These forms of machining require a large number of welding processes. A large number of welding processes easily cause the steel plate to be heated and deformed, and have the defects of environmental pollution and cost increase.

The internal concrete is poured in a rectangular space formed by the H-shaped steel middle connecting piece and the H-shaped steel side connecting piece, the H-shaped steel side connecting piece and the H-shaped steel side connecting piece, and the H-shaped steel side connecting piece and the channel steel sealing plate connecting piece.
When the internal concrete is poured, the joints of the adjacent connecting pieces are bonded by adopting the adhesive, so that slurry leakage during concrete pouring is prevented.
Advantageous effects
The invention adopts the H-shaped steel and the channel steel assembled T-shaped special-shaped column which can be quickly assembled and produced in a factory and are connected by the latch hook. The component form not only can effectively realize the industrialization of the processing of the steel structural component, but also can greatly simplify the manufacturing process of the steel plate special-shaped column and reduce the manufacturing cost.

detailed description of the invention
The implementation of the architecture is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The L-shaped locking hook 7 extends out of the outer edge of the flange for a certain distance D, and the value of D is a + b + c. When the upper flange and the lower flange of two adjacent connecting pieces are connected in an aligned mode, the two rows of L-shaped lock hooks 7 of one connecting piece just hook the two rows of C-shaped lock loops 6 of the other connecting piece, and in order to guarantee tight connection and convenient construction, the inner size of each C-shaped lock loop 6 can be slightly larger than the size of each L-shaped lock hook by 1-2 mm.

The specific connection process is as follows: respectively aligning a flange on one side of an L-shaped latch hook 7 of a channel steel seal plate connecting piece 8 with a flange of an H-shaped steel edge connecting piece 5, and sliding from top to bottom along the flange of the H-shaped steel edge connecting piece 5 to enable the L-shaped latch hook 7 of the channel steel seal plate connecting piece 8 to hook a C-shaped shackle 6 of the H-shaped steel edge connecting piece 5; the flange of one side of the L-shaped latch hook 7 of the H-shaped steel edge connecting piece 5 is aligned with the flange of the connecting piece 4 in the H-shaped steel respectively, and the flange slides from top to bottom along the flange of the connecting piece 4 in the H-shaped steel, so that the L-shaped latch hook 7 of the H-shaped steel edge connecting piece 5 hooks the C-shaped shackle 6 of the connecting piece 4 in the H-shaped steel, and adjacent H-shaped steel edge connecting pieces 5 are connected with the L-shaped latch hook 7 through the C-shaped shackle. Namely, when in connection, the corresponding C-shaped shackle 6 and the L-shaped latch hook 7 of two adjacent connecting pieces are connected together to form the peripheral constraint steel pipe 3.
And the internal concrete 2 is poured in a rectangular space formed by the H-shaped steel middle connecting piece 4 and the H-shaped steel side connecting piece 5, the H-shaped steel side connecting piece 5 and the H-shaped steel side connecting piece 5, and the H-shaped steel side connecting piece 5 and the channel steel sealing plate connecting piece 8.
