The working principle is as follows:
when the material is produced from the outlet of the machine head, the straightening device 2 straightens the material, the cooling circulation device 3 can be started after the material passes through the straightening device 2, and the spray head 32 sprays cooling water with corresponding temperature immediately. At the same time, the used cooling water enters the waste water collecting tank 34 through the filtering device 33, and enters the refrigerator 37 through the connecting pipe. The refrigerator 37 reduces the temperature of the cooling water to normal temperature, and then the cooling water flows back to the water storage tank 31 under the action of the circulating water pump 35, thereby completing the filtering and recycling cycle of the cooling water.
