Abstract
A cable insulation tester based on a quick check file generation method is provided, wherein the tester is provided with 'file conversion software' to automatically identify cable wiring tables of word documents and excel documents and generate text documents which can be identified by the tester. The tester can carry out conduction test and insulation test, wherein the conduction test adopts a constant current measurement module for testing, the constant current measurement is to measure the resistance value between the tested points and compare with a standard threshold value so as to determine whether the channel condition is qualified, the insulation test adopts the method that the voltage generated by insulation resistance is measured through known standard current limiting, voltage dividing resistance, resistance to be tested and an A/D conversion circuit, and the insulation value of the insulation resistance is calculated according to ohm's law.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cable conduction insulation test of various engineering systems, and particularly relates to a cable insulation tester based on a quick check file generation method.
Background
In engineering systems, a large number of cables with different core numbers are often used for carrying out communication of electric signals or bus signals. To ensure the system can work normally, the correctness of the wiring relationship of the cables needs to be checked in advance: and conducting insulation inspection. The conventional inspection methods include the following two types:
1. manual inspection mode: testing the wiring correctness by using a universal meter according to a cable conduction meter so as to judge whether the wiring is reliably connected; according to a cable insulation table, an instrument with the DC voltage of 100-160V (18V-36V DC signal cable) or 500V (220V high-voltage AC cable) and the error of not more than +/-15% is used for checking to judge whether the unconnected connecting wire is effectively insulated.
2. The automatic test method comprises the following steps: the testing method is similar to the manual testing method, and when the testing cable is conducted, the testing is carried out by using the voltage of 5V-10V; when testing the cable insulation, a voltage of 100V or 500V was used for the test. The cable conduction insulation check point number needs to be manually input into the tester in advance and stored into a document format which can be recognized by the tester.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above requirements, the invention provides a highly-universal cable conduction insulation tester based on a cable inspection file rapid generation method, which saves workload and time of cable conduction insulation test, and can store each test result for later query and comparison.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a cable insulation tester based on a quick check file generation method can perform conduction test and insulation test, wherein the conduction test is performed by adopting a constant current measurement module, the constant current measurement is performed by measuring the resistance value between measured points and comparing the resistance value with a standard threshold value so as to determine whether the channel condition is qualified, the insulation test is performed by measuring the voltage generated by insulation resistance through known standard current limiting, voltage dividing resistance, resistance to be measured and an A/D conversion circuit, and the insulation value of the insulation resistance is calculated according to ohm's law.
The constant current measuring module comprises a constant current source and an A/D conversion circuit, wherein a resistor Rx to be measured and the constant current source are connected in series, the A/D conversion circuit is connected with the resistor to be measured in parallel, the constant current source generates a constant current with the current I, the voltage generated by the constant current source flowing through the Rx is UO, and the Rx is UO/I, so that the resistance between measured points is calculated.
The constant voltage measurement module comprises known standard current-limiting and voltage-dividing resistors R1 and R2, resistors Rx to be measured and R1 and R2 are connected in series, an A/D conversion circuit is connected with R1 or R2 in parallel, the voltage generated by Rx measured by the A/D conversion circuit is Uo, and an insulation resistor Rx is calculated according to ohm's law.
Selecting an insulating point, bridging all other insulating points, performing insulation inspection by using the insulating point and a group of bridged points, if the insulation resistance value meets the requirement, discarding the insulating point, releasing one point from the bridged combined points, performing insulation inspection with other bridged combined points, and so on; if the insulation resistance value is smaller than the specified resistance value, the point is used for carrying out insulation check with each point in the combined points one by one until finding out which point the insulation resistance value is reduced.
During insulation test, the equipment uses a relay matrix to uniformly bridge the insulation point combination.
The tester can convert a wiring table and an insulation table of a word document into a text document which can be recognized by the cable conduction insulation tester.
And (3) identifying and analyzing the data of the uploaded file by using npoi, and if the data of the wiring table is successfully analyzed: classifying and sorting all the wiring and point numbers according to equipotential, listing the point numbers of the two-end connectors of the wires, and generating a cable conduction check table; in one end connector, selecting one point in the array of equal electric potential points to generate a cable insulation check table.
The invention is already put into use in a new generation of comprehensive test rooms, general assembly plants and launching sites of large carrier rockets, and has convenient operation and rapid test process. For example, the conduction test time for a 128-core one-to-one connected cable is about 30s, and the insulation test time is about 1 minute 18 s.

Detailed Description
A cable insulation tester based on a quick check file generation method can perform conduction test and insulation test, wherein the conduction test is performed by adopting a constant current measurement module, the constant current measurement is performed by measuring the resistance value between measured points and comparing the resistance value with a standard threshold value so as to determine whether the channel condition is qualified, the insulation test is performed by measuring the voltage generated by insulation resistance through known standard current limiting, voltage dividing resistance, resistance to be measured and an A/D conversion circuit, and the insulation value of the insulation resistance is calculated according to ohm's law.
The constant current measuring module comprises a constant current source and an A/D conversion circuit, wherein a resistor Rx to be measured and the constant current source are connected in series, the A/D conversion circuit is connected with the resistor to be measured in parallel, the constant current source generates a constant current with the current I, the voltage generated by the constant current source flowing through the Rx is UO, and the Rx is UO/I, so that the resistance between measured points is calculated.

Claims (7)
1. A cable insulation tester based on a quick check file generation method is characterized in that the tester can perform conduction test and insulation test, the conduction test is performed by adopting a constant current measurement module, constant current measurement is performed by measuring resistance values between measured points and comparing the resistance values with a standard threshold value so as to determine whether the state of a channel is qualified, the insulation test is performed by adopting voltage generated by insulation resistance measured by known standard current limiting, voltage dividing resistance and resistance to be measured and an A/D conversion circuit, and the insulation value of the insulation resistance is calculated according to an ohm law.
2. The tester of claim 1, wherein the constant current measuring module comprises a constant current source and an a/D conversion circuit, wherein the resistor to be tested Rx and the constant current source are connected in series, the a/D conversion circuit and the resistor to be tested are connected in parallel, the constant current source generates a constant current with a current I, the constant current source generates a voltage Uo through Rx, and Rx-Uo/I, and the resistance between the tested points is obtained.

The method of claim 1, wherein selecting an insulation point, bridging all other insulation points, performing insulation inspection with the selected point and a group of bridged points, discarding the selected point if the insulation resistance meets the requirement, releasing one point from the bridged combination points, performing insulation inspection with the other bridged combination points, and so on; if the insulation resistance value is smaller than the specified resistance value, the point is used for carrying out insulation check with each point in the combined points one by one until finding out which point the insulation resistance value is reduced.
5. The tester of claim 1, wherein the device uses a relay matrix to uniformly bridge combinations of insulation points during insulation testing.
6. The tester of claim 1, wherein the tester is capable of converting a wiring table and an insulation table of a word document into a text document that can be recognized by the cable continuity tester.

The tester as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the data of the uploaded files are identified and parsed using Npoi, the rules of Npoi identification and parsing being: storing data in a word document or an excel document into a DataTable for analysis, distinguishing and classifying point numbers on all connectors according to an equipotential principle, wherein the equipotential point numbers are point numbers which are mutually conducted, and grouping according to the same potential to generate a cable conduction check table; for the selection of the insulation points, firstly, a test plug is selected, and one point is selected from each group of equipotential point numbers on the test plug to generate a cable conduction insulation check table.
