Therefore, when water flows into the first tapered hole 41 from the cavity 30, the flow speed and the pressure are gradually increased, and then the water flows through the second tapered hole 42 to be sprayed out, partial kinetic energy of the water flow is converted into pressure energy, so that the pressure water sprayed out through the nozzle 4 has higher flow speed and pressure, and is favorable for forming fog drops or water mist with smaller diameter after contacting with air. In this embodiment, the first tapered hole 41 and the second tapered hole 42 are both 30 ° to facilitate the formation of pressure energy and the release of spray. In order to enable the water flow to flow into the nozzle 4 in a rotating and accelerating manner, a spiral guide groove for guiding the water flow is arranged on the inner side wall of the nozzle 4 close to the nozzle mounting hole 31, and the spiral guide groove is positioned at the end side of the first tapered hole 41 far away from the second tapered hole 42, so that the water flow can flow along the spiral guide groove in a rotating manner and then enter the first tapered hole 41, and further the kinetic energy of the water flow is increased. In this embodiment, in order to increase the lifetime of the water mist head, each part is made of erosion-resistant stainless steel material, and the surface of each part is subjected to chrome-nickel plating.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: after the pressure water flowing out of the high-pressure water pipe filters impurities which easily block the nozzle 4 through the filter screen cylinder 2, the pressure water enters the axial through hole 10 of the connecting part 1 from the top water inlet end of the first cylinder part 11 and the inclined holes 110 in the side wall, wherein the lateral water flow entering from the two inclined holes 110 in the side wall is in a rotating state when entering the spray head, can rotationally impact the axial water flow entering from the top water inlet end of the first cylinder part 11 to form a strong disturbance rotational flow effect, and then the three water flows rotate to enter the cavity 30 of the nozzle base 3 at an accelerated speed. The rivers that get into the cavity 30 of nozzle base 3 are in high-speed high-pressure state, the rivers that enter into in each nozzle 4 of high-speed high-pressure rivers reentrant enter into nozzle 4 earlier through the spiral guide way, rivers have certain rotation acceleration effect under the effect of spiral guide way, then get into first bell mouth 41, first bell mouth 41 structure itself has the effect of pressure boost acceleration rate, can further increase the pressure and the speed of rivers, the rivers that further pressure boost acceleration rate pass through second cone hole 42 before the nozzle blowout, convert partial kinetic energy into pressure energy, through cone structure hole blowout pressure water film, high-speed pressure water film contacts with the air after, through the combined action breakage with the air into the little water smoke of droplet diameter, in order to reach the effect of spraying fire extinguishing.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, other and further embodiments of the invention may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof, and the scope thereof is determined by the claims that follow.
