The spinal patient correcting and exercising device according to claim 1, wherein the head fixing device is sleeved on the support column (1) through a first shaft sleeve, a plurality of balls contacting with the outer edge surface of the support column (1) are mounted on the inner wall of the first shaft sleeve, a first support plate (9) is fixed on the outer side of the first shaft sleeve through a connecting rod, a horizontal first sliding groove is formed on the first support plate (9), and a first sliding block arranged in the first sliding groove is fixed on each arc-shaped supporting plate (2).

The spinal patient orthosis exercise device of claim 1, wherein the shoulder fixing means is sleeved on the support column (1) through a second bushing, the inner wall of the second bushing is provided with a plurality of balls contacting with the outer edge surface of the support column (1), the backup plate (3) is fixed on the second bushing through a connecting rod, the roller (8) is fixed on the second bushing through the connecting rod, and a first hoop (10) sleeved on the support column (1) is arranged below the second bushing.
