Abstract
The invention discloses a device and a method for modifying recycled aggregate, which comprises a modification unit; the modification unit comprises a chain transmission device, a water tank, a limiting frame and two support columns, wherein the limiting frame comprises two vertical rods, and the tops of the two vertical rods are connected with a horizontal rod; motors of gears at two ends of the chain transmission device are fixed at the tops of the two support columns, the height of each support column is higher than that of the horizontal rod, and the middle part of the chain is positioned at the bottom of the horizontal rod; a plurality of hoisting containers are arranged below a chain of the chain transmission device at intervals, the hoisting containers are connected with the chain through cables, the tops of the hoisting containers are provided with openings, and the bottoms of the hoisting containers are provided with meshes; the water tank is positioned below the middle part of the chain, the water tank is filled with a modified material solution, and the distance between the hoisting container and the chain is equal to the distance between the middle part of the chain and the water tank. The efficiency of modification treatment by adopting the stable and reinforced mortar principle can be improved, and a production line operation mode is formed.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and relates to a device and a method for modifying recycled aggregate.
Background
In the existing recycled aggregate modification technology, removing mortar and taking original natural aggregate are one of the main flow directions. However, the stripping process is difficult, and the stripping process also causes the risk of re-crushing the natural recycled aggregate in the mortar, and obviously, the stripping of the natural fine aggregate from the recycled aggregate, namely the sand, is not feasible; meanwhile, the simply crushed large-particle-size material cannot be used and is only suitable for recycled concrete.
The other main stream is the stable and strengthened mortar, the particle size of the simply crushed aggregate can be kept, the recycled aggregate is fully utilized, the recycled aggregate is modified in advance, and the application range of the recycled aggregate is widened. On the premise of not damaging the graded recycled aggregate, the permeable material can simultaneously modify the recycled clay brick and the recycled concrete, and definitely, in the future recycled aggregate modification treatment, the permeable material occupies a place, but the modification treatment adopting the stabilizing and reinforcing mortar principle at present has low efficiency and cannot form a production line operation mode.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, and to provide a device and a method for modifying recycled aggregate, which can improve the efficiency of modification treatment using the principle of stabilizing and reinforcing mortar, and form a flow line operation mode.

a modified treatment device of recycled aggregate comprises a modification unit;
the modification unit comprises a chain transmission device, a water tank, a limiting frame and two support columns, wherein the limiting frame comprises two vertical rods, and the tops of the two vertical rods are connected with a horizontal rod; motors of gears at two ends of the chain transmission device are fixed at the tops of the two support columns, the height of each support column is higher than that of the horizontal rod, and the middle part of the chain is positioned at the bottom of the horizontal rod; a plurality of hoisting containers are arranged below a chain of the chain transmission device at intervals, the hoisting containers are connected with the chain through cables, the tops of the hoisting containers are provided with openings, and the bottoms of the hoisting containers are provided with meshes; the water tank is positioned below the middle part of the chain, the water tank is filled with a modified material solution, and the distance between the hoisting container and the chain is equal to the distance between the middle part of the chain and the water tank.
Preferably, four hoisting containers are arranged on the chain transmission device, two hoisting containers are respectively positioned at two ends of the chain transmission device, and the other two hoisting containers are respectively positioned on the chains at two sides of the middle part of the chain.
Preferably, the chain drive is provided with a hot air blower, the hot air blower is positioned at the discharge position of the chain drive, and the hot air blower faces the lower part of the chain drive.
Preferably, the hoisting container is a cylinder with two closed ends, the axis is horizontally arranged, the opening is positioned at the top of the circumferential surface, an arc-shaped cover plate is arranged on the circumferential surface, the cover plate is in sliding connection with the two ends of the hoisting container, and the width of the cover plate is larger than that of the opening.

A method for modifying recycled aggregate based on the device of any one of the preceding claims, comprising the steps of;
placing the recycled aggregate into a hoisting container, and starting a motor of a chain transmission device;
secondly, when the hoisting container moves to the middle part of the chain, the hoisting container is immersed into the modified material solution in the container, and the motor of the chain transmission device stops for 5-20 minutes;
and step three, starting a motor of the chain transmission device, removing the hoisting container from the modified material solution, taking out the recycled aggregate, and drying to finish the modification treatment of the recycled aggregate.
Preferably, after the fifth step is finished, the recycled aggregate is conveyed into a carbon dioxide curing chamber for curing, and the curing time is three to seven days.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention carries out soaking and taking out of the modified material solution on the recycled aggregate by controlling the chain transmission device, and the plurality of hoisting containers carry out charging, soaking and discharging respectively, so that the three steps are carried out all the time, the efficiency of modification treatment is improved, and a production line operation mode is formed.
Furthermore, a hot air blower is arranged at the discharging position of the chain transmission device, so that the soaked recycled aggregate is dried.

Four hoisting containers 9 are arranged below the chain 8 of the chain transmission device, the hoisting containers 9 are connected with the chain 8 through cables 13, two of the hoisting containers 9 are respectively positioned at points E and G at two ends of the chain transmission device, and the other two hoisting containers 9 are respectively positioned at points H and F on the chains 8 at two sides of the middle part of the chain 8. The chain drive is provided with a hot air blower 14, the hot air blower 14 being located at the discharge G point of the chain drive, the hot air blower 14 being directed downwards of the chain drive. The water tank 15 is located below the point F in the middle of the chain 8, the distance between the hoisting container 9 and the chain 8 is equal to the distance between the middle of the chain 8 and the water tank 15, the water tank 15 contains a modified material solution, the modified material is a pure liquid or a solid-liquid mixed material containing a nano material or an organic solvent with good fluidity, the modified material solution in the embodiment adopts a calcium hydroxide solution, and the water tank 15 is internally provided with an electric stirring device. And a conveyor belt 16 is arranged below the hoisting container 9 at the G point of the chain transmission device, and the conveyor belt 16 is communicated with a carbon dioxide curing chamber.
All hoisting containers 9 move along with the movement of the chain 8 under the action of the motor 7, so that the recycled aggregate is placed in the container filled with the calcium hydroxide solution, and when the hoisting containers 9 move to the point F at the middle position, the container is stood for 5 minutes. During this time, the hoisting container 9 continues to be filled with pretreated recycled aggregate at point E. And then, the cable continues to travel, when the container 9 to be hoisted travels to the G point at the unloading position, the container 9 to be hoisted just travels to the F point, the container 9 to be hoisted travels to the E point, and the cable is stood for 5 minutes again, so that the circulation operation is carried out. The four hoisting containers 9 can be charged, soaked and discharged simultaneously, so that the three steps are carried out all the time, and the efficiency of modification treatment is improved.
As shown in fig. 4-6, the hoisting container 9 is a cylinder with two closed ends, the axis is horizontally arranged, the top of the hoisting container 9 is provided with an opening, the opening is located at the top of the circumferential surface, the circumferential surface is provided with an arc-shaped cover plate 10, the cover plate 10 is slidably connected with the two ends of the hoisting container 9, the width of the cover plate 10 is larger than the width of the opening, and the bottom of the hoisting container 9 is provided with meshes, so that the modified material solution can conveniently enter and flow out. And two ends of the hoisting container 9 are fixed with rotating handles 12 for rotating the hoisting container 9 and discharging the recycled aggregate.
The method for modifying the recycled aggregate comprises the following steps.
Step one, placing the recycled aggregate on a vibrating plate 3, starting an oven 1, and drying the recycled aggregate at 40-60 ℃ for 5-10 minutes.
And step two, starting the vibrating plate 3 and vibrating the recycled aggregate for 2-5 minutes.
And step three, placing the regenerated aggregate after vibration into a hoisting container 9 at the point E, and starting a motor 7 of the chain transmission device.
And step four, when the hoisting container 9 moves from the point E to the point F in the middle of the chain 8, immersing the hoisting container 9 into the modified material solution in the container, stopping the motor 7 of the chain transmission device for 5-20 minutes, and filling the hoisting container 9 at the point E with the pretreated recycled aggregate.
Step five, starting the motor 7 of the chain transmission device, moving the hoisting container 9 out of the modified material solution, moving to a point G, drying the recycled aggregate in the hoisting container 9 at the point G by the hot air blower 14, filling the pretreated recycled aggregate into the hoisting container 9 at the point E, and before starting the motor 7 of the chain transmission device, rotating the rotating handle 12 of the hoisting container 9 at the point G to discharge the recycled aggregate onto the conveyor belt 16; the discharged recycled aggregate is conveyed into a carbon dioxide curing chamber for curing by a conveyor belt 16, and after curing for three to seven days, the modification treatment of the recycled aggregate is completed.
