And because the eccentric hole is rotationally connected with the pressing piece, the pressing piece can freely rotate in the eccentric hole, and after the pressing piece is contacted with the screen, the bottom surface of the pressing piece is kept horizontal under the action of upward elastic force on two sides of the screen, so that the pressing piece is more fully contacted with the screen. The screen 15 fixing device comprises a fixing seat 5, an eccentric sleeve 2, a guide piece 6 and a pressing and fixing piece, wherein the fixing seat 5 is connected with a screen box 14, and a through hole is formed in the fixing seat 5; the eccentric sleeve 2 is sleeved in the through hole, the outer wall of the eccentric sleeve 2 is provided with a spiral groove 3, and the eccentric sleeve 2 is provided with an eccentric hole; the guide piece 6 is arranged on the fixed seat 5, and the guide piece 6 extends into the spiral groove 3; the press-fixing piece is rotatably connected with the eccentric hole and moves along with the eccentric sleeve 2, and the press-fixing piece reaches a pressing position by means of the rotation of the eccentric sleeve 2 and fixes the press-fixing screen 15.
Compared with the prior art, the screen 15 fixing device provided by the invention has the advantages that the fixing seat 5 is connected with the screen box 14, the through hole is formed in the fixing seat 5, the eccentric sleeve 2 is sleeved in the through hole, the spiral groove 3 is formed in the outer wall of the eccentric sleeve 2, the guide piece 6 is arranged on the fixing seat 5, the guide piece 6 extends into the spiral groove 3, the eccentric sleeve 2 is rotated under the guide of the guide piece 6 and the spiral groove 3, and the eccentric sleeve 2 moves along the axial direction of the through hole when rotating. The eccentric hole has been seted up on eccentric sleeve 2, and the pressure firmware rotates with the eccentric hole to be connected and moves along with eccentric sleeve 2, because for the eccentric hole, when eccentric sleeve 2 rotated, the pressure firmware can rise or descend when moving along the axis direction of through-hole along eccentric sleeve 2. And because the eccentric hole is connected with the press fastener in a rotating manner, the press fastener can freely rotate in the eccentric hole, and after the press fastener is contacted with the screen 15, the bottom surface of the press fastener is kept horizontal under the action of upward elastic force at two sides of the screen 15, so that the press fastener is more fully contacted with the screen 15. When the screen 15 is installed, the screen 15 is placed in the screen box 14, and when the press member is moved to the pressing position by rotating the eccentric sleeve 2, the press member is fixed and the screen 15 is pressed. According to the invention, the press-fixing piece is contacted with or separated from the screen 15 by rotating the eccentric sleeve 2, and the press-fixing piece can move along the axis direction of the through hole while ascending or descending, so that a space is provided for placing or taking out the screen 15, the operation is more convenient, and the efficiency is high.
In this embodiment, after the pressing member reaches the pressing position, the eccentric sleeve 2 can be connected to the fixing base 5. For example, at least two fixing holes are formed in the spiral groove 3 of the eccentric sleeve 2, wherein one fixing hole corresponds to the position of the press fastener when the screen 15 is loosened, and the other fixing holes correspond to the positions of the press fastener when the screen 15 is pressed and fixed. When the eccentric sleeve 2 rotates, the guide piece 6 extends into the spiral groove 3 but does not extend into the fixing hole, and when the press-fixing piece is required to press and fix the screen 15, the guide piece 6 extends into the fixing hole for fixing. Other connection fixing modes can be adopted.
Referring to fig. 5, as a specific embodiment of the fixing device for the screen 15 provided by the present invention, the pressing member is self-locked and fixed to press and fix the screen 15 by the eccentric sleeve 2.
In this embodiment, after the press-fixing member reaches the pressing position, the press-fixing member is fixed without any connecting structure, and the press-fixing member is directly fixed by self-locking under stress, so as to press-fix the screen 15.
As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 4, the pressing member is composed of a connecting shaft 17 and a pressing plate 1 disposed at one end of the connecting shaft 17, the pressing member is rotatably connected with the eccentric hole through the connecting shaft 17, and the pressing plate 1 is used for pressing and fixing the screen 15.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, P in fig. 5 is a pressing point at which the connecting shaft 17 presses the pressing plate 1, O is a rotation center of the eccentric sleeve 2, C is a center of the eccentric hole, and an eccentric distance between O and C is e. In the embodiment, the eccentricity e between the rotation center O of the eccentric sleeve 2 and the center C of the eccentric hole is 12mm, psi is 5.7 degrees, the radius of the eccentric hole is 15mm, the equivalent friction coefficient of the fv shaft diameter is 0.1, and a is not more than 20 degrees. Even if the connecting shaft 17 is not positioned at the lowest rotating point of the eccentric sleeve 2, self-locking can be realized as long as the angle a is less than 20 degrees. When the screen 15 fixing device is used in practice, the angle a can be controlled within 5 degrees, so that the screen 15 fixing device can be reliably self-locked.
As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 4, the eccentric hole is a stepped hole, the connecting shaft 17 is sleeved in a small hole of the stepped hole, the other end of the connecting shaft 17 is provided with a cover plate 8, and the connecting shaft 17 is limited in the small hole of the stepped hole by the cover plate 8 and the pressing plate 1.
In this embodiment, the cover plate 8 is connected to the connecting shaft 17 by the connecting bolt 9.
As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 6 to 8, the press-fixing member fixes and presses the screen 15 by self-locking between the spiral groove 3 and the guide member 6. When the guide part 6 rotates to the pressing position, the pressing and fixing part can be fixed through self-locking of stress between the spiral groove 3 and the guide part 6.
In this embodiment, when the press-fixing member presses the screen 15, the eccentric sleeve 2 is subject to the force of the screen 15, and the eccentric sleeve 2 is driven to rotate, so that the press-fixing member is loosened. As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 4, a threaded hole 7 is formed on the fixing seat 5, a threaded section of the guide pin is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 7, and a pin shaft section of the guide pin extends into the spiral groove 3. The guide pin is connected with the fixed seat 5 through threads, so that the guide pin is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, as a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing base 5 is sleeved in the mounting hole of the screen box 14 and is connected to the screen box 14. Therefore, an operator can operate from the outside of the screen box 14, and the operation space is large, and the operation is more convenient.

The hexagonal prism driving seat 13 enables an operator to rotate the shaft cap 10 through a wrench and other existing tools, and the operation is more convenient.
In this embodiment, the screw cap 10 is connected to the eccentric sleeve 2 by a fixing bolt 12.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, as a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, a press filling oil cup 11 is detachably and dispersedly disposed on the screw cap 10, an oil path 16 is disposed on the eccentric sleeve 2, one end of the oil path 16 leads to the press fixing member, and the other end leads to the press fixing oil cup.
In this embodiment, one end of the oil path 16 leads to the contact position of the connecting shaft 17 and the eccentric sleeve 2, so that the connecting shaft 17 can rotate freely in the eccentric hole, and the bottom surface of the pressing piece can be kept horizontal constantly.
