A high-strength plant bean gum ecological plate and a manufacturing method thereof comprise the following steps:
s1, preparing adhesive layer bean gum: adding 20 parts of defatted soybean powder into 120 parts of modified polyamide resin A, stirring uniformly at room temperature, and adding 50 parts of water and 15 parts of curing agent to obtain bonding layer soybean gum;
s2, manufacturing a reinforcing layer bean gum: adding 12 parts of sodium sulfite, 8 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 8g of sodium hydroxide into 350 parts of water, uniformly stirring, heating to 75 ℃, adding 180 parts of soybean protein isolate, keeping the temperature at 75 ℃ and continuously stirring for 1 hour to hydrolyze protein in the soybean protein isolate, reduce the molecular weight of the soybean protein and increase the bonding effect; cooling the glue solution to normal temperature, adjusting the pH value to 6.5-7 by using formic acid, adding 250 parts of modified polyamide resin B and 20 parts of chopped carbon fibers, and uniformly mixing to obtain a reinforcing layer bean gum;
s3, treating the surface of the board core by adopting a shaving board, removing dust and sundries, uniformly spraying the bonding layer bean gum to the surface of the board core by using a glue sprayer, wherein the glue spraying amount is 40 g/square meter, carrying out first hot pressing at 180 ℃ and 2.5MPa, and the hot pressing time is 50S;
s4, soaking the carbon fiber cloth in the bean gum of the reinforcing layer for 20min, taking out, uniformly paving on the plate subjected to the first hot pressing, uniformly spraying the bean gum of the reinforcing layer onto the carbon fiber cloth and the plate by using a glue spraying machine, wherein the glue spraying amount is 60 g/square meter, and then carrying out the second hot pressing at 220 ℃ and 2.5MPa for 300S;
and S5, polishing the plate after the second hot pressing.
Example 4

A high-strength plant bean gum ecological plate and a manufacturing method thereof comprise the following steps:
s1, preparing adhesive layer bean gum: adding 20 parts of defatted soybean powder into 80 parts of modified polyamide resin A, stirring uniformly at room temperature, and adding 30 parts of water and 5 parts of curing agent to obtain bonding layer soybean gum;
s2, manufacturing a reinforcing layer bean gum: adding 12 parts of sodium sulfite, 8 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 8g of sodium hydroxide into 400 parts of water, uniformly stirring, heating to 75 ℃, adding 220 parts of soybean protein isolate, keeping the temperature at 75 ℃ and continuously stirring for 1 hour to hydrolyze protein in the soybean protein isolate, reduce the molecular weight of the soybean protein and increase the bonding effect; cooling the glue solution to normal temperature, adjusting the pH value to 6.5-7 by using formic acid, adding 200 parts of modified polyamide resin B and 15 parts of chopped carbon fibers, and uniformly mixing to obtain a reinforcing layer bean gum;
s3, treating the surface of the board core by adopting a shaving board, removing dust and sundries, uniformly spraying the bonding layer bean gum to the surface of the board core by using a glue sprayer, wherein the glue spraying amount is 40 g/square meter, carrying out first hot pressing at 180 ℃ and under the condition of 2.5MPa, and the hot pressing time is 100S;
s4, soaking the carbon fiber cloth in the bean gum of the reinforcing layer for 20min, taking out, then uniformly paving on the plate subjected to the first hot pressing, uniformly spraying the bean gum of the reinforcing layer onto the carbon fiber cloth and the plate by using a glue sprayer, wherein the glue spraying amount is 30 g/square meter, and then carrying out second hot pressing at 220 ℃ and 2.5MPa for 200S;
s5, laying the carbon fiber cloth soaked in the reinforcing layer bean gum on the board after the second hot pressing, uniformly spraying the reinforcing layer bean gum on the carbon fiber cloth and the board by using a glue sprayer, wherein the glue spraying amount is 60 g/square meter, and then carrying out third hot pressing at 220 ℃ and 2.5MPa for 400S;
and S6, polishing the plate after the third hot pressing.
Example 5
The embodiment discloses a method for manufacturing an ecological plate with a decorative layer.
A high-strength plant bean gum ecological plate and a manufacturing method thereof comprise the following steps:
s1, preparing adhesive layer bean gum: adding 30 parts of defatted soybean powder into 100 parts of modified polyamide resin A, stirring uniformly at room temperature, and adding 40 parts of water and 10 parts of curing agent to obtain bonding layer soybean gum;
s2, manufacturing a reinforcing layer bean gum: adding 12 parts of sodium sulfite, 8 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 8g of sodium hydroxide into 400 parts of water, uniformly stirring, heating to 75 ℃, adding 200 parts of soybean protein isolate, keeping the temperature at 75 ℃ and continuously stirring for 1 hour to hydrolyze protein in the soybean protein isolate, reduce the molecular weight of the soybean protein and increase the bonding effect; cooling the glue solution to normal temperature, adjusting the pH value to 6.5-7 by using formic acid, adding 200 parts of modified polyamide resin B and 15 parts of chopped carbon fibers, and uniformly mixing to obtain a reinforcing layer bean gum;
s3, treating the surface of the board core by adopting a shaving board, removing dust and sundries, uniformly spraying the bonding layer bean gum to the surface of the board core by using a glue sprayer, wherein the glue spraying amount is 40 g/square meter, carrying out first hot pressing at 180 ℃ and under the condition of 2.5MPa, and the hot pressing time is 200S;
s4, uniformly paving carbon fiber cloth on the board after the first hot pressing, uniformly spraying the bean gum of the reinforcing layer on the carbon fiber cloth and the board by using a glue spraying machine, wherein the glue spraying amount is 60 g/square meter, and then carrying out pre-hot pressing at 220 ℃ and under the condition of 2.5MPa for 40S;
s5, paving the melamine impregnated paper on the board after the pre-hot pressing, and then carrying out the secondary hot pressing at 220 ℃ under the condition of 2.5MPa for 300S.
According to the invention, the carbon fiber cloth is used for reinforcing the plate, and the modified soybean glue is used for bonding and coating the plate, so that the overall physical strength of the plate is effectively enhanced, the bonding strength of the soybean glue on the bonding layer is strong, the bonding effect of the plate core and the carbon fiber cloth can be enhanced, and the tensile strength and the compressive strength of the plate are improved; the short carbon fiber strengthens the physical characteristic of the reinforcing layer, the reinforcing layer after hot-pressing and solidifying has high strength and good toughness, and can effectively prevent the edges and corners of the plate from falling off, falling off and the like; meanwhile, after the reinforcing layer bean gum is compounded with the chopped carbon fibers, the corrosion of moths can be effectively prevented, and the insect prevention effect is good.

Claims (10)

1. A high-strength plant bean gum ecological plate and a manufacturing method thereof are characterized in that the ecological plate sequentially comprises a plate core, an adhesive layer covered on the plate core, carbon fiber cloth covered on the adhesive layer and a reinforcing layer covered on the carbon fiber cloth from the center to two sides;
the adhesive layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of modified polyamide resin A, 20-30 parts of defatted soybean powder, 5-15 parts of curing agent and 30-50 parts of water;
the reinforcing layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 250 parts of modified polyamide resin B200-;
the composite regulator is one or more of sodium hydroxide, sodium bisulfate and sodium dodecyl sulfate;
the curing agent is compounded and coagulated by sodium hydroxide and 2-hydroxyethylamine, and the solid content is 20-30%.
2. The high-strength plant bean gum ecological plate and the manufacturing method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composite regulator comprises 10-15 parts by mass of sodium bisulfate, 5-10 parts by mass of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 5-10 parts by mass of sodium hydroxide.
3. The high-strength plant bean gum ecological plate and the manufacturing method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the carbon fiber cloth is a plain weave fabric woven by 6K or 12K carbon fibers, and the length of the chopped carbon fibers is 5-10 mm.

The ecological plate of high-strength plant bean gum as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modified polyamide resin A has a solid content of 25-35%, a viscosity of 80-120 mPa s, and a pH value of 3.0-3.5; the solid content of the modified polyamide resin B is 30-40%, the viscosity is 700-800 mPa.s, and the pH value is 3.5-4.
5. The ecological plate of high strength plant bean gum and the manufacturing method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein a decorative layer is further arranged on the reinforcing layer, and the decorative layer is melamine impregnated paper.
6. The high-strength plant bean gum ecological plate and the manufacturing method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing adhesive layer bean gum: adding 20-30 parts of defatted soybean powder into 80-120 parts of modified polyamide resin A, uniformly stirring at room temperature, adding 30-50 parts of water and 5-15 parts of curing agent to obtain bonding layer soybean gum;
s2, manufacturing a reinforcing layer bean gum: adding 20-30 parts of composite regulator into 400 parts of 350-plus water, stirring and dissolving, heating to 70-80 ℃, adding 220 parts of soybean protein isolate, uniformly stirring and standing for 0.5-2 hours, cooling to normal temperature, adjusting the pH value to 6.5-7 by using formic acid, adding 250 parts of modified polyamide resin B200-plus and 10-20 parts of short carbon fiber, and uniformly mixing to obtain a reinforcing layer bean gum;
s3, performing surface treatment on the board core to remove dust and sundries, uniformly spraying the bonding layer bean gum to the surface of the board core by using a glue sprayer, wherein the glue spraying amount is 40-50 g/square meter, and then performing primary hot pressing;
s4, uniformly paving the carbon fiber cloth on the board after the first hot pressing, spraying the bean gum of the reinforcing layer on the carbon fiber cloth and the board by using a glue spraying machine, wherein the glue spraying amount is 30-60 g/square meter, and then carrying out the second hot pressing.
7. The ecological plate of high-strength plant bean gum as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first hot pressing temperature of S3 is 150-230 ℃, the pressure is 2-3MPa, and the hot pressing time is 50-100S.
8. The ecological plate of high-strength plant bean gum as claimed in claim 6, wherein the temperature of the second hot pressing of S4 is 200-300 ℃, the pressure is 2-3MPa, and the time of the second hot pressing is 200-400S.

The high-strength plant bean gum ecological plate and the manufacturing method thereof as claimed in claim 6, wherein the step S4 is to put the carbon fiber cloth into the bean gum of the reinforcing layer to be soaked for 10-40min, and then to evenly lay the carbon fiber cloth on the plate after the first hot pressing.
10. The high-strength plant bean gum ecological plate and the manufacturing method thereof according to claim 1 or 6, wherein the number of the carbon fiber cloth layers is 1-3.
