a spherical part is arranged in the cushion body (1), the spherical part is composed of a hard shell (9) and an elastic shell (10) which are fixedly connected, a first one-way channel is arranged between the hard shell (9) and the elastic shell (10), a plurality of air inlets (11) communicated with the outside are arranged at the upper end of the hard shell (9), an exhaust pipe (12) is fixedly connected at the lower end of the elastic shell (10), and a second one-way channel is arranged in the exhaust pipe (12);
