The agricultural feed crushing device provided by the invention has the advantages that the installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode are common mechanical modes, and the device can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the device can be achieved.

An agricultural feed smashing device is characterized by comprising a mincing box (1), mincing box supporting legs (2), a feed inlet (3), a blanking funnel (4), a valve (5), a mincing motor (6), a telescopic rod (7), a gear shifting bolt (8), a mincing output shaft (9), a driving gear (10), a first-gear threaded hole (11), a second-gear threaded hole (12), a third-gear threaded hole (13), a mincing main shaft (14), a first bearing (15), a first-gear (16), a second-gear (17), a third-gear (18) and a first mincing knife set (19), wherein a smashing cavity is arranged inside the mincing box (1), four groups of mincing box supporting legs (2) are arranged at four corners of the lower end of the mincing box (1), the feed inlet (3) is arranged on the right side of the upper end of the mincing box (1), a discharge hole is arranged at the lower end of the blanking funnel (4) and the discharge hole of, the valve (5) is arranged on the outer side of the circumference of the lower end of the blanking funnel (4), the lower end of the telescopic rod (7) is connected with the right side of the upper end of the mincing box (1), a nut at the upper end of a shifting bolt (8) is fixedly arranged inside the lower end of the telescopic rod (7), the lower end of the mincing output shaft (9) is connected with the middle part of the upper end of the mincing motor (6), the middle part of the lower end of the driving gear (10) is connected with the upper end of the mincing output shaft (9), the right side of the upper end of the mincing box (1) is provided with a first-gear threaded hole (11), a second-gear threaded hole (12) and a third-gear threaded hole (13), the second-gear threaded hole (12) is arranged on the left side of the first-gear threaded hole (11), the third-gear threaded hole (13) is arranged on the right side of the first-gear threaded hole (11), the shifting bolt (8, the grinding main shaft (14) can be rotatably arranged on the inner side of the circumference of the first bearing (15), the upper end of the outer side of the circumference of the grinding main shaft (14) is provided with a first gear (16), a second gear (17) and a third gear (18), the second gear (17) is arranged on the lower side of the first gear (16), the third gear (18) is arranged on the upper side of the first gear (16), the driving gear (10) is meshed with the first gear (16), the second gear (17) and the third gear (18), a plurality of groups of first grinding cutter sets (19) are crosswise arranged on the outer side of the circumference of the lower side of the grinding main shaft (14), and the first grinding cutter sets (19) are arranged inside the grinding box (1).

The agricultural feed grinder as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a second bearing (20), a driven grinding shaft (21), a driven gear (22) and a second grinding cutter set (23), wherein the second bearing (20) is disposed inside the left side of the upper end of the grinding box (1), the driven grinding shaft (21) is rotatably disposed inside the circumference of the second bearing (20), the driven gear (22) is sleeved outside the circumference of the upper end of the driven grinding shaft (21), the right end of the driven gear (22) is engaged with the left end of the third gear (18), the plurality of sets of second grinding cutter sets (23) are crosswise disposed at the lower side of the circumference of the driven grinding shaft (21), and the second grinding cutter set (23) is disposed inside the grinding chamber of the grinding box (1).

An agricultural feed reduction device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a feed screen (24), the left end of the feed screen (24) being connected to the left side wall of the reduction chamber and the right end of the feed screen (24) being connected to the right side wall of the reduction chamber.

An agricultural feed stuff crushing device as defined in claim 3, further comprising a vibration top plate (25), a vibration supporting block (26), a vibration motor mounting seat (27), shock dynamo (28), shock dynamo output shaft (29) and eccentric wheel (30), the left and right sides rubs case supporting leg (2) lower extreme and is connected with two sets of vibrations roof (25) upper end middle part respectively, two sets of vibrations supporting shoe (26) set up subaerial, shock dynamo mount pad (27) set up on vibration supporting shoe (26) upper end right side, shock dynamo (28) lower extreme is connected with shock dynamo mount pad (27) upper end, shock dynamo output shaft (29) right-hand member input is connected with shock dynamo (28) left end output, eccentric wheel (30) right-hand member is connected with shock dynamo output shaft (29) left end output, and eccentric wheel (30) upper end and vibrations roof (25) lower extreme paste tightly.

The agricultural feed crushing device as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a vibration buffering leg (31), a vibration buffering block (32) and a buffering spring (33), wherein the upper end of the vibration buffering leg (31) is connected with the lower end of the vibration top plate (25), the lower end of the vibration buffering block (32) is connected with the upper end of the vibration supporting block (26), a vibration buffering cavity is arranged inside the vibration buffering block (32), the vibration buffering leg (31) is inserted into the vibration buffering cavity at the upper end of the vibration buffering block (32), the upper end of the buffering spring (33) is connected with the lower end of the vibration buffering leg (31), and the lower end of the buffering spring (33) is connected with the lower end of the vibration buffering cavity.

An agricultural feed stuff crushing device as defined in claim 5 further comprising a Z-shaped conveyor belt (34), wherein the Z-shaped conveyor belt (34) is arranged at the right side of the mincing box (1), the right side of the lower end of the Z-shaped conveyor belt (34) is arranged on the ground, and the left side of the lower end of the Z-shaped conveyor belt (34) is arranged at the upper side of the feed inlet (3).

An agricultural feed crushing device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a feeding funnel support (35) and a feeding funnel (36), wherein the lower end of the feeding funnel support (35) is connected with the lower side of the upper end face of the Z-shaped conveyor belt (34), and the lower end of the feeding funnel (36) is connected with the upper end of the feeding funnel support (35).
8. An agricultural feed crushing device as claimed in claim 7, further comprising conveying anti-slip baffle plates (37), wherein a plurality of groups of conveying anti-slip baffle plates (37) are uniformly arranged on the conveying end surface of the Z-shaped conveying belt (34).
