet pipe 5. The water inlet pipe 5 is connected to an external water source, such as tap water, so as to fill the upper water tray 22 with water. Preferably, overflow holes 21 are formed at the upper corners of the upper tray 22 to allow excess water to flow into the lower tray 24 through the overflow holes 21, thereby preventing overflow.
The humidifying disc assembly 3 includes a plurality of humidifying discs 31. The humidifying plate 31 may be made of composite fiber and has strong water absorption. Each humidifying piece 31 has the same shape and is a T-shaped sheet, and the right side end of each humidifying piece is provided with a downward bulge 37. The end of the protrusion 37 is pointed to facilitate the flow of water along the end. The humidifying plate 31 has a dividing groove 36 in the middle. The dividing groove 36 is in an obtuse angle V shape and is vertically arranged, the opening faces the right side of the humidifying piece, and redundant water on the humidifying piece can flow to the right side of the humidifying piece from the left side of the dividing groove 36 and then flows out of the humidifying piece along the protrusion 37. Preferably, the angle of the dividing groove 36 may be 120-130 °. The left side of the humidifying plate 31 is provided with a concave part which is internally provided with a connecting groove 34. The connecting groove 34 is in a flat rectangular shape and can be clamped on the connecting rod 32 in a long strip shape, so that the humidifying pieces 31 are vertically arranged. The two ends of the connecting rod 32 are fixed to the two ends of the upper water tray 22, so that the lower part of the humidifying plate 31 is placed in the upper water tray 22, and the protrusion 37 is positioned outside the upper water tray 22 and points to the lower water tray 24, thereby enabling the humidifying plate 31 to absorb the moisture in the upper water tray 22 for humidifying. Meanwhile, the excessive un-evaporated water can flow out from the bulge 37 to the lower water tray 24, so that the impurities on the humidifying piece are taken away with the water flow, and the water quality in the upper water tray is ensured to be clean.
Further, fixing grooves 35 are respectively formed in the left side, the right side and the lower end of the humidifying plate 31, and the fixing grooves 35 can be respectively clamped on the three fixing rods 33. The fixing rod 33 is serrated, so that each humidifying piece 31 can be clamped into a tooth groove, and the humidifying pieces are parallel to each other and are uniformly spaced. The cross sections of the fixing groove 35 and the fixing rod 33 are the same in shape and are both flat rectangular, so that the fixing groove and the fixing rod can be conveniently connected.
The present invention also includes a baffle 26. The guide plate 26 is in the shape of a long strip plate, one long side of the guide plate is connected with the lower edge of the open side of the drain pan 24, the guide plate inclines towards the lower part of the drain pan 24 and is connected to the water receiving box 9 of the indoor unit 8 in an overlapping mode, so that accumulated water in the drain pan 24 can flow into the water receiving box 9 along the guide plate 26, and the influence of overflow on normal use is avoided.
The invention also comprises a wind deflector 4. The cross section of the air deflector 4 is in an obtuse angle V shape, the length of the air deflector is equivalent to the open side of the drain pan 24, the upper side wall of the air deflector 4 is arranged on the open side of the drain pan 24, and the lower side wall of the air deflector is suspended and positioned above the front part of the air deflector 26, so that the air outlet of the indoor unit can be ensured to be blown to the humidifying sheet assembly 3 along the air deflector 4, and meanwhile, the influence on the normal flow of water flow caused by the direct blowing of the air onto the air deflector 26 can be avoided. Preferably, the angle of the air deflector 4 may be 135 to 150 °.
And a float switch assembly 6 is arranged on the water inlet pipe 5 so as to control water inlet. The float switch assembly 6 is installed in the upper water tray 22, and is respectively located at two ends of the upper water tray 22 together with the humidifying plate assembly 3. Correspondingly, the upper side wall of the air deflector 4 is step-shaped, the lower end of the air deflector is positioned at the same side as the humidifying plate assembly 3, and the high end of the air deflector is positioned at the same side as the float switch assembly 6, so that the air can be blown to the humidifying plate assembly 3, the float switch assembly 6 can be shielded by the air deflector 4, and the influence of the air can be avoided.
The invention also comprises a housing 1. The casing 1 is formed by connecting a bottom plate 14, a top plate 12, side plates 13 and a front panel 11 and is connected with a machine shell of the indoor unit. The front panel 11 is provided with an opening corresponding to the air outlet of the indoor unit for the air to pass through. The drain pan 24 is installed on the bottom plate 14, so that the opening corresponds to the humidifying plate assembly 3, and the outlet air passes through the humidifying plate assembly 3 to be humidified. The shell 1 is connected with the shell of the indoor unit 8, so that the installation and maintenance are convenient, and the reconstruction of the existing indoor unit can be facilitated. Preferably, the top plate and the side plates can be manufactured into a whole and are manufactured by sheet metal, so that the process is simplified, and the strength is improved.
Further, the water inlet sealing plate 7 is further included. The water inlet sealing plate 7 is in a short plate shape, the middle part of the water inlet sealing plate is connected with the right end of the water discharging disc 24, and the bottom end of the water inlet sealing plate is connected with the bottom plate 14. Meanwhile, the left end of the drain pan 24 is connected with the bottom plate 14 through a bracket II25, so that the bottom of the drain pan 24 is raised, and the flow guide plate 26 is downwards lapped on the water receiving box 9 of the indoor unit 8. The water inlet pipe 5 is arranged on the water inlet sealing plate 7 in a penetrating way, one end of the water inlet pipe is connected with the float switch component 6, the other end of the water inlet pipe is connected with an external water source, and water can be automatically controlled by the float switch component 6.
The float switch assembly 6 may be Fuji Seiko C-0200105. Support II25 is the sheet metal component, can design as required for suitable shape and size.
According to the invention, the humidifying sheet assembly is arranged in the water tray assembly, and water is injected into the water tray through the water inlet pipe, so that the humidifying sheet assembly adsorbs water. And the humidifying sheet assembly is arranged at the air outlet of the indoor unit by connecting the shell with the casing of the indoor unit, so that the humidity of the air outlet of the indoor unit is effectively adjusted, and the use comfort is improved. Meanwhile, the invention can be directly installed on the existing common air duct type indoor unit, thereby reducing the modification cost and being suitable for popularization.
The parts not involved in the present invention are the same as or can be implemented using the prior art.
Claims (9)
1. A humidification device of an air duct type indoor unit is characterized in that: comprises a humidifying disc component and a water disc component;
the humidifying piece assembly comprises a plurality of humidifying pieces; the humidifying pieces are in a sheet shape and are vertically arranged on the connecting rod;
the water tray assembly comprises an upper water tray and a lower water tray; the upper water tray is in a box shape with an open upper end; the upper end and one side of the lower water tray are both open rectangular box-shaped;
the height of the upper water tray is smaller than the depth of the lower water tray, so that the upper water tray can be placed in the lower water tray;
the humidifying piece assembly is arranged in the upper water tray; the water feeding disc is provided with a water inlet pipe;
a guide plate is arranged on the lower edge of the open side of the drain pan; the guide plate inclines towards the lower part of the lower water tray;
the water discharge disc is arranged at an air outlet of the indoor unit, and the guide plate is lapped on a water receiving box of the indoor unit.

The humidifier for an air duct type indoor unit according to claim 1, wherein: the humidifying piece is T-shaped, and a downward bulge is arranged at the right side end of the humidifying piece; the end part of the bulge is pointed; the middle part of the humidifying piece is provided with a dividing groove; the dividing groove is in an obtuse angle V shape and is vertically arranged, and an opening faces to the right side of the humidifying piece; the inner concave part on the left side of the humidifying piece is provided with a connecting groove which can be clamped on the connecting rod; the two ends of the connecting rod are fixed at the two ends of the water feeding disc, so that the lower part of the humidifying piece is arranged in the water feeding disc, and the bulge is positioned outside the water feeding disc.

The humidifier for an air duct type indoor unit according to claim 1, wherein: the humidifying piece is made of composite fiber, and fixing grooves are respectively arranged at the left side, the right side and the lower end of the humidifying piece and are respectively clamped on the three fixing rods; the fixing rod is in a sawtooth shape, so that each humidifying piece can be clamped into the tooth groove, the humidifying pieces are ensured to be parallel to each other, and the interval is uniform.
