Description

Bronzing adhesive and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to a bronzing glue and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of treatment of fabrics and the like for textile dyeing or printing by using nitrogen-containing compounds according to the classification of dyes, pigments or auxiliaries.
Background
The gilding technology for textile is a special printing technology in which a layer of resin film is coated on a base material, and then the resin film is attached to gilding paper under the action of high temperature and high pressure to form metallic luster on the base material. Similar to disperse dye heat transfer printing, the metal layer on the gold stamping paper is transferred to the base material by utilizing the heat transfer principle, and the metal layer can have gold, silver, laser, black and other colors. Once the gold stamping fabric with high added value and low cost is put into the market, the gold stamping fabric is sought after by the consumers. As one skilled in the art, after seeing the prosperous market, the quality of the product itself is more concerned. At present, the common problems of the gold stamping fabrics on the market include poor fastness to washing, poor fastness to rubbing, serious color difference, insecure bonding force between a metal layer and the fabrics, doubtful environmental protection of products and the like, but the problems are not effectively solved, so that the gold stamping products are limited to be in a high-end market.
The technical personnel in the field continuously develop new solutions and new routes to try to solve the problems faced by the gold stamping products, and the specific summary is as follows:
CN 104263311B discloses a preparation process of UV cold-hot stamping glue, which has excellent adhesive force to a vacuum coating and simplifies the production process of a cold-hot film.
CN 103709839A discloses a gold stamping glue solution, a preparation method thereof and application of titanium dioxide in the gold stamping glue solution, and the preparation method is thought to improve the stability of products and improve the firmness and the flatness of gold stamping films.
CN 103306143A discloses a gold stamping glue solution and a gold stamping method using the same, and the gold stamping glue solution is considered to be bright, smooth and clear in pattern, so that the process is improved, a transfer printing technology is adopted, two screen printing processes are omitted, and the manufacturing cost is accelerated.
CN 103224756A discloses a method for developing glue for gold stamping printing, which can effectively solve the problems of irregular edges, insufficient brightness, missed burning and the like caused by cold stamping transfer printing due to the glue.
The above applications have been started from different angles and respective solutions have been proposed. By comprehensively analyzing the technical routes, the rough direction of developing the novel gold stamping glue and the improved gold stamping process can be found, but the specific applicable objects are different, so that each scheme can only be used for processing a single object and cannot be widely applied. In a specific production practice, a plurality of technical difficulties are usually encountered: firstly, the adhesive force between the glue solution of the original formula and the fabric is poor and the firmness is low; secondly, the glue solution in the original formula is only suitable for polyester non-elastic woven fabric, and the base material has large limitation; thirdly, the product adopting the glue solution of the original formula has weak luster, poor color fastness grade and poor bright light durability; and fourthly, the glue solution of the original formula is adopted, so that the finished product has large difference and unstable product quality. The problems in the current production practice can not be well solved by adopting the prior technical scheme, and the expected value of the product can not be reached.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, in order to overcome the defects of poor adhesion between the virgin rubber and the substrate, low transparency, low fastness, single applicable object and the like in the prior art, the application firstly provides the bronzing rubber which has strong adhesion, wide applicable object and good production stability.
Specifically, the method is realized through the following scheme:
the bronzing glue comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
30-40% of main rubber, 10-15% of curing agent, 20-30% of brightener, 15-20% of organic solvent and 2-5% of accelerator; the main adhesive is composed of two components of polyurethane resin A and polyurethane resin B, wherein the polyurethane resin A is solvent type polyurethane containing isocyanate groups, and the main component of the main adhesive is any one of toluene diisocyanate, polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate, 1, 6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, 1, 5-naphthalene diisocyanate and xylylene diisocyanate; the polyurethane resin B is water-based polyurethane, does not contain isocyanate, contains active functional groups such as amino ester bond, hydroxyl, carboxyl and the like, and can be a mixture of any two or more of polyol, isocyanate, acrylate, vinyl acetate and the like as main components.
In the main rubber, the mass ratio of the polyurethane resin A to the polyurethane resin B is (5-8) to (5-2).
At the same time, the applicant has also surprisingly found that: the two components of the polyurethane resin A and the polyurethane resin B are blended into the blending colloid system, and the reflected adhesive force, film forming fastness and transmission brightness are all larger than those of a single-component glue solution. In addition, the strong hydrogen bond combination is formed by fully utilizing the isocyanate group, the polyhydroxy group and the polycarboxyl in the polyurethane, the ester group in the terylene and the hydroxyl in the cellulose fiber, so that the bonding force with the base material is greatly enhanced. The hot stamping glue can be widely applied to most of fabrics on the market.
The curing agent is organic amine and can be one or more of xylylenediamine, m-phenylenediamine, hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine, hexamethylene diamine 2-methylimidazole and triisopropanol tert-amine titanate.
The curing agents used are commercially available, have low toxicity, and can be cured at room temperature and medium temperature.
The brightening agent can be one or a mixture of dibutyltin dilaurate, triethanolamine, dimethylethanol, ethanolamine and the like. The catalyst mainly plays a role in catalyzing, so that the polyurethane film and the gold stamping film react, and the metal layer on the gold stamping film is accelerated to be transferred onto the polyurethane film, thereby enhancing the metallic luster performance of a finished product.
The brightener is a conventional chemical product, has low price and can stably exist in a blending colloid system.
The promoter is one or more of phenol promoter, fatty amine promoter, pyridine promoter and triethanolamine promoter. The preferable amount is (3-4)%, so as to reduce the curing temperature and accelerate the curing speed.
The organic solvent is one of toluene, ethyl acetate, acetone and butanone. Preferably, butanone is selected as the organic solvent, the boiling point of the butanone is 80 ℃, the solubility parameter is 9.2, the boiling point of the blending glue solution can be effectively improved, and the piece difference of a finished product is controlled to be (300-400) meters.
The polyurethane resin is added in the formula, so that the adhesive force of the polyurethane resin is fully utilized, and the problems that the conventional bronzing adhesive has poor adhesive force to a base material and is single in applicable base material are solved; meanwhile, the ratio of each component of the gold stamping glue is adjusted, so that the brightness, the rubbing fastness, the washing fastness and the like of a finished product can be effectively enhanced, and the difference of the bonding force caused by the difference of the bonding effects of different substrates is met; the organic solvent and other components of the bronzing glue are mutually soluble, so that the tolerance of a finished product can be controlled to be 300-400 meters, and continuous production is guaranteed.
Meanwhile, the applicant also provides a preparation method of the gold stamping glue, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) sampling the polyurethane resin A and the polyurethane resin B according to the mass ratio of (5-8) to (5-2), and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 400-600 r/min at the temperature of 20-30 ℃ for 8-15 min;

(4) and (3) adding the accelerator and the organic solvent in corresponding proportion, and stirring for 10-18 min until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain the gilding glue, wherein the viscosity of the gilding glue is (58-65) CPS.
Meanwhile, the application also provides a gold stamping process applying the gold stamping glue, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) gluing the base cloth to be treated by a rolling coating method, wherein the gluing pressure is 5-10 kg, and the mesh number of the screen printing plate is 100-200; preferably, the sizing pressure in step (1) is (5.5-7) kg, such as 5.5kg, 6kg, 6.5kg, 7 kg; the mesh number of the screen printing plates is (150-180), such as 150, 160, 170 and 180. The roll coating method is that a roller is firstly immersed into prepared glue solution and then is contacted with base cloth, and the glue is uniformly applied, so that the roll coating method is suitable for large-scale production.
(2) And (3) uniformly feeding the base cloth which is uniformly glued into an oven, setting the temperature at 45-55 ℃, and drying at the speed of 500 m/min.

Figure BDA0002341753440000091
Note: the test standards of the fastness to washing and the rubbing are American standard ATCC 135, and the test standards are obtained after the standard is washed for 20 times.
As can be seen from Table 1, compared with comparative examples 1 and 2, in example 3, the grades of the fastness to washing and the fastness to rubbing of the finished product of example 3 are higher than those of comparative examples 1 and 2, and it can be obtained from the results that the final performance of the single-component bronzing glue solution is weaker than that of the bronzing glue formed by the blending of polyurethane resin A and polyurethane resin B, and the superiority of the bronzing glue of the application is also reflected visually. The difference between the application of example 3 and comparative example 3 is the choice of organic solvent, and it can be seen from the final test results of the product that butanone is a good choice and is very helpful for improving the product performance.
