The invention effectively avoids the problem of deformation caused by eccentricity and stress force.

Background
The most common type of plastic extrusion waste is eccentricity, and various types of bending of the wire core are one of the important causes of insulation eccentricity. Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and examples, so that how to implement technical means to solve technical problems and achieve technical effects of the present application can be fully understood and implemented.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the plastic extruder body 1 further comprises a transmission device, a feeding device, a charging barrel, a screw, a machine head and a die. The transmission device is positioned on the right side of the workbench and is fixed on the workbench through bolt connection. The feeding device is fixed on the workbench on the left side of the transmission device through bolt connection. The feed cylinder is welded with the feeding device, the machine head is arranged at the tail end of the feed cylinder, and the machine head is welded with the feed cylinder. A screw rod is arranged in the charging barrel and connected with a transmission device, a neck mold is arranged in the machine head, and the neck mold is sleeved with the machine head. The plastic extruder main body 1 is also provided with a straightening device 2 and a cooling circulating device 3, the straightening device 2 is fixed at an outlet of a machine head of the plastic extruder main body 1 through bolt connection, wherein the straightening device 2 is a horizontal drum type, and circulating water used by the cooling device is deionized water. The cooling circulation device 3 includes a water storage tank 31, a spray head 32, a filtering device 33, a waste water collecting tank 34 and a circulating water pump 35, wherein the spray head 33 is provided with a water amount adjusting device, and the filtering device 33 is provided with a detachable filter screen. The water storage tank 31 is fixed on the right side of the plastic extruder main body 1 through bolt connection, the circulating water pump 35 is fixed on one side of the water storage tank 31 through bolt connection, the wastewater collection tank 34 is fixed at the outlet of the straightening device 2 through a connecting piece, and the filtering device 33 is arranged above the wastewater collection tank 34 through a connecting piece. The cooling circulation device 3 is further provided with a heating device 36 and a refrigerator 37, the heating device 36 is arranged on one side of the plastic extruder body 1, the heating device 36 is fixed on the ground through a connecting piece, one end of the heating device 36 is connected with the water storage tank 31 through a connecting pipe, and the other end of the heating device is connected with the spray head 32 through a connecting pipe. The refrigerator 37 is arranged on the other side of the plastic extruder body 1, the refrigerator 37 is fixed on the ground through a connecting piece, one end of the refrigerator 37 is connected with the wastewater collecting tank 34 through a connecting pipe, and the other end of the refrigerator is connected with the water storage tank 31 through a connecting pipe.
The working principle is as follows:
when the material is produced from the outlet of the machine head, the straightening device 2 straightens the material, the cooling circulation device 3 can be started after the material passes through the straightening device 2, and the spray head 32 sprays cooling water with corresponding temperature immediately. At the same time, the used cooling water enters the waste water collecting tank 34 through the filtering device 33, and enters the refrigerator 37 through the connecting pipe. The refrigerator 37 reduces the temperature of the cooling water to normal temperature, and then the cooling water flows back to the water storage tank 31 under the action of the circulating water pump 35, thereby completing the filtering and recycling cycle of the cooling water.
