The second stopper 21 includes: a second limiting rod 211 which is T-shaped in vertical section, inserted in the first limiting groove 12 and the second limiting groove 222 and is hollow; a third stopper rod 212 screwed into the second stopper rod 211; and is vertically and slidably connected to a fourth limiting rod 215 which is connected with the third limiting rod 212 through a second elastic member 213 in the second limiting rod 211. The top of the second limiting rod 211 abuts against the top of the second connecting block 222 and the top of the first limiting plate 22, and the bottom extends to the first limiting groove 12 on the supporting platform 1; the second elastic member 213 is a spring, and the spring is vertically disposed; the vertical section of the fourth limiting rod 215 is funnel-shaped, and the diameter of the top of the fourth limiting rod 215 is larger than that of the bottom.
Two holes have been seted up to the lateral wall level that second gag lever post 211 kept away from its top, and two hole cross sections form crisscross structure, and ball 214 has been placed to corresponding hole department between second gag lever post 211 and the fourth gag lever post 215, and the diameter in hole is less than ball 214's diameter, because fourth gag lever post 215 is hourglass hopper-shaped, when fourth gag lever post 215 slides from top to bottom, the partial surface energy of ball 214 stretches out or withdraws the lateral wall of second gag lever post 211.
In the actual work process, place first limiting plate 22 on supporting platform 1 correspondingly, put into first spacing groove 12 with second stop device 21, in the second spacing groove 222, ball 214 income second gag lever post 211 this moment, thereby rotate third gag lever post 212 and make fourth gag lever post 215 synchronous rotation, and then make ball 214 stretch out the lateral wall of second gag lever post 211 and with second gag lever post 222 butt, in addition, the top and the bottom junction of the first gag lever post 12 that are located first connecting block 11 department are the slope section, ball 214 butt is at this slope section, thereby make first limiting plate 22 connect on supporting platform 1.
Referring to fig. 7, in the working process of the equipment, because the flatness of the ground is poor, the position of the supporting platform 1 corresponding to the supporting rod 13 is rotatably connected with the climbing device 5, so that the whole equipment can conveniently climb up to the target position through the climbing device 5.
The climbing device 5 includes: a connecting base 54 rotatably connected to the support platform 1; a first slope climbing rod 55 rotatably connected to the top of the connecting base 54; a second slope climbing rod 56 rotatably connected to the end of the first slope climbing rod 55 away from the connecting base 54; a fourth driver 57 provided between the first climbing rod 55 and the second climbing rod 56, and a hook-shaped claw 58 (see fig. 1) provided at an end of the second climbing rod 56 remote from the first climbing rod 55. Wherein, the connecting seat 54 and the first climbing rod 55 are connected with a chain wheel set, namely, the angle between the connecting seat 54 and the first climbing rod 55 can be changed; the tail end of the fourth driving member 57 is rotatably connected to the first climbing rod 55, the output end of the fourth driving member 57 is rotatably connected to the second climbing rod 56, and the fourth driving member 57 is specifically a hydraulic cylinder, that is, the angle between the first climbing rod 55 and the second climbing rod 56 can be changed.
In the process that the claw 58 (refer to fig. 1) grabs the ground, a fixture block is easy to appear on the undeveloped ground, in order to avoid the fixture block on the ground, the outer wall of the connecting seat 54 is connected with a first gear 51, and the top surface of the supporting platform 1 is slidably connected with a first rack 52 which is meshed with the first gear 51 and is pushed by a third driving piece 53. Wherein the third driving member 53 is specifically a hydraulic cylinder; in order to better define the moving direction of the first rack 52, a U-shaped plate corresponding to the first rack 52 is disposed on the supporting platform 1, and the first rack 52 is slidably connected in the U-shaped plate.
The implementation principle of this embodiment is that, moving supporting platform 1 to the target location through crawler 3, observing the spirit level, driving first support ring 41 and ground butt through first driving piece 14, observing the spirit level again, driving corresponding second support ring 43 through second driving piece 45 to play the effect of fine setting to supporting platform 1. When the support steel frame 15 is not vertical through the adjustment, the power source connected to the diagonal brace 18 needs to be started to adjust the length of the diagonal brace 18. Before adjustment, the first limiting device 2 is connected to the suspected deflection position according to the actual deflection position, so that data detected by the pressure module are more accurate, and when the deflection amount exceeds the maximum limit, the power source connected to the inclined support rod 18 is timely disconnected by the switch module.
The embodiments of the present invention are preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (6)
1. An alarm system for preventing a triaxial mixing pile machine from excessively inclining comprises a supporting platform (1), a supporting steel frame (15) connected to the supporting platform (1), a balancing rod (16) connected between the supporting platform (1) and the supporting steel frame (15), an inclined strut (18) relatively connected between the supporting platform (1) and the supporting steel frame (15), and a power source arranged between the supporting platform (1) and the inclined strut (18) and used for adjusting the length of the inclined strut (18), and is characterized in that a first sleeve (17) with a circular cross section is sleeved at a position, corresponding to the bottom end of the balancing rod (16), of the top surface of the supporting platform (1), and a plurality of first limiting devices (2) are arranged on the supporting platform (1), distributed along the radial direction of the first sleeve (17) and used for limiting the position of the first sleeve (17);
the first stop device (2) comprises: a first limit plate (22) connected to the support platform (1) through a second limit device (21); a first limiting block (23) arranged on the first limiting plate (22) and close to the first sleeve (17); the first limiting component (24) vertically penetrates through the first limiting block (23) and is close to the first limiting plate (22) and spaced from the first limiting plate (22); the first elastic piece (25) is horizontally arranged in the first limiting block (23) and pushes the first limiting assembly (24) to move towards the direction of the first sleeve (17); the pressure module is arranged in the first limiting block (23) and is abutted against the end part, far away from the first limiting assembly (24), of the first elastic piece (25); the first limiting assembly (24) is close to the first sleeve (17), the first limiting block (23) is close to the first sleeve (17), and a distance exists between the first limiting block and the first sleeve (17), and the length direction of the first elastic piece (25) is parallel to the length direction of the first limiting plate (22);
the device comprises a control module, a transmission module connected with the control module, a processing module connected with the transmission module, and an alarm module connected with the processing module, wherein the pressure module is connected with the processing module, the processing module is connected with the control module, and the control module is also connected with a switch module for driving a power source connected to an inclined strut (18) to be switched on and off;
the first stop assembly (24) comprises: a first limiting rod (241) vertically penetrating the first limiting block (23); a horizontal first limiting disc (242) connected to two ends of the first limiting rod (241); the first protrusion (243) is oppositely arranged on the side wall of the first limiting rod (241) and limits the position of the first limiting rod (241) extending into the first limiting block (23); the distance between the farthest positions of the two first limiting discs (242) is not greater than the length of the first sleeve (17) in the vertical direction;
a first limiting groove (12) for inserting a second limiting device (21) is formed in the supporting platform (1), and a second limiting groove (222) which is communicated with the first limiting groove (12) and used for inserting the second limiting device (21) is formed in the first limiting plate (22);
the second limiting device (21) comprises: a second limiting rod (211) which is inserted in the first limiting groove (12) and the second limiting groove (222) and is of a hollow structure; a third limiting rod (212) in threaded connection with the second limiting rod (211); the fourth limiting rod (215) is vertically connected in the second limiting rod (211) in a sliding manner and is connected with the third limiting rod (212) through a second elastic piece (213); the ball (214) is connected in the second limiting rod (211) in a relatively horizontal sliding mode and limits the position where the second limiting rod (211) is connected with the first limiting groove (12); wherein the fourth limiting rod (215) is shaped like a funnel.

The alarm system for preventing the triaxial mixing pile machine from being excessively inclined according to claim 1, wherein a crawler device (3) for driving the support platform (1) to move is arranged at the bottom of the support platform (1), a support rod (13) in a hollow structure is uniformly and vertically arranged on the support platform (1), a first driving piece (14) with an output shaft arranged downwards is arranged in the support rod (13), and a first support component (4) abutted to the ground is arranged on the output shaft of the first driving piece (14).

Alarm system to prevent excessive inclination of a triaxial mixing pile machine according to claim 2, characterised in that the first support assembly (4) comprises: a first support ring (41) provided at an output shaft end of the first driver (14) through a first connecting rod (42); a second support ring (43) arranged on the outer side of the first support ring (41) through a second connecting rod (44); wherein, the both ends of second connecting rod (44) are rotated respectively and are connected on first support ring (41) and second support ring (43), the lateral wall of bracing piece (13) just is located the top of first supporting component (4) and rotates and be connected with second driving piece (45) that correspond with second connecting rod (44), the end rotation of second driving piece (45) output shaft is connected on second support ring (43), and wherein, second connecting rod (44) specifically are length-adjustable's telescopic link.

The alarm system for preventing the triaxial mixing pile machine from being excessively inclined according to claim 3, wherein a climbing device (5) is rotatably arranged on the supporting platform (1) at a position corresponding to the supporting rod (13), a first gear (51) is arranged on the climbing device (5) close to the supporting platform (1), and a first rack (52) which is meshed with the first gear (51) and is pushed by a third driving piece (53) is slidably connected to the top surface of the supporting platform (1).

The alarm system for preventing the triaxial mixing pile machine from being excessively inclined according to claim 4, wherein the climbing device (5) comprises: a connecting seat (54) rotatably connected to the supporting platform (1); a first climbing rod (55) rotatably connected to the top of the connecting seat (54); a second climbing rod (56) which is rotatably connected to the end part of the first climbing rod (55) far away from the connecting seat (54); a fourth driver (57) disposed between the first climbing rod (55) and the second climbing rod (56); the outer side wall of the connecting seat (54) is connected with the first gear (51), the tail end of the fourth driving part (57) is rotatably connected to the position of the first climbing rod (55), the output end of the fourth driving part is rotatably connected to the position of the second climbing rod (56), and the first climbing rod (55) is driven by a chain wheel set connected to the first climbing rod (55) and the connecting seat (54).
6. The alarm system for preventing the triaxial mixing pile machine from being excessively inclined according to claim 5, wherein the end of the second climbing rod (56) far away from the first climbing rod (55) is provided with a sickle-shaped claw (58).
