Abstract
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite bamboo tube with interchangeable firm joints, which is characterized by comprising the following process steps: (1) processing the end part of the round bamboo; (2) the variable cross section of the end part of the round bamboo; (3) and (5) performing solid normalization treatment on the end part of the round bamboo. The two ends of the bamboo wood are subjected to the fixed section treatment, or the ends are sealed by filling resin with the thickness of 30-120 mm at the other ends which do not need to be connected, so that the compression resistance and the cracking resistance of the ends are enhanced.
The resin is polyurethane or polyurea.
When the round bamboo end is connected with other materials, the round bamboo end is matched and connected on site, resin is added after the tenon-and-mortise structure is fixed in the position of the connecting piece, and the two connecting pieces are firmly combined after the resin is quickly cured.
