Description

Processing method of angelica sinensis and fingered citron slices
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of processing of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and particularly relates to a processing method of angelica sinensis and fingered citron slices.
Background
Angelica sinensis is the dry root of Angelica sinensis of Umbelliferae, listed as the middle-grade product in Shen nong's herbal Jing, and has the effects of replenishing blood, promoting blood circulation, regulating menstruation, relieving pain, and loosening bowel to relieve constipation. It is used in clinical practice, and is used in internal and external medicine, gynecology, pediatrics, etc., even in the theory of "ten prescriptions and nine subspecies". Modern researches show that the angelica polysaccharide has obvious physiological activities of promoting blood circulation, regulating immunity and the like, is one of the pharmacological components of the angelica for promoting blood circulation and enriching blood, and is generally used as an investigation index in the research of medicinal material quality and decoction pieces. The quality of the Chinese medicinal materials can be influenced by softening, cutting, drying and the like in the preparation process of the decoction pieces, for example, the drying is usually carried out by a sun drying method, and also by steam drying, oven drying and ultraviolet drying, the drying temperature is different from 50-60-80 ℃, and the content of active substances in the Chinese angelica decoction pieces is greatly different due to different softening methods, water adding amount, softening time, drying methods, drying temperature, drying time and the like, so that the clinical efficacy of the Chinese angelica decoction pieces is influenced.
Based on the above technical problems, patent CN102885866A discloses a hand-cutting processing method of angelica sinensis decoction pieces, which comprises the following steps: 1) a material-receiving grinding head: removing hemp mouth, Chinese angelica dead, and dry stubbles, screening raw materials with the weight of 64/kg and the length of 16-18cm, and then carrying out grinding head treatment; 2) soaking and softening: the raw material treated by the grinding head is taken out for standby when the raw material is softened for 70 hours in a softening room by well water and the original hand feeling strip is completely softened from inside to outside; 3) steaming, pressing and baking: steaming the softened raw strips at 80-85 ℃, evaporating the surface moisture of the raw materials to dryness, taking out the raw materials after 10-15 minutes each time, starting pressing, putting the raw materials into a solar house after pressing, drying the moisture of the outer surface of the raw materials, keeping the temperature in the solar house at 40-45 ℃, taking out the raw materials when the hand feeling raw materials are hard and the raw materials cannot be rubbed by fingers to return to the skin; 4) wrapping: flattening the angelica, and then planing the skins of the two surfaces of the angelica by using a planing tool; 5) slicing: slicing the shaved angelica with a plane cutter, wherein the thickness standard of the angelica is 1.2-1.4 mm; 6) drying: drying the decoction pieces in a solar drying room at a temperature of not higher than 60 deg.C. Controlling the water content of the dried decoction pieces within 15.0%; 7) and (3) grading: dividing the dried decoction pieces into different sizes, shapes and whiteness; 8) boxing: when the decoction pieces of the above six grades are packed in the box, the quantity is accurately determined, the arrangement is tidy, and impurities on the surfaces of the decoction pieces are cleaned; 9) boxing: grading specification, accurate quantification, label sticking outside the box after passing inspection, sealing the box and warehousing. The method can ensure the decoction of effective components of the decoction pieces, reduce unnecessary steps such as impurity cleaning, washing and soaking when the decoction pieces are used for decocting, and has the advantages of convenient carrying, safety, sanitation, stable drug effect, and maintaining all characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and can be used for replacing traditional Chinese medicine materials in clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine. But the angelica is directly dried in a drying room after being wrapped and sliced, the quality of the sliced angelica is affected due to oxidation and discoloration, and volatile components in the angelica are greatly lost, and the problem of poor softening uniformity exists. In addition, drying methods such as airing, steam, ultraviolet rays and the like have the problem of uneven upper and lower water removal, water in the beverage slices flows rapidly in the drying process, and active ingredients in the beverage slices also flow along with the water, so that the phenomena of accumulation of active ingredients on the upper surface and lack of active ingredients on the lower surface are formed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: aiming at the defects of the prior art, the processing method of the angelica sinensis and fingered citron tablets is provided, trehalose is infiltrated after the tablets are sliced, and a sugar protective film is formed on the sliced surfaces, so that not only is the oxidation change of the sliced surfaces effectively prevented, but also the softening effect is improved, and the standing softening is more sufficient, uniform and better; meanwhile, after being sliced, the Chinese angelica slices are waken up and softened, and the surface of the Chinese angelica slices is coated with oil, so that the oxidation resistance is realized, the inherent property of the effective components of the Chinese angelica is protected, the volatile components can be locked, and the loss of medicinal components is reduced; and the baking and drying process is combined, so that the upper surface and the lower surface of the decoction pieces are uniformly heated, the large-area flow of internal water is reduced, the loss and accumulation of effective components are avoided, and the water removal effect is more balanced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Sensory tests are carried out on the angelica fingered citron slices processed in the examples 1 to 3, the slices of the fingered citron slices in the examples 1 to 3 are neat and beautiful, and the fragrance is strong, but the products of the fingered citron slices in the examples 1 to 2 are white, transparent and bright, and uniform in color and luster; example 3 the color of the fingered citron slice product is yellow-white, and the yellow-white color is not uniform.
Meanwhile, the angelica sinensis and fingered citron slices processed in the above examples 1-3 are subjected to component detection, and the results show that: by mass, the ferulic acid content in the angelica fingered citron tablet in the embodiment 1 is 0.143%, the ferulic acid content in the angelica fingered citron tablet in the embodiment 2 is 0.143%, and the ferulic acid content in the angelica fingered citron tablet in the embodiment 3 is 0.127%; in the embodiment 1, the content of the angelica polysaccharide in the angelica fingered citron tablet is 3.619%, in the embodiment 2, the content of the angelica polysaccharide in the angelica fingered citron tablet is 3.620%, and in the embodiment 3, the content of the angelica polysaccharide in the angelica fingered citron tablet is 3.561%. Therefore, the contents of ferulic acid and angelica polysaccharide in the angelica bergamot tablets processed in the embodiments 1 and 2 are equivalent, and are obviously improved compared with the content in the comparative example 3.
In addition, the content of ferulic acid and angelica polysaccharide in the angelica raw strip is also detected in the embodiment of the invention, and the result shows that the content of ferulic acid in the raw strip is 0.146%, the content of angelica polysaccharide is 3.635%, the loss rate of ferulic acid and angelica polysaccharide in the processing process is calculated, and the result is as follows: the ferulic acid loss rate of examples 1 and 2 was 2.055%; example 3 ferulic acid loss was 13.014%; example 1 the angelica polysaccharide loss rate was 0.440%; example 2 the angelica polysaccharide loss rate was 0.413%; example 3 the angelica polysaccharide loss was 2.036%.
The ferulic acid and the angelica polysaccharide are used as important quality evaluation standards of the angelica quality, the loss rate of the ferulic acid and the angelica polysaccharide is reduced by the technical scheme of the invention, the appearance quality of the processed fingered citron tablets is also improved to a certain extent, good technical effects are obtained, and the method can be popularized and applied.
The angelica sinensis fingered citron tablets prepared by the invention are tested, and the results are shown in the following table 1.
