The invention discloses a method for extracting spice from natural plants, which comprises the following steps of firstly, selecting natural plant raw materials with plump rhizomes, placing the raw materials into a container with a proper caliber, adding certain water into the container to soak the raw materials, taking the raw materials out of the container after the plant raw materials fully absorb water, cleaning the raw materials by using a cleaning device until the raw materials are thoroughly cleaned, cutting the cleaned raw materials into sections by using a cutting device, placing the sections of the raw materials into a squeezing device to be squeezed, fully squeezing the sections of the raw materials to obtain squeezed raw materials, filtering the squeezed raw materials by using a filtering device to obtain filtrate, and standing and precipitating the obtained filtrate. The invention can completely extract the spice in the plant, improves the extraction quality of the spice, reduces the waste of a large amount of raw materials, reduces the production cost of enterprises and meets the use requirements of people.

s6: and drying the obtained spice solution by using a drying device, and evaporating water in the solution to obtain the plant spice.
