The thimble 15 is a stepped rod, a safety cap is arranged at one end of the thimble, a round hole for mounting a spring 17 is arranged at the other end of the thimble, a locking nut 16 is mounted at a stepped position on the peripheral side of the thimble 15, and the locking nut 16 is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the second metal piece 13.

Claims (10)

1. A quick connection socket for plane installation comprises an insulating shell (1), wherein the insulating shell (1) comprises a cylindrical part and a rectangular part, and a first installation hole (103) penetrating through the cylindrical part and the rectangular part is formed in the insulating shell (1); it is characterized by also comprising:
the rectangular conductive base (6), the conductive base (6) is clamped between two clamping plates (104) in the cavity of the rectangular part of the insulating shell (1);
the conductive metal rod (8) is arranged in the insulating shell (1), one end of the conductive metal rod (8) is internally provided with a plug hole (802), and the periphery of the conductive metal rod (8) is symmetrically provided with positioning holes (801) for mounting positioning pins; the other end of the conductive metal rod (8) is in a step shape and is fixedly arranged on the conductive base (6);
the protective cap (2) is arranged at the end part of the conductive metal rod (8), and a through hole corresponding to the plug hole (802) is formed in the protective cap (2);
the plastic plug comprises a plastic plug shell (9), wherein a color ring (10) is sleeved on the plug shell (9), one end of the plug shell (9) is in threaded connection with a plastic plug lower shell (11), and the other end of the plug shell (9) is inserted into an insulating shell (1);
the second metal piece (13) is arranged in the plug shell (9), cavities are formed in two ends of the second metal piece (13), a first metal piece (12) is arranged in the cavity at one end, a thimble (15) corresponding to the plug-in hole (802) in a matched mode is arranged in the cavity at the other end through a spring (17), and the thimble (15) is locked and fixed in the cavity of the second metal piece (13) through a locking nut (16);
the blocking cap (14) is arranged at the end part of the second metal piece (13), and the conductive metal rod (8) is inserted in the second metal piece (13) and fixed by a positioning pin;
the watchband contact fingers (7) are arranged on the bottom surface of the conductive base (6) and are also arranged between the inner wall of the second metal piece (13) and the outer wall of the conductive metal rod (8);
the insulation shell (1) is arranged on a copper bar in the electric appliance cabinet through two U-shaped insulation hoops (3), the hoops (3) and the back plate (4) are fixed through nuts, and during installation, the watchband contact fingers (7) are in multi-point contact with the surface of the copper bar;
a positioning groove (101) is formed in the periphery of the cylindrical portion of the insulating shell (1).

A quick connect socket for flat mounting according to claim 1 wherein the rectangular portion of the housing (1) is provided with two notches (102) corresponding to the structure of the anchor ear (3); the back plate (4) is a rectangular plate, one surface of the back plate (4) is provided with a fitting groove (401) corresponding to the copper plate (5) in a matched mode, and the back plate (4) is provided with a through hole corresponding to the hoop (3) in a matched mode.

A quick connect socket for flat mounting according to claim 1 wherein said conductive base (6) is rectangular in configuration and a stepped second mounting hole (602) is provided at the center of the conductive base (6) for mounting the conductive metal rod (8); the bottom surface of the conductive base (6) is provided with two T-shaped clamping grooves (601) which are symmetrically distributed through stepped holes, and the watchband contact fingers (7) are arranged in the clamping grooves (601).

A quick connect socket for flat mounting according to claim 1, characterized in that one end of said conductive metal rod (8) is cut circumferentially to form a connector post (803) of the mounting protection cap (2); and a positioning pin is arranged in the positioning hole (801) of the conductive metal rod (8) through a return spring.

A quick connect jack for flat mounting according to claim 1 wherein said plug housing (9) is a circular housing, said plug housing (9) has a circumferential groove (901), said color ring (10) is mounted on said circumferential groove (901) of said plug housing (9), and said color ring (10) has a plurality of anti-slip grooves.
6. The quick-connect socket for planar installation according to claim 1, wherein the lower plug housing (11) is divided into two transitional circular tube portions, the ends of the two circular tube portions are provided with internal threads, and a waterproof ring is sleeved at the joint of the lower plug housing (11) and the plug housing (9).

The quick-connect socket for planar mounting as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first metal member (12) is a stepped bar member, and the mating end with the second metal member (13) is a solid bar, and a circular hole is provided in the other end, and the inner diameter of the first metal member (12) is smaller than the inner diameter of the plug housing (9).

The quick connection socket for planar mounting according to claim 1, wherein two second irregular gaps (1401) are symmetrically formed at the end of the plugging cap (14), two first irregular gaps (1301) corresponding to the second irregular gaps (1401) are symmetrically formed at the end of the second metal piece (13), and flanges are respectively arranged at the ends of the first irregular gaps (1301) and the second irregular gaps (1401); and two round holes corresponding to the positioning pins are correspondingly arranged on the peripheral sides of the second metal piece (13).

The quick-connect socket for planar installation according to claim 1, wherein the thimble (15) is a stepped rod, and one end of the thimble is provided with a safety cap, and the other end of the thimble is provided with a round hole for installing the spring (17), the lock nut (16) is installed at a step on the periphery of the thimble (15), and the lock nut (16) is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the second metal piece (13).
10. A quick connect socket for flat mounting according to claim 1 wherein the inner bore of the plug housing (9) is stepped and the outer circumference of the second metal piece (13) is stepped, the second metal piece (13) being mounted in the plug housing (9) by a snap (18).
