After the technical scheme is adopted, the accident handling process is standardized, the influence of human factors on the power grid accident handling is reduced, even a young dispatcher with insufficient accident handling experience can be orderly and properly handled when handling the power grid accident; therefore, the daily work intensity of a dispatcher is reduced, the safe operation management level of dispatching is improved, the accuracy and the rapidity of electric network accident handling are improved, and the method has great practical significance for safe and reliable operation of an electric network and improvement of the accuracy and the rapidity of accident handling.
