step 2: mixing 12 parts of activated carbon, 12 parts of vermiculite and the first mixed solution, stirring for 5min, and uniformly mixing;
and step 3: adding 55 parts of iron powder, gradually adding the rest 24 parts of water, stirring for 10min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the iron powder.
Example 11
A method of preparing a heat pack containing bioactive ingredients for use on the face, comprising the steps of:
step 1: the outer surface layer and the breathable film layer are stacked in sequence from bottom to top, then the heating material is placed on the breathable film layer in a regional mode, another breathable film layer and a skin layer are stacked on the heating material, the heating material is subjected to heat sealing, a plurality of sub-inner cavities are formed between the two breathable film layers after the heat sealing, and the heating material is filled in the sub-inner cavities. And die cutting to remove redundant materials around the mask body and at the eyelet, nostril and orifice to obtain the mask body.
Step 2: the mask comprises a mask body, wherein the two sides of the mask body are ultrasonically welded with a wearing part, the wearing part is a hanging piece, and the hanging piece is three elastic hanging ropes with ears.

step 1: sequentially stacking an outer surface layer and a breathable film layer from bottom to top, then placing a heating material on the breathable film layer in different areas, then stacking another breathable film layer and a skin-adhering layer on the heating material, carrying out heat sealing, carrying out die cutting to remove redundant materials at the periphery, the eyelet, the nostril and the mouth hole of the mask body, and cutting a notch at least one of the upper edge, the lower edge, the left edge, the right edge and the lower part of the nostril of the mask body to obtain the mask body; specifically, a notch is cut at the longitudinal center line of the lower edge of the mask body, and the width of the notch is 1 cm;
step 2: the mask comprises a mask body, wherein the two sides of the mask body are ultrasonically welded with a wearing part, and the wearing part is an elastic ear hanging cloth with holes.
And step 3: and (3) ultrasonically welding two elastic bands at the gap, wherein the two ends of each elastic band are connected with the outer surface layers of the mask body at the two sides of the gap to form a tightening structure, so that the hot compress steam mask in the embodiment 6 is obtained.

Claims (10)

1. A hot compress cover containing bioactive components for face comprises a face mask body and wearing parts arranged at two sides of the face mask body, the mask body comprises a skin-contacting layer (1), a heating material body layer (2) and an outer surface layer (3), the heating material layer (2) comprises two air-permeable film layers (21) and heating materials (22) filled between the two air-permeable film layers (21), the positions of the mask body corresponding to the eyes, the nose and the mouth are respectively provided with an eye hole, a nostril and a mouth hole, it is characterized in that at least one of the upper edge, the lower edge, the left edge, the right edge and the lower part of the nostril of the mask body is provided with a tightening structure (4), the tightening structure is used for tightening the mask body to ensure that the mask body is more attached to the face of a user, the skin-sticking layer (1) is of a layer structure formed by bamboo charcoal non-woven fabrics, and the heating material (22) comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-55 parts of iron powder, 20-30 parts of water, 8-12 parts of activated carbon, 8-12 parts of vermiculite, 1-3 parts of water-absorbent resin, 1-3 parts of sodium chloride, 0.4 part of pearl powder, 0.2 part of aloe extract, 0.2 part of coix seed extract, 0.1 part of rose extract and 0.1 part of hyaluronic acid.

The hot compress cover for face containing bioactive components according to claim 1, wherein the tightening structure (4) is located at the longitudinal center line or the transverse center line of the mask body, and the tightening structure (4) is a protrusion (41) formed by ultrasonic welding of the skin-contacting layers (1) at both sides of the longitudinal center line or the transverse center line.
3. A hot compress containing bioactive components for face as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the tightening structure (4) comprises a notch (42) provided on the mask body and an elastic band (43) connecting the mask body on both sides of the notch (42).
4. A heat pack for the face containing bioactive components as claimed in claim 3, wherein both ends of the elastic band (43) are ultrasonically welded to the skin-contacting layer (1) or the outer skin layer (3).
5. The heat pack for face containing bioactive components as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer surface layer (3) is a layer structure formed of bamboo charcoal non-woven fabric.
6. The heat pack containing bioactive components for face use according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the bamboo charcoal non-woven fabric is black bamboo charcoal non-woven fabric.
7. The heat pack for the face containing bioactive ingredients as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air permeable film layer (21) is a PE film.
8. The heat pack for the face containing bioactive ingredients as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heat generating material (22) is prepared by the steps of:
step 1: 1/5 parts by weight of water, water-absorbent resin, sodium chloride, pearl powder, aloe extract, coix seed extract, rose extract and hyaluronic acid are mixed, and stirred for 5min to prepare a first mixed solution;
step 2: mixing the activated carbon, the vermiculite and the first mixed solution, and stirring for 5 min;
and step 3: adding iron powder, gradually adding the rest 4/5 weight parts of water, stirring for 10min, and mixing well to obtain the final product.
9. The method of preparing a heat pack for face use containing bioactive ingredients of claim 2, comprising the steps of:
step 1: sequentially stacking an outer surface layer (3) and a breathable film layer (21) from bottom to top, then placing a heating material (22) on the breathable film layer (21) in different areas, then stacking another breathable film layer (21) and a skin-adhering layer (1) on the heating material (22), carrying out heat sealing, and carrying out die cutting to remove redundant materials at the periphery, the eye holes, the nostrils and the mouth holes of the mask body to obtain the mask body;
step 2: ultrasonic welding wearing parts on two sides of the mask body, wherein the wearing parts comprise ear hanging pieces (5) or head hanging pieces (6); the ear hanging pieces are more than one ear hanging rope (51) with elasticity or more than one elastic ear hanging cloth (52) with holes which are respectively arranged at the two sides of the steam mask body, and the head hanging pieces (6) are strip-shaped objects with elasticity;
and step 3: at least one of the upper edge, the lower edge, the left edge, the right edge and the lower part of the nostril of the mask body, the skin-adhering layers (1) at the two sides of the longitudinal center line or the transverse center line of the mask body are welded by ultrasonic waves to form a bulge (41), namely a tightening structure (4).
10. The method of preparing a heat pack for face use containing bioactive ingredients of claim 3, comprising the steps of:
step 1: sequentially stacking an outer surface layer (3) and a breathable film layer (21) from bottom to top, then placing a heating material (22) on the breathable film layer (21) in different areas, then stacking another breathable film layer (21) and a skin-adhering layer (1) on the heating material (22), carrying out heat sealing, carrying out die cutting to remove redundant materials at the periphery, the eye holes, the nostrils and the mouth holes of the mask body, and cutting a notch (42) at least one of the upper edge, the lower edge, the left edge, the right edge and the lower part of the nostrils of the mask body to obtain the mask body; the width of the notch (42) is 0.5-1 cm;
step 2: ultrasonic welding wearing parts on two sides of the mask body, wherein the wearing parts comprise ear hanging pieces (5) or head hanging pieces (6); the ear hanging pieces are more than one ear hanging rope (51) with elasticity or more than one elastic ear hanging cloth (52) with holes which are respectively arranged at the two sides of the steam mask body, and the head hanging pieces (6) are strip-shaped objects with elasticity;
and step 3: and ultrasonically welding an elastic band (43) at the notch (42) to connect the mask bodies at two sides of the notch (42) to form a tightening structure (4).
