Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to specific preferred embodiments and drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention, but not to limit the scope of the invention in any way.
The invention discloses a silicone oil-free hair washing and caring product composite grease composition which is prepared from the following raw material components in percentage by weight:
0.02-15.0% of glycerin, 0.1-20% of dipropylene glycol, 0.1-20% of sorbitol, 0.5-15% of polyglycerol-10 diisostearate, 0.05-30% of squalane, 0.1-30% of caprylic/capric triglyceride and the balance of deionized water.
Because squalane and caprylic/capric triglyceride belong to light oil ester and act on light and non-greasy hair, the polyglycerol emulsifier (polyglycerol-10 diisostearate) has higher HLB value and can form a stable oil-in-water system.
During the preparation process, the water-insoluble oil ester component and the polyglycerol emulsifier form a stable microemulsion emulsion under the actions of polyalcohol solubilization and high-strength shearing emulsification.
Therefore, the composite oil ester composition obtained by the invention can be dissolved in a surfactant system, can be used for preparing a transparent appearance product, and has a stable system without precipitation of oil ester.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the compound oil ester for the hair washing and caring product. The composite oil ester can play an excellent conditioning role when added into a hair washing and caring formula, for example, the defect that the water-insoluble oil ester is insoluble in an external activating system is overcome, during the hair washing and rinsing process, the composite oil ester is easy to break and deposit on the hair, the hair is moistened and conditioned, and the like, and the foam, the viscosity and the transparency are hardly influenced.
The compound oil ester is added into hair care products such as hair conditioner, hair mask and the like, has similar effect to shampoo, and is stable without precipitation. In the flushing process of the shampoo using process, the composite grease is demulsified and separated out and adsorbed on the surface of the hair, so that the hair is moisturized and conditioned by grease.
The following percentages are given in% by weight.
The following are preparation examples of the silicone oil-free micro-emulsified composite oil ester composition provided by the invention.

The following are contents of the effect test examples.
Effect test example 1
1. Impact on product appearance:
the clear matrix was supplemented with the unemulsified oil ester and the oil ester emulsified in example 5, and the appearance is shown in figure 1. The non-emulsified oil ester is directly added into the shampoo formula, and the oil ester is easy to float upwards, as shown in figure 2.
Figures 1 and 2 show that the water-insoluble oil ester, when emulsified, can maintain the good transparent appearance of shampoo and also contribute to the stability of the oil ester in the shampoo when added to a transparent shampoo base. The unemulsified oil ester, when added to a transparent matrix, is cloudy and unstable and can float.
Effect test example 2
2. Effect on product viscosity:
after the sample had been defoamed, the viscosity of the sample was measured using a rotary viscometer BROOKFIELD DV2TRVTJ0 after a constant temperature of 25 ℃ for 24 hours.
The results in figures 3 and 4 show that the shampoo viscosity tends to decrease with increasing amounts of oil added, whether or not the oil is emulsified. The influence trends of the transparent test formula and the pearlescent test formula are inconsistent due to the difference between the two formulas.
Effect test example 3
3. Effects on shampoo lather
The foam height was measured using a Roche foam apparatus on each shampoo sample according to GB/T29679 shampoo standards and the data obtained are shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
The results in fig. 5 and 6 show that the shampoo foam height decreases with increasing amounts of oil added, whether or not the oil is emulsified. However, the emulsified oil ester has obviously less influence on the height of shampoo foam than the non-emulsified oil ester.
Effect test example 4
4. Influence on the combing properties of hair
4.1 test methods
Soaking each hair bundle in 5% sodium lauryl sulfate aqueous solution for 2 hr, washing, and testing blank wet combing and dry combing; then washing the hair tresses with 0.25 gram of the corresponding sample, testing the wet comb, and testing each hair tress for 5 times to take an average value; then, the comb was left for 24 hours naturally, and then the comb was tested in a dry state. The effect of using the added oil esters in the samples to emulsify on combing performance was compared.
4.2 combing Properties before and after application of the Hair sample
4.2.1 combing tests were performed on each tress of hair using a DIA-STRON MTT175 hair multifunction tester, UK under dry and wet conditions.
4.3 combing test results:
fig. 7 shows the effect of whether the oil ester is emulsified on the wet combing performance of the undamaged hair strands, fig. 8 shows the effect of whether the oil ester is emulsified on the wet combing performance of the damaged hair strands, fig. 9 shows the effect of whether the oil ester is emulsified on the dry combing performance of the undamaged hair strands, and fig. 10 shows the effect of whether the oil ester is emulsified on the dry combing performance of the damaged hair strands.
A comparison of fig. 7 and 8 shows that the oil ester after emulsification has better wet combing performance than the un-emulsified oil ester. Comparison of fig. 9 and 10 shows that whether the oil ester is emulsified or not has no significant effect on dry combing performance.
Effect test example 5
5. Sensory test for practical use
20 volunteers were selected for sensory testing in actual use.
The volunteers constitute: 25 women (10 of them are the permanent dyeing damaged long hair, and 15 belong to the natural undamaged long hair quality), and 5 men. The emulsified oleyl ester from example 5 was added at 1.0% addition to the clear base formulation, sample T-Y-3.
At the same time, the non-emulsified oil ester of the corresponding active content was added to the clear shampoo base formulation, sample T-N-3. And (4) allowing a tester to carry out use test on the sample according to the usual use habit. The evaluation is carried out according to the dimensions of shampoo appearance preference, smearing dispersion, foam richness, flushing smoothness, wet combing smoothness and dry combing smoothness respectively. The data of 25 testers were counted according to the score using the sensory test, and the results are shown in fig. 11.
A commercially available silicone oil-containing shampoo was tried on volunteers with addition of the emulsified oil ester silicone-free shampoo obtained in example 5. The evaluation results are shown in fig. 12.
The experimental data show that the composite oil ester has the remarkable advantages of transparent appearance, stable product, no floating of the oil ester, no obvious influence on the richness of foam, good flushing smoothness, fresh and easy hair cleaning after washing and the like in transparent silicone-oil-free shampoo.
