In an embodiment of the present application, the first direction may be a direction in which the second pushing member 22 faces away from the first pushing member 21, and the second direction may be a direction in which the second pushing member 22 faces toward the first pushing member 21, and then the linear motor 311 (the driving assembly 30) pushes the first pushing member 21, so that the flexible screen 200 is opened or closed. Or the first direction may be a clockwise direction, the second direction may be a counterclockwise direction, and the first pushing member 21 is driven to rotate to drive the second pushing member 22 to rotate, so that the flexible screen 200 is opened or closed. The two linkage assemblies 20 can be driven by a linear motor 311, or can be driven by a linear motor 311 to rotate so as to open or close the flexible screen 200 synchronously, so that the flexible display screen (or the flexible screen 200) is prevented from shaking, and the display effect of the flexible display screen (or the flexible screen 200) is ensured.
Referring to fig. 5, 7, 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, the drive assembly 30 further comprises:
the main body part 33, the main body part 33 is provided with a transmission connecting piece 331, the driving piece 31 is in transmission connection with the transmission connecting piece 331, the first rack 32 of the driving component 30 is fixedly connected with the main body part 33,
a second rack 34, wherein the second rack 34 is disposed on a side of the main body 33 away from the first rack 32, and extends along the width direction, defining the opening and closing structure 100 having a height direction perpendicular to the width direction, and a direction of a slot opening of the second rack 34 is opposite to a direction of a slot opening of the first rack 32 in the height direction;
the driving member 31 drives the main body 33 to move along the width direction, so that the first rack 32 drives the transmission gear 211 of one of the driving assemblies 30 to rotate clockwise, and the second rack 34 drives the transmission gear 211 of the other driving assembly 30 to rotate counterclockwise. The main body 33 is substantially flat and is configured to facilitate forming the first and second racks 32 and 34. In one embodiment, the transmission connector 331 may be a tooth transmission structure, a belt transmission structure or a chain transmission structure, as long as the power transmission of the driving member 31 is facilitated. In this embodiment, the driving member 31 drives the main body portion 33 to move along the width direction by arranging the second rack 34, so that the first rack 32 drives the transmission gear 211 of one driving assembly 30 to rotate clockwise, and the second rack 34 drives the transmission gear 211 of the other driving assembly 30 to rotate counterclockwise, on one hand, the flexible screen 200 can be opened or closed conveniently and rapidly and synchronously, the flexible display screen (or the flexible screen 200) is prevented from shaking, and the display effect of the flexible display screen (or the flexible screen 200) is ensured; on the other hand, when the flexible screen 200 is driven to fold, the first pushing members 21 of the two driving assemblies 30 rotate to approach each other, so as to drive the second pushing members 22 of the driving assemblies 30 to approach each other, so that when the opening and closing structure 100 is driven to fold, the two driving assemblies 30 approach each other in the width direction, the storage space of the opening and closing structure 100 in the width direction is reduced, and the opening and closing structure 100 is convenient to store.
Referring to fig. 5, 7 and 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, the transmission connector 331 is a nut 331, one side of the nut 331 is fixedly connected to the main body portion 33, the main body portion 33 is disposed on one side of a lower fixing plate 40 of the opening and closing structure 100, the lower fixing plate 40 is provided with a through hole 41, and the nut 331 is disposed through the through hole 41;
the driving member 31 includes a motor 311 and a screw 312 in transmission connection with the motor 311, the motor 311 is fixed on one side of the lower fixing plate 40 away from the main body portion 33, at least a part of the screw 312 is disposed opposite to the through hole 41, and the nut 331 is sleeved on the screw 312. The transmission efficiency of the transmission of the lead screw 312 is generally 0.92-0.98%, so that the transmission precision is high, the motion is stable, and the creeping phenomenon is avoided; and the reverse transmission of the lead screw 312 has no idle stroke, and has a good reverse transmission function, so that the main body part 33 can be better driven to move when the lead screw 312 is matched with the nut 331 to realize the transmission of the lead screw 312. The good motion of drive assembly 30 has been guaranteed, and then can convenient and fast open in step or draw in flexible screen 200, prevents that flexible display curtain (or flexible screen 200) from rocking, guarantees the display effect of flexible display curtain (or flexible screen 200). And, through setting up the opening 611, make the movement distance of the nut 331 controlled by the interval size of the opening 611, on the one hand facilitate the work of the protection motor 311, on the other hand save the stop gear, have reduced the arrangement complexity of the structure 100 of opening and shutting.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in some embodiments of the present invention, the opening and closing structure 100 includes an upper fixing plate 50 disposed opposite to the lower fixing plate 40, the upper fixing plate 50 is provided with a first matching portion 51, an end of the second pushing member 22 facing away from the first pushing member 21 is provided with a second matching portion 221, and the first matching portion 51 is matched with the second matching portion 221 so as to rotatably connect the second pushing member 22 and the upper fixing plate 50. By arranging the upper fixing plate 50, the opening and closing structure 100 is uniformly stressed in the height direction, and then the stable opening and closing of the flexible screen 200 are ensured. It is understood that the first engagement portion 51 may have a pin structure and the second engagement portion 221 may have a hole structure, thereby ensuring the transmission.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first matching portion 51 is a rotating shaft, the second matching portion 221 is a rotating hole, and the rotating shaft is rotatably inserted into the rotating hole; the shaft hole structure ensures that the second pushing member 22 drives the upper fixing plate 50 to move away from or close to the lower fixing plate 40.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first matching portion 51 is a third rack 512, the second matching portion 221 is a transmission gear 211, and the transmission gear 211 is rotatably connected to the upper fixing plate 50 and is engaged with the third rack 512. Through the cooperation of the tooth-shaped structures 32, the transmission force received by the upper fixing plate 50 can be accurate, so that the opening and closing flexible screen 200 with higher accuracy can be realized.
In an embodiment, the first matching portion 51 is similar to the structure of the main body plate 511, the first rack 32 and the second rack 34, and may specifically include the main body plate 511, the third rack 512 and the fourth rack 513, and the third rack 512 and the fourth rack 513 are arranged similar to the first rack 32 and the second rack 34 (defining that the opening and closing structure 100 has a height direction perpendicular to the width direction, and the orientations of the gullet notches of the third rack 512 and the fourth rack 513 are opposite to each other in the height direction, wherein the gullet notch of the first rack 32 is aligned with the notch of the third rack 512, and the gullet notch of the second rack 34 is aligned with the gullet notch of the fourth rack 513, so as to further ensure the transmission stability of the upper fixing plate 50 and the lower fixing plate 40, and the driving assembly 30 for driving the third rack 512 and the fourth rack 513 may be arranged on the upper fixing plate 50, it can be understood that, at this time, the third rack 512 and the fourth rack 513 move in the opposite direction to the first rack 32 and the second rack 34, thereby further improving the opening and closing efficiency of the flexible screen 200.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the opening and closing structure 100 further includes a housing 60, the housing 60 is formed with a receiving cavity 61, the receiving cavity 61 has an opening 611, the driving assembly 30 and the lower fixing plate 40 are received in the receiving cavity 61, the driving assembly 30 drives the first pushing member 21 or the second pushing member 22 to move, so that the linkage assembly 20 drives the two screen rolling members 10 to move, and the second pushing member 22 and the upper fixing plate 50 extend out of the opening 611, so as to synchronously open the flexible screen 200 or close the flexible screen 200. The shell 60 is arranged, the opening and closing structure 100 and the flexible screen 200 can be protected conveniently, when the flexible screen 200 is in a closing state, the driving assembly 30, the linkage assembly 20 and the flexible screen 200 are all contained in the containing cavity 61, when the flexible screen 200 is in an opening state, part of the linkage assembly 20 and the upper fixing plate 50 all stretch out of the containing cavity 61, and therefore the flexible screen 200 can be opened conveniently.
The present invention further provides a display device, which includes an opening and closing structure 100, the opening and closing structure being used for opening and closing a flexible screen 200, the opening and closing structure 100 being defined to have a width direction, the opening and closing structure 100 including:
two rolls of screen members 10, wherein the two rolls of screen members 10 are arranged oppositely, one side of the flexible screen 200 is wound and installed on one roll of screen member 10, and the other side is wound and installed on the other roll of screen member 10;
the two linkage assemblies 20 are arranged at intervals along the width direction, each linkage assembly 20 comprises a first pushing member 21 and a second pushing member 22, one end of each first pushing member 21 is connected with one rolling screen 10, one end of each second pushing member 22 is connected with the other rolling screen 10, and the end part of each first pushing member 21 departing from the rolling screen 10 is in transmission connection with the end part of each second pushing member 22 departing from the rolling screen 10; and
the driving assembly 20, the driving assembly 20 drives the two first pushing pieces 21 to move away from or close to each other, so that the linkage assembly 20 drives the two screen rolling pieces 10 to synchronously open the flexible screen 200 or close the flexible screen 200;
or, the driving assembly 20 drives the two second pushing members 22 to move away from or close to each other, so that the linkage assembly 20 drives the two screen rolling members 10 to open the flexible screen 200 or close the flexible screen 200 synchronously.

Claims (10)

the driving assembly drives the two first pushing pieces to move away from or close to each other, so that the linkage assembly drives the two screen rolling pieces to synchronously open or close the flexible screen;
or the driving component drives the two second pushing pieces to move away from or close to each other, so that the linkage component drives the two screen rolling pieces to synchronously open or close the flexible screen.

The opening and closing structure of claim 1, wherein the first pushing member comprises a transmission part and a pushing rod, the transmission part is arranged at an end part of the pushing rod, which is far away from the second pushing member, the end part of the pushing rod, which is far away from the transmission part, is hinged with the second pushing member, the transmission part is rotatably connected with the rolling screen member, the driving assembly drives the transmission part to rotate, the transmission part drives the pushing rod to rotate around the transmission part, and the pushing rod drives the second pushing member to move around the transmission part.

The opening and closing structure according to claim 2, wherein the transmission part is a transmission gear, the driving assembly comprises a driving member and a tooth-shaped structure, the driving member drives the tooth-shaped structure to drive the transmission gear to rotate, and the transmission gear drives the push rod to rotate around the transmission gear.

The opening and closing structure according to claim 3, wherein said opening and closing structure further comprises a lower fixing plate, a rolling screen member is fixedly connected with said lower fixing plate, said transmission gear is rotatably connected with said lower fixing plate, said tooth-shaped structure is a first rack, said opening and closing structure is defined to have a width direction, and said driving member drives said first rack to move along said width direction, so that said first rack drives said transmission gear to rotate.
5. The opening and closing structure according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the driving assembly further comprises:
the main body part is provided with a transmission connecting piece, the driving piece is in transmission connection with the transmission connecting piece, a first rack of the driving assembly is fixedly connected with the main body part,
the second rack is arranged on one side, away from the first rack, of the main body part, extends along the width direction, defines that the opening and closing structure has a height direction perpendicular to the width direction, and is opposite to the direction of the tooth socket notch of the first rack in the height direction;
the driving piece drives the main body part to move along the width direction, so that the first rack drives a transmission gear of one driving assembly to rotate clockwise, and the second rack drives a transmission gear of the other driving assembly to rotate anticlockwise.

The opening and closing structure of claim 5, wherein the transmission connecting piece is a nut, one side of the nut is fixedly connected with the main body part, the main body part is arranged on one side of a lower fixing plate of the opening and closing structure, the lower fixing plate is provided with a through hole, and the nut is arranged in the through hole in a penetrating manner;
the driving piece comprises a motor and a lead screw in transmission connection with the motor, the motor is fixed on one side of the lower fixing plate, which is far away from the main body part, at least part of the lead screw is arranged right opposite to the through hole, and the nut is sleeved on the lead screw.

The opening and closing structure of claim 6, wherein the opening and closing structure comprises an upper fixing plate arranged opposite to the lower fixing plate, the upper fixing plate is provided with a first matching portion, the end of the second pushing member, which is far away from the first pushing member, is provided with a second matching portion, and the first matching portion is matched with the second matching portion so as to enable the second pushing member and the upper fixing plate to be rotatably connected.
