In one embodiment, the present application also proposes a storage medium storing computer-readable instructions which, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the steps of: receiving a resume file screening request sent by a client, and responding to the resume file screening request to acquire the demand information of the post information document; acquiring a plurality of resume files from a resume database according to the demand information, and extracting resume itemized information of each resume file; matching the resume itemized information of each resume file with the post itemized information of the post information document; and calculating the corresponding matching degree of each resume file, determining a target resume file of the position information document according to the matching degree, and feeding the target resume file back to the client.
By combining the above embodiments, the application has the following greatest beneficial effects:
the application provides a target resume file screening method and device based on a position information document, wherein the method comprises the steps of obtaining demand information of the position information document according to a screening request of a resume file sent by a user through a client, obtaining a plurality of resume files as candidates according to the demand information, obtaining the matching degree of each resume item information by extracting the resume item information in the resume file and the position item information in the position information document and matching the resume item information to obtain the corresponding total matching degree of each resume file, determining the target resume file according to the matching degree, and feeding the target resume file back to the client.
Compared with the original screening method of the target resume file, the method provided by the application obtains the candidate resume file according to the demand information, decomposes the resume file into resume itemized information and matches the resume itemized information with the post itemized information, can further reduce the screening range of the target resume file according to the matching degree, and obtains the resume file which is matched with the post information file most highly by calculating the total matching degree of the resume file, wherein the number range of the target resume file is the minimum. Therefore, the target resume file screening method and device based on the post information document improve the screening efficiency and accuracy of the target resume file.
On the basis, the method for forming the corresponding post information file is further provided, the formed post information file can reflect the corresponding post requirements more comprehensively and accurately, so that a corresponding matching basis is prepared for screening the target resume file more comprehensively, and the target resume file obtained by screening can meet the actual requirements more accurately.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the computer program is executed. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), or a Random Access Memory (RAM).

receiving a resume file screening request sent by a client, and responding to the resume file screening request to acquire the demand information of the post information document;
acquiring a plurality of resume files from a resume database according to the demand information, and extracting resume itemized information of each resume file;
matching the resume itemized information of each resume file with the post itemized information of the post information document;
and calculating the corresponding matching degree of each resume file, determining a target resume file of the position information document according to the matching degree, and feeding the target resume file back to the client.
2. The method of claim 1,
the step of matching the resume itemized information of each resume file with the post itemized information of the post information document respectively comprises the following steps:
and acquiring keywords of the resume itemized information, and performing word meaning matching by using the keywords and the post itemized information item by item.
3. The method of claim 1,
each post item information comprises a plurality of levels of matching contents;
the step of calculating the corresponding matching degree of each resume file and determining the target resume file of the post information document according to the matching degree comprises the following steps:
comparing the resume itemized information with the corresponding matching content of the post itemized information to obtain the matching content of each resume itemized information with the corresponding level to obtain the corresponding matching degree;
calculating the total matching degree of each resume file according to the matching degree of each resume item information;
and extracting a corresponding target resume file from the resume database according to the total matching degree.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the post information document records element classification information of the post information, wherein the element classification information comprises corresponding first element classification information and second element classification information; the first element classification information is formed by classifying a plurality of specific similar information.

after the step of responding to the resume file screening request to acquire the demand information of the position information document, the method further comprises the following steps:
classifying the post description information of the post information document according to the post elements to form element classification information;
obtaining the first element classification information and the second element classification information according to the classification composition attribute of the element classification information;
matching the first element classification information with the corresponding post type in the post test tool to obtain key second element classification information of the post information document corresponding to the post description information;
and forming the post information document by the arrangement of the classification information of each element according to the type of the post information document.
6. The method of claim 5,
the step of obtaining the key second element classification information of the post information document corresponding to the post description information by matching the first element classification information with the corresponding post type in the post test tool comprises the following steps:
obtaining the post name information of the post information document from the first element classification information;
performing post classification matching with the post testing tool according to the post name information;
and acquiring key second element classification information of the post information document according to the post classification matching result.
7. The method of claim 6,
the step of obtaining the key second element classification information of the post information document according to the post classification matching result comprises the following steps:
obtaining key second element classification information of the lowest-level post corresponding to the post classification of the post information document according to the post classification matching result;
matching the post level in the first element classification information with the post level of the post testing tool;
according to the result of the post level matching, obtaining the level difference between the post information document and the lowest-level post of the post classification;
and obtaining the grade requirement of the corresponding key second element classification information in the post classification according to the grade difference, and using the grade requirement as the key second element classification information of the post information document.

the receiving module is used for receiving the resume file screening request sent by the client and responding to the resume file screening request to acquire the demand information of the post information document;
the extracting module is used for acquiring a plurality of resume files from a resume database according to the demand information and extracting resume itemized information of each resume file;
the matching module is used for respectively matching the resume itemized information of each resume file with the post itemized information of the post information document;
and the feedback module is used for calculating the corresponding matching degree of each resume file, determining a target resume file of the post information document according to the matching degree, and feeding the target resume file back to the client.

one or more processors;
a memory;
one or more computer programs, wherein the one or more computer programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more computer programs configured to perform the target resume file screening method based on a post information document according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor, implements the target resume file screening method based on a position information document according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
