determining the current/voltage value passing through the brush plate according to the power transmission requirement of the nacelle, and designing the width/thickness of the rigid-flex circuit printed line according to the current/voltage value;
and determining the impedance parameters of the printed lines in the rigid-flex circuit according to the requirements of the signal transmission rate.
In the present invention, the brush plate structure/electrical parameters are as follows:
the length, width and thickness of the rigid part are respectively as follows: 16mm plus or minus 0.5 mm; 22mm plus or minus 0.5 mm; 1.8 mm-2 mm; the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction of the spacing between the brush wire holes are respectively as follows: 1.6mm plus or minus 0.05 mm; 11mm plus or minus 0.05 mm; the flexible part is bent at a 90-degree position;
the copper thickness of the PCB is 1oz, the line width of a power printed line is more than 60mil, and the PCB can bear current of more than 2.5A;
the differential impedance between the differential signal printed line pairs is 100 omega +/-10 omega, and the differential signal printed line pairs can transmit four-wire hundred-mega Ethernet signals.
According to the invention, through the design idea of mechanical and electrical integration, the requirements of structural support, power transmission and signal transmission are considered comprehensively, so that the size and weight of the brush plate are reduced; the number of parts of the slip ring is reduced; the assembly time of the slip ring is reduced. And because the PCB manufacturing process is applied to replace the traditional machining process, the cost is lower during the batch production of the brush plates.
