Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medicine and food, in particular to a medicine and food product for intestines and stomach and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At the present stage, along with the acceleration of work rhythm of people, diet is irregular, and frequent overeating leads to gastrointestinal dysfunction, and the normal work and rest of people are seriously influenced. The commonly adopted treatment method is mostly selected and treated by western medicines, but the western medicines generally stimulate the gastrointestinal tract, have considerable side effects, are easy to destroy the balance of the organism after long-time use, aggravate the state of an illness and possibly cause breeding of other diseases. Therefore, the food for regulating the functions of the intestines and the stomach is developed, the effect of regulating the intestines and the stomach by regulating the daily diet is very in line with the modern health preserving concept, and has wide market prospect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a medicine food product for regulating intestines and stomach, and the specific scheme is as follows,
a medicine and food product for regulating intestines and stomach comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5-15 parts of codonopsis pilosula extract, 5-12 parts of Chinese yam extract, 5-10 parts of rhizoma atractylodis extract, 5-10 parts of Chinese date, 10-25 parts of hawthorn, 0.1-0.3 part of baking soda, 15-18 parts of gordon euryale seed, 5-12 parts of fructus amomi, 5-10 parts of dried orange peel, 12-15 parts of coix seed and 10-15 parts of fingered citron.
Preferably, the medicine food product for regulating intestines and stomach comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of codonopsis pilosula extract, 8-12 parts of Chinese yam extract, 8-10 parts of rhizoma atractylodis extract, 8-10 parts of Chinese date, 20-25 parts of hawthorn, 0.1-0.3 part of baking soda, 15-18 parts of gordon euryale seed, 5-12 parts of fructus amomi, 8-10 parts of dried orange peel, 12-15 parts of coix seed and 10-15 parts of fingered citron.
Preferably, the medicine food product for regulating intestines and stomach comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of codonopsis pilosula extract, 10 parts of Chinese yam extract, 8 parts of rhizoma atractylodis extract, 8 parts of Chinese date, 20 parts of hawthorn, 0.2 part of baking soda, 16 parts of gordon euryale seed, 10 parts of fructus amomi, 8 parts of dried orange peel, 14 parts of coix seed and 13 parts of fingered citron.
The preparation method of the radix codonopsitis extract comprises the following steps:
cleaning radix Codonopsis, oven drying, pulverizing, and filtering to remove impurities to obtain radix Codonopsis raw material;
mixing radix codonopsitis raw material and oxygen-enriched water according to the weight ratio of 1: 5-10 extracting effective components in a single-effect concentrator to obtain radix Codonopsis extractive solution; the single-effect concentrator adopts a mode of combining external circulation heating and vacuum evaporation, and adopts a pipe-array condensation and cold water cooling system;
evaporating and concentrating the radix Codonopsis extractive solution to 1/5-1/4 of total mass of radix Codonopsis raw material and oxygen-enriched water, precipitating for more than 20 hr, and discarding the precipitate to obtain radix Codonopsis concentrated solution;
precipitating with ethanol to obtain radix Codonopsis concentrate, precipitating with ethanol with volume fraction of above 90%, removing precipitate, and drying to obtain radix Codonopsis extract.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the codonopsis pilosula raw material to the oxygen-enriched water is 1: 8.
the preparation method of the Chinese yam extract comprises the following steps:
cleaning and drying Chinese yam, crushing, filtering and removing impurities to obtain a Chinese yam raw material;
mixing the Chinese yam raw material and the oxygen-enriched water according to the weight ratio of 1: 5-10 placing the Chinese yam into a single-effect concentrator to extract effective components to obtain Chinese yam extract; the single-effect concentrator adopts a mode of combining external circulation heating and vacuum evaporation, and adopts a pipe-array condensation and cold water cooling system;
evaporating and concentrating the Chinese yam extract until the total mass of the Chinese yam raw material and the oxygen-enriched water is 1/5-1/4, precipitating for more than 20 hours, and removing the precipitate to obtain Chinese yam concentrated solution;
drying the Chinese yam concentrated solution to obtain the Chinese yam extract.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the Chinese yam raw material to the oxygen-enriched water is 1: 8.
the preparation method of the rhizoma atractylodis extract comprises the following steps:
cleaning rhizoma Atractylodis, oven drying, pulverizing, filtering to remove impurities to obtain rhizoma Atractylodis raw material;
mixing rhizoma atractylodis raw materials and oxygen-enriched water according to a weight ratio of 1: 5-10 extracting effective components in a single-effect concentrator to obtain rhizoma Atractylodis extractive solution; the single-effect concentrator adopts a mode of combining external circulation heating and vacuum evaporation, and adopts a pipe-array condensation and cold water cooling system;
evaporating and concentrating the rhizoma Atractylodis extractive solution to 1/5-1/4 of the total mass of rhizoma Atractylodis raw material and oxygen-enriched water, precipitating for more than 20 hr, and discarding the precipitate to obtain rhizoma Atractylodis concentrated solution;
precipitating with ethanol, adding ethanol with volume fraction of above 90% into the concentrated solution of rhizoma Atractylodis, removing precipitate, and drying to obtain rhizoma Atractylodis extract.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the rhizoma atractylodis raw material to the oxygen-enriched water is 1: 8.
the preparation method of the medicine and food product for regulating intestines and stomach of the invention is as follows:
grinding: respectively cleaning fructus Jujubae, fructus crataegi, semen euryales, fructus Amomi, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, Coicis semen and fructus Citri Sarcodactylis with clear water, sun-drying naturally, and detecting with third party to ensure no pesticide and heavy metal residue; respectively cutting into small pieces by a special slicer, and grinding into 80-100 mesh powder by a traditional Chinese medicine grinder;
stripping: adding water into radix Codonopsis extract, rhizoma Dioscoreae extract, rhizoma Atractylodis extract, sodium bicarbonate, and corresponding powders of fructus Jujubae, fructus crataegi, semen euryales, fructus Amomi, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, Coicis semen, and fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, and making into 0.3-0.8cm pill;
molding: polishing the surface of the pill to ensure that the surface of the pill is compact and smooth and has consistent color;
