The outsourcing task receiving is convenient, and the completion condition of the working node can be released, so that an outsourcing task releasing party can know the completion condition of the outsourcing task. The outsourcing task bearer can conveniently manage the outsourcing task and improve the completion quality and the completion efficiency of the outsourcing task bearer.
Further, the system also comprises a manual service module; and the manual service module is used for supporting the customer service personnel of the crowdsourcing system to communicate with the user.
In detail, when the outsourcing task publisher and the outsourcing task receiver have problems due to the outsourcing task and cannot determine a responsible party, both the outsourcing task publisher and the outsourcing task receiver can communicate with the customer service staff to reflect actual conditions to the customer service staff. The customer service staff first verify the actual situation after knowing the actual situation, and then can communicate with the outsourcing task issuing party and the outsourcing task receiving party to solve the problem, so that the problem can be solved quickly, and the outsourcing task is completed as soon as possible.
Further, the system also comprises an evaluation module; the evaluation module is used for supporting the outsourcing task issuing party to evaluate the task completion quality of the outsourcing task receiving party. The enthusiasm of the outsourcing task bearer for completing the outsourcing task with high quality is improved, and the completion quality of the outsourcing task is improved. Illustratively, the evaluation is a scoring system, the scoring score is 0-5, and the outsourcing task publisher can evaluate the outsourcing task completed by the outsourcing task bearer by 0-5. And the final evaluation score of the outsourcing task adopter is an average score of historical scores.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a crowdsourcing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method may be performed by a crowdsourcing system provided in an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1, the crowdsourcing method specifically includes the following steps:
s401, generating corresponding outsource task demand data according to the first filling operation of the outsource task publisher.
In detail, the outsource task publisher may log in a crowdsourcing system website through a terminal device such as a computer and open a data filling module of the crowdsourcing system, and the data filling module generates corresponding outsource task demand data according to a first filling operation of the outsource task publisher and sends the outsource task demand data to the auditing module. The first filling-in operation may be a motor operation in which the user clicks a keyboard and a mouse.
S402, checking whether the outsourcing task demand data meet the checking standard.
In detail, when receiving the outsourcing task requirement data, an auditing module of the crowdsourcing system audits the outsourcing task requirement data.
And S403, when the outsourcing task demand data meets the inspection standard, issuing the outsourcing task demand data through a data issuing module so that an outsourcing task receiver can obtain the outsourcing task demand data.
Specifically, the auditing module audits that the outsourced task data meets the auditing standard, and sends the outsourced task demand data meeting the auditing standard to the publishing module, and the publishing module publishes the outsourced task demand data when receiving the outsourced task demand data.
S404, when the outsourced task demand data does not meet the review standard, sending the outsourced task demand data to a corresponding data filling module so that the outsourced task publisher modifies the outsourced task demand data to fill the outsourced task demand data meeting the review standard.
In detail, when the audit module audits that the outsourced task demand data does not meet the audit standard, a part of the outsourced task data meeting the audit standard can be marked, and then the marked outsourced task demand data is sent to the data filling module.
And S405, generating corresponding outsource task result data according to the second filling operation of the outsource task bearer.
Specifically, after the outsourcing task is completed, the outsourcing task bearer can log in a website of a crowdsourcing system through terminal equipment such as a computer, and fills the outsourcing task result data in the corresponding filling position. And the outsourcing task result data is outsourcing task result data which is finished by the outsourcing task bearer according to the outsourcing task demand data and corresponds to the outsourcing task demand data, namely the data required by the outsourcing task publisher.
S406, checking whether the outsourcing task result data meets the checking standard.
And S407, when the outsourced task result data meets the inspection standard, issuing the outsourced task result data through the data issuing module so that the outsourced task issuing party can acquire the outsourced task result data.
And S408, when the outsourced task result data does not meet the inspection standard, sending the outsourced task result data to a corresponding data filling module so that the outsourced task bearer modifies the outsourced task result data to fill the outsourced task result data meeting the inspection standard.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating step S402 corresponding to fig. 4 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The crowdsourcing method is implemented on the basis of the above embodiment, and referring to fig. 5, step S402 is specifically divided into the following steps:
s501, checking whether the outsourcing task demand data meet a first checking standard.
S502, when the outsourced task demand data meets the first auditing standard, sending the outsourced task demand data to a manual auditing module of a crowdsourcing system.
S503, when the outsourced task required data does not meet the first auditing standard, sending the outsourced task required data to the data filling module.
And S504, checking whether the outsourcing task demand data meets a second checking standard.
And S505, when the outsourced task demand data meets the first auditing standard, sending the outsourced task demand data to the data publishing module.
S506, when the outsourced task demand data does not meet the first auditing standard, sending the outsourced task demand data to the data filling module.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating step S406 corresponding to fig. 4 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 6, step S406 specifically includes the following steps:
s601, checking whether the outsourcing task result data meets a third checking standard.
S602, when the outsourced task result data meets the third auditing standard, sending the outsourced task result data to a manual auditing module of a crowdsourcing system.
And S603, when the outsourced task result data does not meet the third auditing standard, sending the outsourced task result data to the data filling module.
And S604, checking whether the outsourcing task result data meets a fourth checking standard.
And S605, when the outsourced task result data meets the fourth auditing standard, sending the outsourced task result data to the data publishing module.
And S606, when the outsourced task result data does not meet the fourth auditing standard, sending the outsourced task result data to the data filling module.
It should be noted that, the first audit standard, the second audit standard, the third audit standard and the fourth audit standard are all included in the audit standard, and the words "first", "second", "third" and "fourth" do not limit the data amount and category of the audit standard, and are only described for distinction, and the first audit standard, the second audit standard, the third audit standard and the fourth audit standard can satisfy the audit standard required for audit.
Further, in step S403, specifically, when the outsourced task demand data meets the censorship standard, the outsourced task demand data is released through a public data module of a crowdsourcing system, so that an outsourced task receiving side obtains the outsourced task demand data.
Further, in step S407, specifically, when the outsourced task result data meets the censorship criterion, the outsourced task result data is issued through an authority data module of a crowdsourcing system, so that the outsourced task issuing party obtains the outsourced task result data.
Further, before step S401, at least one data filling sub-module and a filling standard module individually corresponding to the data filling sub-module are further provided.
Further, before step S405, a task management team and a work node of the outsourced task are created according to the creation operation of the outsourced task publisher. Step S105 further includes generating completion data of the work node according to a third filling operation of the outsource task bearer.
Further, after step S408, generating scoring data of the outsource task accepting party on the completion quality of the outsource task according to the evaluation operation of the outsource task issuing party.
The crowdsourcing method can be realized through the crowdsourcing system, has corresponding implementation process and beneficial effect, and is not repeated herein.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a crowdsourcing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the apparatus may include:
a processor 710, and a memory 720 coupled to the processor 710; the memory 720 is used for storing a computer program, and the computer program is used for executing the crowdsourcing method in the embodiment; processor 710 is operative to invoke and execute computer programs in memory 720.
Specifically, in the actual application process, the crowdsourcing equipment may be a computer, or any intelligent equipment capable of identifying, processing and storing data information in the prior art, and the type and model of the equipment are not limited at all.
The embodiment of the present invention may further include a storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps in the crowdsourcing method in the embodiment of the present invention can be implemented.
It is understood that the same or similar parts in the above embodiments may be mutually referred to, and the same or similar parts in other embodiments may be referred to for the content which is not described in detail in some embodiments.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description of the present invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. Further, in the description of the present invention, the meaning of "a plurality" means at least two unless otherwise specified.

For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A crowdsourcing system, comprising: the system comprises a data filling module, a data auditing module and a data publishing module;
the data filling module is used for supporting a user to fill out outsourcing task data and sending the outsourcing task data to the data auditing module; the users comprise outsourcing task issuers and outsourcing task receivers; the outsourcing task data comprises outsourcing task demand data issued by the outsourcing task issuing party and outsourcing task result data finished by the outsourcing task receiving party;
the data auditing module is provided with an auditing standard and is used for screening the outsourced task data meeting the auditing standard according to the auditing standard and sending the outsourced task data meeting the auditing standard to the data publishing module; the data auditing module is also used for screening the outsourced task data which does not accord with the auditing standard according to the auditing standard, and sending the outsourced task data which does not accord with the auditing standard to the corresponding data filling module so that the corresponding user can modify the outsourced task data which does not accord with the auditing standard to fill the outsourced task data which accords with the auditing standard;
and the data publishing module is used for publishing the outsourced task data which passes the audit.
2. The crowdsourcing system of claim 1, wherein the data auditing module comprises a computer auditing module and a manual auditing module;
the computer auditing module is used for carrying out first auditing on the outsourced task data according to a first auditing standard, sending the outsourced task data which passes the first auditing to the manual auditing module, and sending the outsourced task data which does not pass the first auditing to the data filling module;
the manual auditing module is used for carrying out secondary auditing on the outsourced task data according to a second auditing standard, sending the outsourced task data which passes the secondary auditing to the data publishing module, and sending the outsourced task data which does not pass the secondary auditing to the data filling module; the audit criteria include the first audit criteria and the second audit criteria.
3. The crowdsourcing system of claim 1, wherein the data publishing module comprises a public data module and a rights data module;
the data in the public data module supports all the user browsing;
and the data in the permission data module supports the browsing of the user with the browsing permission.
4. The crowdsourcing system of claim 1, wherein the data filling module comprises at least one data filling sub-module and a filling criteria module that individually corresponds to the data filling sub-module; each data filling sub-module is used for correspondingly filling different types of outsourcing task data;
and the filling standard module is used for providing filling standards for the user to fill in the outsourcing task data.
5. The crowdsourcing system of claim 1, further comprising a delivery module;
the delivery module is used for supporting the outsourced task publisher to create an outsourced task management framework and setting a working node and supporting a user to publish a file and supporting the outsourced task bearer to publish the completion condition of the working node; the working node comprises a node name and a node completion time limit.
6. The crowdsourcing system of claim 1, further comprising a human service module;
and the manual service module is used for supporting the customer service personnel of the crowdsourcing system to communicate with the user.
7. The crowdsourcing system of claim 1, further comprising an evaluation module;
the evaluation module is used for supporting the outsourcing task issuing party to evaluate the task completion quality of the outsourcing task receiving party.
8. A crowdsourcing method applied to the crowdsourcing system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
generating corresponding outsourcing task demand data according to a first filling operation of an outsourcing task publisher;
examining whether the outsourcing task demand data meets examination criteria;
when the outsourcing task demand data meet the censorship standard, the outsourcing task demand data are issued through a data issuing module, so that an outsourcing task receiver can obtain the outsourcing task demand data; otherwise, sending the outsourced task demand data to a corresponding data filling module so that the outsourced task publisher modifies the outsourced task demand data to fill the outsourced task demand data meeting the inspection standard;
generating corresponding outsourcing task result data according to the second filling operation of the outsourcing task receiver;
reviewing whether the outsourced task result data meets the review criteria;
when the outsourcing task result data meet the examination standard, the outsourcing task result data are issued through the data issuing module, so that an outsourcing task issuing party can obtain the outsourcing task result data; otherwise, the outsourced task result data is sent to a corresponding data filling module so that the outsourced task bearer modifies the outsourced task result data to fill the outsourced task result data meeting the inspection standard.
9. A crowdsourcing device, comprising:
a processor, and a memory coupled to the processor;
the memory for storing a computer program for at least performing the crowdsourcing method of claim 8;
the processor is used for calling and executing the computer program in the memory.
10. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the crowdsourcing method as claimed in claim 8.
