Background
PCBA is the abbreviation of English Printed Circuit Board + Assembly, that is to say PCB blank Board passes SMT to be loaded, or passes through the whole process of DIP plug-in components, abbreviated as PCBA. In most production and manufacturing environments of the existing PCB, the PBCA packaging label still adopts a manual handwriting mode, so that the problems of nonstandard label, non-standard label, high possibility of error and inaccuracy are difficult to avoid.
If the PBCA packaging state is not managed and controlled by the system, the state of the PCBA cannot be known, and good products and defective products cannot be confirmed; the PCBA is not subjected to system control, so that first-in first-out management cannot be realized, and the stock state cannot be mastered in real time; meanwhile, the PCBA is not controlled by the system, and the storage position of the semi-finished product cannot be acquired through the system in time, so that the searching time is long, and the efficiency is low.

the product verification center verifies the product name and the unique product code, and the AOI equipment starts to detect if the product name and the unique product code pass the verification and generates the detection time, the production line and the detection result; if the verification fails, the AOI device stops detecting, as shown in FIG. 1.
The equipment interface file acquires the detection time, the production line and the detection result generated by the AOI equipment in real time and transmits the detection time, the production line and the detection result to the Electronic Data Center (EDC).
The Electronic Data Center (EDC) analyzes the detection result, and then uploads and stores the detection result, the detection time, the production line body, the product name, and the product unique code to a database together, as shown in fig. 2.
In step a4, the QC operator opens the automatic packaging software, logs in the automatic packaging program by inputting an account and a password, and configures the automatic packaging program by the displayed detection result and the packaging requirement, so as to realize automatic printing of the packaging label, where the configured information includes a line selection setting, a printer setting, and an automatic packaging number setting, as shown in fig. 3.
Through providing one kind with AOI equipment integrated mode, automatic acquisition AOI test data result, and then PCBA packing quantity through system setting, the line body, the printer realizes automatic printing PCBA packing label, PCBA's systematic management has been realized, can intelligent affirmation yields and defective products, realize FIFO management, can master stock state in real time, in time acquire semi-manufactured goods parking position etc. through the system, the problem of traditional handwritten PCBA packing label easy mistake, the lack of standardization, can't trace back, can't carry out information-based management has been solved.
