Abstract

本发明公开了一种可调节三偏心蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、蝶板,所述蝶板与所述阀杆固定连接,所述阀杆穿设于所述阀体,还包括:压圈,所述压圈的外壁通过外螺纹连接于所述阀体下端的内螺纹,所述内螺纹长度大于所述外螺纹长度,所述阀杆与所述压圈之间设有限定部,所述限定部限制所述阀杆沿其轴向与所述压圈相对运动。该三偏心蝶阀通过压圈螺纹连接于阀体下端,并设置固定部限定部,使得压圈通过螺纹旋转即可带动阀杆上下移动,达到调节蝶板位置的目的,本发明具有使用寿命长的技术特点。

一种可调节三偏心蝶阀
技术领域
本发明属于阀门技术领域,尤其涉及一种可调节三偏心蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,可用于低压管道介质的开关控制的蝶阀是指关闭件为圆盘(蝶板),围绕阀杆旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀。三偏心蝶阀是指阀杆轴心同时偏离碟板中心及本体中心,且阀座回转轴线与阀体通道轴线有一定角度的。
现有的蝶阀在使用时由于磨损、杂质堆积等原因阀杆会上下窜动,造成阀体密封圈与蝶板密封配合失效,使蝶阀无法完全关闭截断流体。
现有的蝶阀无法调整阀杆的轴向位置,造成蝶阀使用寿命短。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可调节三偏心蝶阀,该三偏心蝶阀可调节阀杆的轴向位置,使用寿命长。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种可调节三偏心蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、蝶板,所述蝶板设于所述阀杆,所述阀杆穿设于所述阀体,包括:
压圈,所述压圈的外壁通过外螺纹连接于所述阀体下端的内螺纹,所述内螺纹长度大于所述外螺纹长度,所述阀杆与所述压圈之间设有限定部,所述限定部限制所述阀杆沿其轴向与所述压圈相对运动。
根据本发明一实施例,所述压圈套设于所述阀杆下端,所述限定部包括压板和设于所述阀杆下端的台阶端面,所述台阶端面与所述压圈上端面相接触,所述压板固定于所述阀杆下端的端面并与所述压圈下端面相接触。
根据本发明一实施例,所述阀杆的下端沿其轴向方向依次包括阀杆本体、阀杆台阶,所述压圈套设于所述阀杆台阶上,所述台阶端面为所述阀杆本体与所述阀杆台阶的交接端面,所述阀杆台阶的直径小于所述阀杆本体的直径,所述压圈的内径小于所述阀杆本体的直径。
根据本发明一实施例,所述压圈上端面与所述台阶端面、所述压圈下端面与所述压板均为滑动接触。
根据本发明一实施例,所述压圈的上端面和下端面沿所述压圈内侧的周侧均开设有环形槽,所述环形槽中均设有滑动挡环,所述压圈的上下两端面均通过所述滑动挡环分别与所述台阶端面和所述压板相滑动接触。
根据本发明一实施例,述阀体下端的端面固设有端盖。
根据本发明一实施例,所述端盖与所述阀体之间设有缠绕垫圈。
根据本发明一实施例,所述阀杆套设有导向套,所述导向套设于所述阀杆和所述阀体的配合处。
根据本发明一实施例,所述阀体上端与所述阀杆之间设有用于密封的填料组件。
本发明由于采用以上技术方案,使其与现有技术相比具有以下的优点和积极效果:
(1)本发明一实施例中设置压圈,压圈螺纹连接于阀体下端,并设置限定部,使得压圈通过螺纹旋转即可带动阀杆上下移动,达到调节蝶板位置的目的,使得该三偏心蝶阀使用寿命大大提高。
(2)本发明一实施例中阀杆下端穿设于压圈,限定部为台阶端面和压板,结构简单方便,压板外径大于压圈内径可防止阀杆轴向飞出。
(3)本发明一实施例中台阶端面为阀杆台阶与阀杆本体的交接端面,使得台阶端面可承载的力更大。
(4)本发明一实施例中压圈上端面与台阶端面、压圈下端面与压板均为滑动接触,滑动接触使得压圈旋转时更加顺畅,更容易调节阀杆,当蝶阀动作阀杆旋转时,滑动接触可防止阀杆卡死。
(5)本发明一实施例中通过滑动挡环滑动接触,使得滑动挡环与压圈的接触也为滑动接触,滑动效果更好,压圈旋转时更加顺畅,简单方便实用性强。
(6)本发明一实施例中设置缠绕垫圈使得密封性能更高,且耐高温耐磨,防止高温时的泄露。
(7)本发明一实施例中设置导向套,起到给阀杆导向的作用,使阀杆旋转误差更小。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。根据下面说明和权利要求书,本发明的优点和特征将更清楚。需说明的是,附图均采用非常简化的形式且均使用非精准的比率,仅用以方便、明晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。本文中“上”、“下”仅以相对本文附图为基准。
参看图1、图2,本发明提供一种可调节三偏心蝶阀,包括阀体1、阀杆2、蝶板3,蝶板3与阀杆2固定连接,阀杆2穿设于阀体1内,阀座组件12通过压环装置固定在阀体1上,阀座组件12和压环装置为蝶板3与阀体1之间的密封装置,蝶板3通过圆柱销固定在阀杆2中部。本实施例的三偏心蝶阀还包括压圈4,压圈4圆周外壁设有外螺纹,阀体1下端设有通孔且设有内螺纹,压圈4通过外螺纹连接于所述阀体1下端的内螺纹,且内螺纹长度大于外螺纹长度,使得压圈4可在该内螺纹上上下旋转移动,阀杆2与压圈4之间设有限定部,限定部限制了阀杆2沿其轴向相对压圈4移动,使得压圈4和阀杆2相对轴向固定,压圈4上下移动即带动阀杆2上下移动,因此只需旋转压圈4即可使阀杆2上下移动,达到了微调蝶板3位置的目的,使得蝶阀持久、严密密封,大大减少了蝶阀的故障率,且为了旋转压圈4方便,压圈4下端面开有两个旋拧孔,通过特制扳手插入两个孔内达到旋转压圈4的目的。
参看图1,压圈4中间设有通孔,阀杆2下端穿设于压圈4,本实施例中阀杆2下端与压圈4平齐;上述限定部为台阶端面5和压板6,台阶端面5设于阀杆2,可以为阶梯轴或挡肩形成的台阶端面5,阶梯轴直径变化处可以形成该台阶端面5,挡肩类似轴挡,为轴上的凸缘;且台阶端面5与压圈4上端面相接触,接触方式为抵触,阀杆2下端的端面通过螺栓连接有压板6,压板6直径大于压圈4通孔的内径,也就是说压板6与压圈4下端面相接触,接触方式为抵触,防止了阀杆2的轴向飞出。阀杆2的下端沿其轴向方向依次包括阀杆台阶和阀杆本体,阀杆台阶直径小于阀杆本体,在其它实施例中,阀杆本体也可以再分为若干直径变化的杆,只是在靠近阀杆台阶的地方直径大于阀杆台阶。具体的阀杆台阶位于阀杆2的下端且穿设于压圈4,压圈4通孔的内径小于阀杆本体,使得阀杆2不会穿过压圈4,上述台阶端面5为阀杆台阶与阀杆本体的交接端面。压圈4上端面与台阶端面5、压圈4下端面与压板6均可滑动接触,也就是抵触,可滑动接触为两个面之间几乎无摩擦可以顺畅的相对滑动,进一步的,压圈4的上端面和下端面沿压圈内侧的周侧均设有环形槽,环形槽与压圈4的通孔连通,环形槽中均设有滑动挡环7,压圈4的上下两端面均通过滑动挡环7分别与台阶端面5和压板6相滑动接触,滑动挡环7由低摩擦材料制成,例如石墨等非金属材料,使得压圈4的上下两端面与台阶端面5和压板6的滑动几乎无摩擦,使压圈4旋转时阀杆2不会跟着转,压圈4旋转时更加顺畅,当阀杆2旋转时,挡环起轴承作用,阀杆2与压圈4之间的滑动也更顺畅可防止阀杆2卡死,有效减小执行器输出扭矩要求;在其它实施例中,也可替换为推力球轴承,使得压圈4的上下两端面与台阶端面5和压板6可滑动接触。
参看图1、图2,阀体1下端的端面通过螺栓连接有端盖8,端盖8与阀体1之间的接触面设有缠绕垫圈9,用以密封,缠绕垫圈9由石墨等非金属材料加金属外圈组成,可耐磨耐高温,在高温下密封效果好,适用于本发明。阀杆2上下部位与阀体1配合处套设有导向套10,导向套10用于阀杆2的定位,消除阀杆2旋转时的跳动,上下导向套10根据介质温度分为复合石墨轴套和高镍铸铁轴套,该种材料耐磨耐高温;阀体1上端与阀杆2之间设有填料组件11以密封,填料密封十分适用于转动件的密封,且耐高温。
下面对本发明工作过程作进一步说明:
首先拧下端盖8上的螺栓,拆除端盖8,根据需要调节的位置旋转压圈4,调整阀杆2的上下位置,即调整蝶板3的位置,调整好后再装上端盖8。
本发明除了应用在本发明中,也可用于其它类型的蝶阀中。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式。即使对本发明作出各种变化,倘若这些变化属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则仍落入在本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (9)

1.一种可调节三偏心蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、蝶板,所述蝶板设于所述阀杆,所述阀杆穿设于所述阀体,其特征在于,包括:
压圈,所述压圈的外壁通过外螺纹连接于所述阀体下端的内螺纹,所述内螺纹长度大于所述外螺纹长度,所述阀杆与所述压圈之间设有限定部,所述限定部限制所述阀杆沿其轴向与所述压圈相对运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调节三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,所述压圈套设于所述阀杆下端,所述限定部包括压板和设于所述阀杆下端的台阶端面,所述台阶端面与所述压圈上端面相接触,所述压板固定于所述阀杆下端的端面并与所述压圈下端面相接触。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可调节三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆的下端沿其轴向方向依次包括阀杆本体、阀杆台阶,所述压圈套设于所述阀杆台阶上,所述台阶端面为所述阀杆本体与所述阀杆台阶的交接端面,所述阀杆台阶的直径小于所述阀杆本体的直径,所述压圈的内径小于所述阀杆本体的直径。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可调节三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,所述压圈上端面与所述台阶端面、所述压圈下端面与所述压板均为滑动接触。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可调节三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,所述压圈的上端面和下端面沿所述压圈内侧的周侧均开设有环形槽,所述环形槽中均设有滑动挡环,所述压圈的上下两端面均通过所述滑动挡环分别与所述台阶端面和所述压板相滑动接触。
6.根据权利要求2所述的可调节三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀体下端的端面固设有端盖。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可调节三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,所述端盖与所述阀体之间设有缠绕垫圈。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可调节三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆套设有导向套,所述导向套设于所述阀杆和所述阀体的配合处。
9.根据权利要求1所述的可调节三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀体上端与所述阀杆之间设有用于密封的填料组件。
