本发明涉及机械设备领域,尤其涉及一种煤矿井下检测系统。
背景技术
在煤矿井下开采时,会有甲烷等易燃的火灾气体,现有技术中,对于煤矿井下往往仅设置排气扇,而不会对井下的火灾气体进行检测;对于煤矿井下出现火灾等情况时,更是没法处理。
本发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述现有技术存在的问题之一,提供一种煤矿井下检测系统,该检测系统检测灵敏,安全可靠,结构简单。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种煤矿井下检测系统,其特征在于,包括:
检测模块,所述检测模块设置煤矿井下,用于检测煤矿井下的火灾气体浓度;
控制模块,所述控制模块与所述检测模块相耦接;
报警模块,所述报警模块与所述控制模块相连;
当所述煤矿井下内火灾气体浓度大于或等于气体浓度阈值时,所述控制模块控制所控制所述报警模块产生报警。
另外,根据本发明的煤矿井下检测系统,还可以具有如下技术特征:
进一步地,所述检测模块包括甲烷传感器,所述甲烷传感器用于检测所述煤矿井下内甲烷的浓度,在所述甲烷浓度大于或等于所述甲烷阈值时产生报警信号。
进一步地,所述检测模块包括二氧化碳传感器,所述二氧化碳传感器用于检测所述煤矿井下内二氧化碳的浓度,在所述二氧化碳浓度大于或等于所述二氧化碳阈值时产生报警信号。
优选地,还包括喷淋模块,所述喷淋模块与所述控制模块相耦接,当所述二氧化碳浓度大于或等于所述二氧化碳阈值时,所述喷淋模块进行喷淋。

报警模块30,所述报警模块30与所述控制模块20相连;
当所述煤矿井下内火灾气体浓度大于或等于气体浓度阈值时,所述控制模块20控制所控制所述报警模块30产生报警。
具体地,由检测模块10对于煤矿井下的火灾气体浓度进行检测,当所述煤矿井下内火灾气体浓度大于或等于气体浓度阈值时,所述控制模块20控制所述报警模块30报警;该检测系统检测灵敏,安全可靠,结构简单。
进一步地,所述检测模块10包括甲烷传感器,所述甲烷传感器用于检测所述煤矿井下内甲烷的浓度,在所述甲烷浓度大于或等于所述甲烷阈值时产生报警信号。
进一步地,所述检测模块10包括二氧化碳传感器,所述二氧化碳传感器用于检测所述煤矿井下内二氧化碳的浓度,在所述二氧化碳浓度大于或等于所述二氧化碳阈值时产生报警信号。
优选地,还包括喷淋模块40,所述喷淋模块40与所述控制模块20相耦接,当所述二氧化碳浓度大于或等于所述二氧化碳阈值时,所述喷淋模块40进行喷淋。
优选地,所述报警模块30包括蜂鸣器,所述蜂鸣器与所述控制模块20相连,以控制所述蜂鸣器的报警。
也就是说,由检测模块10对于煤矿井下的火灾气体浓度进行检测,当所述煤矿井下内甲烷气体浓度大于或等于甲烷浓度阈值时,所述控制模块20控制所述报警模块30报警;由检测模块10对于煤矿井下的火灾气体浓度进行检测,当所述煤矿井下内二氧化碳气体浓度大于或等于二氧化碳浓度阈值时,所述控制模块20控制所述报警模块30报警,说明井下发生火灾,并同时控制喷淋模块40进行喷淋处理。

检测模块,所述检测模块设置煤矿井下,用于检测煤矿井下的火灾气体浓度;
控制模块,所述控制模块与所述检测模块相耦接;
报警模块,所述报警模块与所述控制模块相连;
当所述煤矿井下内火灾气体浓度大于或等于气体浓度阈值时,所述控制模块控制所控制所述报警模块产生报警。
2.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿井下检测系统,其特征在于,所述检测模块包括甲烷传感器,所述甲烷传感器用于检测所述煤矿井下内甲烷的浓度,在所述甲烷浓度大于或等于所述甲烷阈值时产生报警信号。
3.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿井下检测系统,其特征在于,所述检测模块包括二氧化碳传感器,所述二氧化碳传感器用于检测所述煤矿井下内二氧化碳的浓度,在所述二氧化碳浓度大于或等于所述二氧化碳阈值时产生报警信号。
4.根据权利要求3所述的煤矿井下检测系统,其特征在于,还包括喷淋模块,所述喷淋模块与所述控制模块相耦接,当所述二氧化碳浓度大于或等于所述二氧化碳阈值时,所述喷淋模块进行喷淋。
