The invention meets the concentricity and anti-collision requirements in the installation process of the flywheel motor, and has convenient installation and high installation precision.

The invention relates to a tool for solving the problems that the gap between a stator and a rotor of a flywheel motor is very small (generally about 1mm, and after various processing deviations are accumulated, the gap after assembly is difficult to ensure to be within the allowable range of a required value), and on the other hand, because high-strength magnetic steel is arranged on the inner side of the rotor, in the processes of installation and disassembly, the suction force is very large, so that fingers of an assembly worker are easily damaged and the flywheel motor is easily damaged due to collision.

the stator positioning sleeve is integrally of a cylindrical structure, and the cylindrical structure sequentially comprises a crankshaft positioning section, a stator positioning section and a rotary rod fixing section from bottom to top; the crankshaft positioning section is a section of round pipe, and the inner diameter of the round pipe is equivalent to the outer diameter of the crankshaft end; a boss for fixing the stator is radially extended outwards from the outer side of the stator positioning section, a stator bolt mounting notch is formed in the boss, and the outer diameter of the stator positioning section is smaller than the inner diameter of the stator; the inner diameter of the rotating rod fixing section is smaller than the diameter of a smooth surface cylinder of the rotating rod, and an inner cylindrical surface of the rotating rod fixing section extends to the lower part of an inner cylindrical surface of the crankshaft positioning section to form a rotating rod seam allowance for limiting the axial movement of the rotating rod.

the stator positioning sleeve 3 is integrally of a cylindrical structure as shown in fig. 5 and 6, and the cylindrical structure sequentially comprises a crankshaft positioning section 6, a stator positioning section 5 and a rotating rod fixing section 4 from bottom to top; the crankshaft positioning section 6 is a section of round pipe, and the inner diameter of the round pipe is equivalent to the outer diameter of the crankshaft end; a boss for fixing the stator extends radially outwards from the outer side of the stator positioning section 5, the outer side surface of the boss is a stator positioning surface 8, a stator bolt mounting notch 9 is formed in the boss, and the outer diameter of the stator positioning section 5 is smaller than the inner diameter of the stator; the inner diameter of the rotating rod fixing section 4 is smaller than the diameter of a rotating rod smooth surface cylinder, and the inner cylindrical surface of the rotating rod fixing section 4 extends to the lower part of the inner cylindrical surface of the crankshaft positioning section 5 to form a rotating rod spigot plane for limiting the axial movement of the rotating rod 1.
The steps of adopting the mounting tool to mount the motor are as follows:
1) the stator 12 of the generator is installed by the stator positioning sleeve 3 and is fastened by bolts;
2) a rotor 11 of the generator is placed in a rotor frame 2 and hooked by a rotor towing hook, and the internal thread of the rotor frame 2 is screwed into the external thread of the rotating rod 1 and screwed to one end of a rotating handle, as shown in fig. 7;
3) the rotating rod 1 is placed into an inner cavity of the rotating rod fixing section of the stator positioning sleeve 3 to the rotating rod seam allowance, the rotating rod 1 is rotated, meanwhile, the rotor frame 2 is kept to be not rotated, the rotor frame 2 and the rotor 11 of the generator are moved to an assembly position, and the rotor frame 2 and the rotor 11 of the generator are fastened through bolts, as shown in fig. 8.

1. A flywheel motor installation tool, comprising:
the rotary rod comprises a T-shaped structure consisting of a vertical rotary column and a rotary handle fixedly connected with the vertical rotary column, and the middle part of the rotary column is provided with an external thread section;
the rotor frame comprises a threaded ring and two rotor hooks which are symmetrically arranged left and right, and the internal thread of the threaded ring is matched with the external thread of the rotating rod; the rotor hook is of an inverted L shape, and the bottom of the inverted L shape is provided with a rotor towing hook which radially extends towards the inner side;
the stator positioning sleeve is integrally of a cylindrical structure, and the cylindrical structure sequentially comprises a crankshaft positioning section, a stator positioning section and a rotary rod fixing section from bottom to top; the crankshaft positioning section is a section of round pipe, and the inner diameter of the round pipe is equivalent to the outer diameter of the crankshaft end; a boss for fixing the stator is radially extended outwards from the outer side of the stator positioning section, a stator bolt mounting notch is formed in the boss, and the outer diameter of the stator positioning section is smaller than the inner diameter of the stator; the inner diameter of the rotating rod fixing section is smaller than the diameter of a smooth surface cylinder of the rotating rod, and an inner cylindrical surface of the rotating rod fixing section extends to the lower part of an inner cylindrical surface of the crankshaft positioning section to form a rotating rod seam allowance for limiting the axial movement of the rotating rod.
2. A flywheel motor installation tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the steps of adopting the mounting tool to mount the motor are as follows:
1) mounting a generator stator by using a stator positioning sleeve, and fastening by using a bolt;
2) putting the generator rotor into a rotor frame, hooking the generator rotor by a rotor towing hook, screwing the internal thread of the rotor frame into the external thread of the rotary rod, and screwing the internal thread to one end of the rotary handle;
3) the rotating rod is placed into an inner cavity of a rotating rod fixing section of the stator positioning sleeve to a rotating rod seam allowance, the rotating rod is rotated, meanwhile, the rotor frame is kept not to rotate, the rotor frame and the generator rotor are moved to an assembly position, and the rotor frame and the generator rotor are fastened through bolts.
