200g of acrylic emulsion/organosilicon emulsion, 125g of filler, 38.5g of water, 7.5g of light stabilizer, 3.5g of dispersant, 5.5g of defoaming agent, 10g of coupling agent, 7.5g of pigment, 6.5g of ultraviolet absorbent, 15g of nano zinc oxide, 75g of crystal master batch, 12.5g of adhesion promoter, 7g of thickening agent, 5.5g of cosolvent, 4g of anti-settling agent, 6g of flatting agent, 4.5g of preservative, 6g of quick-drying agent, 5.5g of film-forming assistant and 30g of VAE emulsion.
Wherein, the filler comprises the following raw material components: 10-30 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 17.5g of light calcium carbonate, 7.5g of mica powder, 27.5g of talcum powder, 7.5g of titanium dioxide, 17.5g of kaolin and 27.5g of wollastonite.

200g of acrylic emulsion/organosilicon emulsion and 30g of VAE emulsion which are prepared in advance are put into a dispersion kettle, the rotating speed of the dispersion kettle is regulated to 400rpm of 300 and stirring is carried out for 4 to 8 minutes;
mixing 3.5g of dispersant and 17.5g of water according to the proportion of 1: 5;
putting the mixture prepared in proportion into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to be 300-400rpm, and stirring for 3-10 minutes;
mixing 7g of thickening agent and 21g of water according to the proportion of 1: 3;
the mixture prepared according to the proportion is put into a dispersion kettle, the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle is adjusted to 500-600rpm, and the mixture is stirred for 5 to 15 minutes;
sequentially adding 125g of filler, 7.5g of light stabilizer, 5.5g of defoaming agent, 10g of coupling agent, 7.5g of pigment, 6.5g of ultraviolet absorbent, 15g of nano zinc oxide and 75g of crystallization master batch which are prepared in advance into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to be 800-900rpm, and dispersing for 15-20 minutes;
sequentially adding 12.5g of adhesion promoter, 5.5g of cosolvent, 4g of anti-settling agent, 6g of flatting agent, 4.5g of preservative, 6g of quick-drying agent and 5.5g of film-forming aid which are prepared in advance into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to 850-900 rpm, and dispersing for 18-22 minutes;
transferring the dispersed mixture to a sand mill or a three-roller machine for grinding;
and filtering the ground mixture to obtain the pre-paved anti-sticking coating of the waterproof coiled material.

The high-performance pre-paved waterproof coiled material anti-sticking coating is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
300g of acrylic emulsion/organosilicon emulsion, 150g of filler, 52g of water, 10g of light stabilizer, 5g of dispersant, 8g of defoamer, 15g of coupling agent, 10g of pigment, 8g of ultraviolet absorber, 20g of nano zinc oxide, 100g of crystallization master batch, 15g of adhesion promoter, 9g of thickener, 8g of cosolvent, 6g of anti-settling agent, 8g of flatting agent, 7g of preservative, 9g of quick-drying agent, 7g of film-forming assistant and 40g of VAE emulsion.
Wherein, the filler comprises the following raw material components: 30g of heavy calcium carbonate, 20g of light calcium carbonate, 10g of mica powder, 30g of talcum powder, 10g of titanium dioxide, 20g of kaolin and 30g of wollastonite.
Wherein the dispersant comprises at least one of sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, triethylhexyl phosphoric acid, sodium dodecyl sulfate, methylpentanol, a spacinderivate or polyacrylamide.
The light stabilizer comprises 4g of 2-benzotriazole and 6g of didecanoate.
Wherein the coupling agent comprises 7g of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and 8g of propyltrimethoxysilane.
Wherein the ultraviolet absorbent comprises at least one of salicylic acid esters, benzophenones, benzotriazoles, substituted acrylonitriles, triazines or hindered amines.
Wherein the crystallization master batch comprises 20g of volcanic ash powder, 35g of blast furnace slag powder, 15g of pulverized coal and 30g of micro silicon powder.
Wherein the thickening agent comprises 2g of cellulose ether, 3g of polyacrylate, 2g of associative polyurethane and 2g of inorganic thickening agent.
The preparation method of the high-performance pre-paved waterproof coiled material anti-sticking coating comprises the following steps:
putting 300g of acrylic emulsion/organic silicon emulsion and 40g of VAE emulsion prepared in advance into a dispersion kettle, regulating and controlling the rotating speed of the dispersion kettle to be 400rpm, and stirring for 4-8 minutes;
mixing 5g of dispersing agent and 25g of water according to the proportion of 1: 5;
putting the mixture prepared in proportion into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to be 300-400rpm, and stirring for 3-10 minutes;
mixing 9g of thickening agent and 27g of water according to the proportion of 1: 3;
the mixture prepared according to the proportion is put into a dispersion kettle, the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle is adjusted to 500-600rpm, and the mixture is stirred for 5 to 15 minutes;
sequentially adding 150g of filler, 10g of light stabilizer, 8g of defoaming agent, 15g of coupling agent, 10g of pigment, 8g of ultraviolet absorbent, 20g of nano zinc oxide and 100g of crystallization master batch which are prepared in advance into a dispersion kettle, and regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to 800 rpm and 900rpm for dispersing for 15-20 minutes;
sequentially adding 15g of adhesion promoter, 8g of cosolvent, 6g of anti-settling agent, 8g of flatting agent, 7g of preservative, 9g of quick-drying agent and 7g of film-forming assistant which are prepared in advance into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to 850-900 rpm, and dispersing for 18-22 minutes;
transferring the dispersed mixture to a sand mill or a three-roller machine for grinding;
and filtering the ground mixture to obtain the pre-paved anti-sticking coating of the waterproof coiled material.
For the convenience of understanding the above technical solutions of the present invention, the following detailed descriptions of the processes of the above solutions of the present invention are provided with reference to the accompanying drawings, and specifically are as follows:
according to the embodiment of the invention, the preparation method of the high-performance pre-paved waterproofing membrane anti-sticking coating paint is also provided.
As shown in figure 1, in the actual production process, the preparation of the high-performance pre-paved waterproofing membrane anti-sticking coating paint comprises the following steps:
step S101, putting the prepared acrylic emulsion/organosilicon emulsion and VAE emulsion into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to 400rpm, and stirring for 4-8 minutes;
step S102, mixing a dispersing agent and water according to a ratio of 1: 5;
step S103, putting the mixture prepared according to the proportion into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to 400rpm, and stirring for 3-10 minutes;
step S104, mixing the thickening agent and water according to a ratio of 1: 3;
step S105, putting the mixture prepared according to the proportion into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to be 500-600rpm, and stirring for 5-15 minutes;
step S106, sequentially adding the prepared filler, light stabilizer, defoaming agent, coupling agent, pigment, ultraviolet absorbent, nano zinc oxide and crystallization master batch into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to 800-900rpm, and dispersing for 15-20 minutes;
step S107, sequentially adding the adhesion promoter, the cosolvent, the anti-settling agent, the leveling agent, the preservative, the quick-drying agent and the film-forming aid which are prepared in advance into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to 850-900 rpm, and dispersing for 18-22 minutes;
step S108, transferring the dispersed mixture to a sand mill or a three-roller machine for grinding;
and step S109, filtering the ground mixture to obtain the anti-sticking coating of the pre-paved waterproof coiled material.
In one example, the mixture after the dispersion is transferred to a sand mill or a three-roll mill for grinding: the fineness of the ground mixture is not greater than 80 microns.
In summary, according to the technical scheme of the invention, the stabilizing agent, the film forming aid and the like are added on the basis of the original quick drying agent, the coupling agent and the leveling agent, so that when the later poured concrete cracks, the pre-paved waterproof coiled material at the bottom end of the concrete forms a layer of protective film on the joint surface of the pre-paved waterproof coiled material and the concrete, the protective film has the stability in handling, and when the cracks of the concrete increase, the cracking of the pre-paved waterproof coiled material along with the cracking of the concrete is relieved. According to the invention, when the pre-paved waterproof coiled material is manufactured, the defoamer, the dispersant, the light stabilizer and the like are added, so that in the using process, the heat resistance of the anti-sticking coating of the pre-paved waterproof coiled material is improved, and the anti-sticking coating has the beneficial effects of high peeling strength, ultraviolet resistance, water immersion resistance, silt resistance, cement resistance and the like. Meanwhile, the method can be well suitable for polar environment.

Claims (10)

1. The high-performance pre-paved waterproof coiled material anti-sticking coating is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
300 parts of acrylic emulsion/organosilicon emulsion 100, 150 parts of filler 100, 25-52 parts of water, 5-10 parts of light stabilizer, 2-5 parts of dispersant, 3-8 parts of defoamer, 5-15 parts of coupling agent, 5-10 parts of pigment, 5-8 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, 10-20 parts of nano zinc oxide, 50-100 parts of crystallization master batch, 10-15 parts of adhesion promoter, 5-9 parts of thickener, 3-8 parts of cosolvent, 2-6 parts of anti-settling agent, 4-8 parts of flatting agent, 2-7 parts of preservative, 3-9 parts of quick drying agent, 4-7 parts of film forming additive and 20-40 parts of VAE emulsion.
2. The high-performance pre-paved waterproofing membrane anti-sticking coating of claim 1, wherein the filler comprises the following raw material components: 10-30 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 15-20 parts of light calcium carbonate, 5-10 parts of mica powder, 25-30 parts of talcum powder, 5-10 parts of titanium dioxide, 15-20 parts of kaolin and 25-30 parts of wollastonite.
3. The high-performance pre-paved waterproofing membrane anti-sticking coating of claim 2, wherein the dispersant comprises at least one of sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, triethylhexylphosphoric acid, sodium dodecyl sulfate, methylpentanol, a derivative of a spacing element, or polyacrylamide.
4. The high-performance pre-paved waterproofing coil anti-sticking coating as claimed in claim 3, wherein the light stabilizer is 2-4 parts of 2-benzotriazole and 3-6 parts of didecanoate.
5. The high-performance pre-paved waterproofing coil anti-sticking coating according to claim 4, characterized in that the coupling agent is 2-7 parts of gamma-aminopropyl triethoxysilane, 3-8 parts of propyl trimethoxysilane.
6. The high-performance pre-paved waterproofing membrane anti-sticking coating of claim 5, wherein the ultraviolet absorber comprises at least one of salicylic acid esters, benzophenones, benzotriazoles, substituted acrylonitriles, triazines or hindered amines.
7. The high-performance pre-paved waterproof coiled material anti-sticking coating as claimed in claim 6, wherein the crystallization master batch comprises 10-20 parts of volcanic ash powder, 15-35 parts of blast furnace slag powder, 5-15 parts of fly ash and 20-30 parts of micro silicon powder.
8. The high-performance pre-paved waterproofing membrane anti-sticking coating of claim 7, wherein the thickening agent is cellulose ether 1-2 parts, polyacrylate 1.5-3 parts, associative polyurethane 1.5-2 parts, inorganic thickening agent 1-2 parts.
9. A method for preparing a high-performance pre-paved waterproofing coil anti-sticking coating, which is used for preparing the high-performance pre-paved waterproofing coil anti-sticking coating of claim 8, and comprises the following steps:
putting the prepared acrylic emulsion/organosilicon emulsion and VAE emulsion into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to 400rpm at 300-;
mixing a dispersing agent and water according to the proportion of 1: 5;
putting the mixture prepared in proportion into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to be 300-400rpm, and stirring for 3-10 minutes;
mixing the thickening agent and water according to the proportion of 1: 3;
the mixture prepared according to the proportion is put into a dispersion kettle, the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle is adjusted to 500-600rpm, and the mixture is stirred for 5 to 15 minutes;
sequentially adding the prepared filler, light stabilizer, defoaming agent, coupling agent, pigment, ultraviolet absorbent, nano zinc oxide and crystallization master batch into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to be 900rpm, and dispersing for 15-20 minutes;
sequentially adding an adhesion promoter, a cosolvent, an anti-settling agent, a flatting agent, a preservative, a quick-drying agent and a film-forming aid which are prepared in advance into a dispersion kettle, regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion kettle to 850-900 rpm, and dispersing for 18-22 minutes;
transferring the dispersed mixture to a sand mill or a three-roller machine for grinding;
and filtering the ground mixture to obtain the pre-paved anti-sticking coating of the waterproof coiled material.

The preparation method of the high-performance pre-paved waterproofing membrane anti-sticking coating according to claim 9, characterized in that the dispersed mixture is transferred to a sand mill or a three-roll mill for grinding: the fineness of the ground mixture is not greater than 80 microns.
