Furthermore, the present invention may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples. This repetition is for the purpose of simplicity and clarity and does not in itself dictate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or configurations discussed. It should be noted that the components illustrated in the figures are not necessarily drawn to scale. Descriptions of well-known components and processing techniques and procedures are omitted so as to not unnecessarily limit the invention.
The following describes in detail a method for preventing error of a secondary locking signal in a sequential control operation according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for preventing error of a secondary locking signal in a sequential control operation, where the method includes the following operations:
constructing a secondary locking signal library, forming an incidence relation between the operating equipment and a secondary locking signal, and organizing a retrieval interface of a sequence control locking signal service;
acquiring and recording the state of the secondary locking signal from the real-time service in a subscription mode;
and forming a locking rule according to the type of the sequence control operation equipment, calling related locking signals through the associated topology, respectively retrieving secondary locking signals in the process of sequence control formal operation rehearsal and formal sequence control, and interrupting sequence control when locking signals occur.
And forming a secondary blocking signal library according to the secondary blocking signal selection and the application rule of the regulation and control system. The secondary signal alarm level in the electric power system model is divided into four levels, namely a first level, a second level, a third level and a fourth level, and the states of the first level and the second level signals are needed during remote control, so that only the first level and the second level signals are brought into a secondary blocking signal library. The primary signal is generally defined as a latch-type signal and the secondary signal as a cue-type signal. In order to avoid the problem of incorrect locking in the sequence control process due to an overlarge range of locking signals, and simultaneously, the processing function of the original service of an EMS system on secondary signals is not influenced, the alarm level of the secondary signals cannot be modified, the types of the secondary signals are subdivided in the sequence control locking signal service according to the action of primary secondary signals, and a circuit breaker operating mechanism, a circuit breaker SF6 abnormal signal, a disconnecting link air chamber abnormal signal, a bus air chamber abnormal signal, a direct current ground loss of a direct current system and a direct current system insulation fault abnormal signal are core signals, for example, a direct current ground loss and a main transformer body pressure mutation alarm are core signals, non-core signals are general signals, the core signals are locking signals, and the general signals are prompting signals.
In order to increase the universality of blocking signals, the service latitude types are added in the secondary blocking signal information, and the service latitude types are divided into monitoring types, non-monitoring types and all three types, so that the method is applicable to various application scenes. For example, the monitoring station and the operation and maintenance station can acquire the required secondary blocking signal by setting the service latitude type according to respective service requirements. The information of the secondary latching signal includes: signal name, protection level, signal type, name of the station to which the terminal belongs, ID of voltage class to which the terminal belongs, name of the interval to which the terminal belongs, ID of the interval to which the terminal belongs, state, service latitude and point number. And completing the secondary blocking signal information when constructing a secondary blocking signal library.
When the secondary blocking signal library is constructed, the association relationship is established, including the association between the plant station and the total station public blocking signal, the association between the voltage level and the voltage level public blocking signal and the association between the operating equipment and the corresponding interval blocking signal, so that the secondary blocking signal corresponding to the operating equipment can be quickly inquired.
And the retrieval interface for organizing the sequential control blocking signal service comprises all blocking signals under the retrieval plant station and the blocking signals of the retrieval operation equipment. All blocking signals under the retrieval plant station are specifically as follows: the input is station ID, the output is a locking signal array, all locking signals under the station can be obtained through the interface, the accuracy of a locking signal library is checked, and the locking signal library is adjusted in time; the latch signal for the retrieval operation device is specifically: the input is operating equipment (station ID, voltage class ID, interval ID, operating equipment ID) and the output is a blocking signal array. All blocking signals of the operation equipment can be obtained through the interface, and relevant service processing is carried out on the blocking signals during sequential control.
The sequence control blocking signal service constructs a secondary blocking signal library and records the state of a secondary signal, and can simultaneously obtain the signal state when the blocking signal is inquired in sequence control, and can directly use the signal state to process the service. And a subscription mode is adopted to obtain a secondary signal state from the real-time service, and the secondary signal state is consistent with the real-time state, so that the accuracy of a locking signal query result is ensured.
Using a secondary locking signal library in sequence control operation, forming a locking rule according to the type of operation equipment, and calling related locking signals through association topology: the switch interval locking rules are adopted, and the polling signals comprise the interval locking signal, the common interval locking signal with the same voltage level and the total station common interval locking signal; the circuit is locked regularly, and the polling signal is the same as the interval locking signal of the connected switch; the bus locking rule is that the patrol inspection signals comprise bus locking signals, all interval locking signals physically connected with the bus, common interval locking signals at the same voltage level and total station common interval locking signals; the main transformer locking rule is that the polling signals comprise switch interval locking signals at each side, main transformer body locking signals, voltage grade public interval locking signals at each side and total station public interval locking signals.
And searching the secondary locking signals when the sequence control formal operation is previewed, analyzing the type of the operation equipment in the sequence control task, polling the locking signals according to the polling range defined in the locking rule, and directly interrupting the sequence control when the locking signals appear.
And searching the secondary locking signal in the sequence control process, analyzing the type of the operating equipment in the sequence control task, polling the secondary locking signal according to the polling range defined in the locking rule, generating a prompt signal, suspending sequence control, manually judging, selecting to continue sequence control or jump out sequence control, and directly interrupting sequence control when a locking signal is generated.
As shown in fig. 2, during the 101-switch sequential operation, the following latching signals need to be checked: the method comprises the steps that 101 switch interval blocking signals, 110kV voltage class public interval blocking signals and total station public interval blocking signals are searched when sequence control formal operation rehearsal is conducted, operation equipment (101 switches) in sequence control tasks are of switch types, blocking signals are patrolled according to a patrolling range defined in blocking rules, and sequence control is directly interrupted when the blocking signals occur. In the sequence control task, the operating equipment (101 switch) is of a switch type, a secondary locking signal is patrolled according to a patrolling range defined in a locking rule, sequence control is suspended when a prompt signal appears, sequence control is selected to continue or jump out after manual judgment, and sequence control is directly interrupted when a locking signal appears.
