Abstract
The invention relates to a machine room control system, in particular to a machine room moving ring remote control system, which comprises a monitoring unit and a server, wherein the monitoring unit is used for monitoring moving ring equipment and environmental parameters in a machine room; the technical scheme provided by the invention can effectively overcome the defect that the alarm information can not be timely pushed to a manager and the moving ring equipment needs to be operated on site in the operation and maintenance process in the prior art.

the server sends the display result of the configuration display module and the analysis result of the data analysis module to the information receiving terminal through the information transmission module, receives the moving-ring equipment control instruction sent by the information receiving terminal through the information transmission module, and is connected with the moving-ring equipment control module used for controlling the moving-ring equipment in the machine room.
Preferably, when the data analysis module analyzes that the detection data of the monitoring unit collected by the data collection module is outside the normal fluctuation range, the server starts the emergency alarm unit, and simultaneously the server sends text alarm information to an information receiving terminal through an information transmission module.

3. the server receives the control instruction of the movable ring equipment sent by the information receiving terminal through the information transmission module, and the server effectively controls the movable ring equipment in the machine room through the control module of the movable ring equipment, so that the efficiency of operation and maintenance management of the machine room is improved, and the problem is conveniently and effectively solved.

the server is connected with a data analysis module used for analyzing the data acquired by the data acquisition module and collected by the monitoring unit, the server starts the emergency alarm unit according to the analysis result of the data analysis module, and the server is connected with a configuration display module used for adding the detection data of the monitoring unit and the alarm information generated by the emergency alarm unit to the corresponding moving ring equipment in the three-dimensional model of the moving ring equipment;
the server sends the display result of the configuration display module and the analysis result of the data analysis module to the information receiving terminal through the information transmission module, receives the moving-ring equipment control instruction sent by the information receiving terminal through the information transmission module, and is connected with the moving-ring equipment control module used for controlling the moving-ring equipment in the machine room.
When the data analysis module analyzes that the detection data of the data acquisition and monitoring unit is out of the normal fluctuation range, the server starts the emergency alarm unit, and simultaneously sends text alarm information to the information receiving terminal through the information transmission module.

The monitoring unit comprises a movable ring equipment monitoring module for monitoring working parameters of movable ring equipment in the machine room, a machine room environment detection module for detecting environmental parameters in the machine room, an alternating current monitoring module for monitoring power supply current and voltage of the machine room, and an alternating voltage monitoring module.

When the data analysis module analyzes that the detection data of the data acquisition and monitoring unit is out of the normal fluctuation range, the server starts the emergency alarm unit, and simultaneously sends text alarm information to the information receiving terminal through the information transmission module.
The emergency alarm unit comprises an alarm block diagram extraction module, an alarm code extraction module, an alarm color extraction module and an alarm information combination module which combines the information extracted by the alarm block diagram extraction module, the alarm code extraction module and the alarm color extraction module together to generate alarm information.
The monitoring unit comprises a movable ring equipment monitoring module for monitoring working parameters of movable ring equipment in the machine room, a machine room environment detection module for detecting environmental parameters in the machine room, an alternating current monitoring module for monitoring power supply current and voltage of the machine room, and an alternating voltage monitoring module.
The working state parameters and the alarm information of the moving ring equipment are attached to the three-dimensional model of the moving ring equipment, so that managers can know the working state and the fault position of the moving ring equipment in the machine room more visually, the faults can be eliminated quickly, and the safe operation of the machine room is ensured.
The server receives the control instruction of the movable ring equipment sent by the information receiving terminal through the information transmission module, and the server effectively controls the movable ring equipment in the machine room through the control module of the movable ring equipment, so that the efficiency of operation and maintenance management of the machine room is improved, and the problem is conveniently and effectively solved.

The data acquisition module comprises 10 serial ports, each serial port adopts an independent RJ45 interface, has an independent power supply function and is compatible with 4-core and 8-core connection methods; each DI adopts a single RJ45 interface, has a single power supply function and is compatible with 4-core and 8-core connection methods; and 4 DO ports, wherein each DO adopts a separate RJ45 interface which is used for connecting the monitoring unit to collect data. And the system also comprises 1 network interface for connecting a server and uploading the acquired data.
The server comprises 1 management interface for managing the server; 4 network interfaces for network communication.

the server sends the display result of the configuration display module and the analysis result of the data analysis module to the information receiving terminal through the information transmission module, receives the moving-ring equipment control instruction sent by the information receiving terminal through the information transmission module, and is connected with the moving-ring equipment control module used for controlling the moving-ring equipment in the machine room.
