Furthermore, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a range hood includes a range hood body and a hook assembly.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 to 7, the hook assembly is used for being connected and fixed with an external installation base, such as a wall surface 100 (which will be shown in fig. 9 to 14), and includes a hanging plate 11, a hook 12 disposed on the hanging plate 11, a driving mechanism, and a braking mechanism. The peg board 11 may be elongate and, when installed, extends laterally from side to side. In order to stabilize the installation, in the present embodiment, two hooks 12 are provided on the hanging plate 11 at a left-right interval. The hanging plate 11 is provided with a supporting seat 15, and one end of the hook 12 is rotatably connected with the supporting seat 15 through a rotating shaft 16. In order to facilitate the connection between the hook 12 and the supporting seat 15, one side of the supporting seat 15 away from the hanging plate 11 is recessed towards the hanging plate 11 to form a connecting groove 151, and two ends of the rotating shaft 16 are rotatably connected with two opposite sides of the connecting groove 151 respectively. Each hook 12 is substantially L-shaped, and includes a first hook 121 connected to the rotating shaft 16 and a second hook 122 connected to the first hook 121, the second hook 122 is integrally formed with the first hook 121, and the second hook 122 is formed by bending and extending the first hook 121 away from the end connected to the rotating shaft 16. Preferably, the first hook 121 and the second hook 122 are perpendicular to each other. One end of the first hook 121 is used for two ends of the rotating shaft 16 to pass through and is fixedly connected with each other, so that the hook 12 can synchronously rotate through the rotation of the rotating shaft 16. One end of the second hook 122 away from the first hook 121 is bent to form a protrusion 123, and the protrusion 123 extends in the same direction as the first hook 121 and is located on the same side of the second hook 122. The drive mechanism and the brake mechanism will be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the range hood body includes a fan frame 2, the fan frame 2 has a rear plate 21 located at the rear side, and the top of the rear plate 21 is used for being mounted with a hook assembly. Hanging hole 211 is formed in rear plate 21, idler wheel 212 is arranged at the upper end of hanging hole 211, idler wheel 212 is located on one side, away from hanging plate 11, of rear plate 21, and two ends of idler wheel 212 are rotatably connected with rear plate 21. The axis of rotation of the roller 212 extends co-directionally with, and preferably parallel to, the axis of rotation of the shaft 16 (the axis of rotation of the hook 12).
The driving mechanism is used for driving the hook 12 to rotate relative to the hanging plate 11 and comprises a motor 131, a transmission shaft 132, a driving wheel 133 and a driven wheel 134, the motor 131 is fixedly arranged on the hanging plate 11, and the motor 131 and the supporting seat 15 are positioned on two sides of the hanging plate 11. The transmission shaft 132 extends in the same direction as the rotation shaft 16, preferably in parallel, and the transmission shaft 132 is directly or indirectly connected to the output shaft of the motor 131, as long as the motor 131 can drive the transmission shaft 132 to rotate around the axis thereof. The two ends of the transmission shaft 132 are rotatably connected with the hanging plate 11. The two driving wheels 133 and the two driven wheels 134 are respectively provided, one group of driving wheel 133 and one group of driven wheel 134 correspond to one hook 12, the driving wheel 133 is arranged on the transmission shaft 132 and rotates along with the transmission shaft 132, the driven wheel 134 is arranged on the rotating shaft 16, and the driving wheel 133 is meshed with the driven wheel 134. Therefore, the driven wheel 134 is connected to the rotating shaft 16 as an output end of the driving mechanism, and when the motor 131 drives the transmission shaft 132 to rotate, the driving wheel 133 can be driven to rotate synchronously, so as to drive the driven wheel 134 to rotate, thereby driving the hook 12 to rotate through the rotating shaft 16. A notch 111 may be formed in the hanging plate 11 at a position adjacent to the supporting seat 15 (in this embodiment, at a position below the supporting seat 15) to allow a portion of the driving wheel 133 to pass through, so that the driving wheel 133 is partially located below the connecting groove 151 of the supporting seat 15 to engage with the driven wheel 134 on the rotating shaft 16.
The brake mechanism is arranged on the hanging plate 11 and positioned on the same side of the driving mechanism, and comprises an electromagnetic valve 141, a brake disc 142, a first brake disc 143 and a second brake disc 144, wherein the brake disc 142 is in a hollow cylindrical shape and is sleeved on the periphery of the transmission shaft 132. The solenoid valve 141 is externally provided with a first holder 145 and a second holder 146, wherein the first brake pad 143 is disposed on the first holder 145, the second brake pad 144 is disposed on the second holder 146, and the first brake pad 143 and the second brake pad 144 are disposed on opposite sides of the brake disc 142, in this embodiment, both have a circular arc shape, and are adapted to the outer peripheral shape of the brake disc 142. The first holder 145 and the second holder 146 are connected to the output of the solenoid valve 141 and are movable toward and away from each other (a transmission mechanism may be provided at the output of the solenoid valve 141 such that the two holders move in opposite directions, or the solenoid valve 141 may have two outputs). Thus, when the solenoid valve 141 is activated, the first and second holders 145 and 146 are moved close to each other, so that the first and second brake pads 143 and 144 clamp the brake disc 142, thereby making the transmission shaft 132 unable to rotate. Alternatively, other mechanisms for driving the first holder 145 and the second holder 146 to move may be used, such as a conventional linear driving module.
Since the side of the hanging plate 11 where the driving mechanism and the braking mechanism are arranged needs to be installed on the wall surface 100, the hanging plate 11 is integrally in a convex shape in a direction away from the wall surface 100, so that after the hanging plate 11 is installed on the wall surface 100, a sufficient space is provided between the hanging plate 11 and the wall surface 100 for installing the driving mechanism and the braking mechanism, as shown in fig. 9 to 15.
Referring to fig. 9, in an initial state, the hanger 1 is mounted to the wall surface 100 at a proper height, wherein the supporting seat 15 is located at a side away from the wall surface 100, and at this time, the hook 12 is adjusted such that the first hook 121 extends longitudinally downward (preferably, vertically downward) from the connection with the rotating shaft 16, the second hook 122 extends laterally forward, and the protrusion 123 extends upward.
Referring to fig. 10, the rear plate 21 of the fan frame 2 is hung on the hook 12, and at this time, the roller 212 is positioned at the inner side of the protrusion 123 of the hook 12 facing the rear plate 21, so that the roller 212 is prevented from falling off. The protrusion 123 plays a role in initial positioning, and primary hanging is achieved.
Referring to fig. 11, the driving mechanism drives the hook 12 to turn up counterclockwise (in the direction indicated by the arrow), so as to lift the whole range hood body, and at this time, the roller 212 is located at the connection position of the first hook 121 and the second hook 122 of the hook 12.
Referring to fig. 12, the driving mechanism continues to drive the hook 12 to turn up counterclockwise (in the direction indicated by the arrow), and the roller 212 changes position along with the turning of the hook 12 and slides relatively to the upper surface of the first hook 121 of the hook 12.
Referring to fig. 13, the hook 12 is turned to the top, and the roller 212 is limited in a V-shaped groove, the V-shaped groove is formed by the rear plate 21, the top surface of the support seat 15 and the hook 12, the roller 212 is supported on the support seat 15, at this time, the distance between one end of the hook 12 (the protrusion 123 in this embodiment) far away from the rotating shaft 16 and the rear plate 21 is H, the diameter of the roller 212 is D, H is less than D, so that the displacement of the roller 212 is limited, a good vibration-proof effect is achieved (self-excited vibration exists in the operating process of the range hood), and the support seat 15 has a good long-term stress condition; in addition, even if the range hood body is lifted up by mistake, the range hood body can not be unhooked and fall off. The form has better general type, can be suitable for the rollers 212 with different sizes of different range hoods, and can realize secondary on-hook as long as H is less than D.
Referring to fig. 8 and 14, the braking mechanism is started to lock the transmission shaft 132, that is, the position of the hook 12 is ensured to be unchanged, and self-locking and anti-falling are completed.
Referring to fig. 15, in another locking state, the end of the hook 12 away from the rotating shaft 16 abuts against the back plate 21, and the back plate 21, the top surface of the support 15 and the hook 12 together form a closed annular space, i.e. H is 0. This form is more easily implemented in control, when the hanger 12 is in contact with the rear plate 21, the motor 131 is locked and the current is increased, and whether the hanger 12 is hung in place can be judged by recognizing the change of the current.
In the process that the hook 12 is turned upwards, the range hood body is lifted upwards, so that the seamless installation with a cabinet can be realized. When the range hood body needs to be disassembled, the assembling process is opposite to the assembling process.
The braking mechanism of the embodiment can realize braking when the hook 12 is turned up to any position. More preferably, in order to hang the range hood body, the braking mechanism may be activated to brake the transmission shaft 132 before the hook 12 is turned up, and the braking mechanism is released when the hook 12 needs to be turned up, and then the braking mechanism is activated to brake when the hook 12 is turned up.
Example two
Referring to fig. 16 to 18, in the present embodiment, the difference from the first embodiment is that the braking mechanism includes a solenoid valve 141 and a lock pin 147, a lock hole 1321 is opened on the transmission shaft 132, and the lock pin 147 is disposed on the output end of the solenoid valve 141 and can be inserted into the lock hole 1321 or disengaged from the lock hole 1321. When the hook 12 needs to be ensured to be turned up to the self-locking and anti-disengaging position, the lock pin 147 and the lock hole 1321 on the transmission shaft 132 are enabled, and at this time, the solenoid valve 141 can be started, so that the lock pin 147 is inserted into the lock hole 1321 to realize locking, and the transmission shaft 132 is locked.
The braking mechanism of this embodiment needs to brake when the hook 12 is turned up.
