Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a laminated coating cleaning device, which solves the problems that when the existing coating piece is cleaned after laminated coating, manual drying and cleaning are carried out, the body of an operator is affected, the drying air volume can not be controlled, residual liquid medicine on the inner wall of a drying box is inconvenient to clean, and the coating piece is inconvenient to take out and install.

triangular block 13 penetrates through the bulges 5 and extends to the outside of the bulges 5, the outer surfaces of the two triangular blocks 13 are respectively and fixedly connected with the inner surfaces of the upper triangular groove 9 and the lower rotating rod groove 10, one end of the upper rotating rod 11 and the lower rotating rod 12 penetrates through the bulges 5 and extends to the outside of the bulges 5, one end of the upper rotating rod 11 and one end of the lower rotating rod 12 are both fixedly connected with a rotating sleeve 14, the top of the membrane box 6 is provided with a through groove 15, partition plates 16 are fixedly connected between the inner walls of the through grooves 15, the partition plates 16 are uniformly and symmetrically distributed on the inner walls of the through grooves 15, the sliding plates 7 at the two sides of the membrane box 6 are connected with the inner surface of the bulge 5 in a sliding way, so that the membrane box 6 can be initially limited and fixed, then the rotating sleeve 14 is rotated to drive the upper rotating rod 11 and the lower rotating rod 12 to rotate, so that the triangular blocks 13 are clamped into the upper triangular groove 9 and the lower triangular groove 10, the membrane box 6 is further fixed by matching with the elasticity of the rubber plate 8, the membrane box 6 and the drying box 4 are conveniently connected and fixed, the dismounting and mounting processes are simple, the stability is strong, a plurality of separating plates 16 are arranged, a plurality of coated parts can be dried, the working efficiency is high, and those not described in detail in this specification are well within the skill of those in the art.

When the film coating machine works, firstly, a coated film piece which is coated is placed in the through groove 15 at the top of the film box 6 and is separated by the partition plate 16, then the box door on the surface of the drying box 4 is opened, and then the sliding plates 7 on the two sides of the film box 6 slide inwards along the inner surface of the bulge 5 and extrude the rubber plate 8, then the rotating sleeve 14 is rotated, the rotating sleeve 14 rotates to drive the upper rotating rod 11 and the lower rotating rod 12 to rotate, so that the triangular block 13 is clamped into the upper triangular groove 9 and the lower triangular groove 10 to fix the film box 6, the box door on the surface of the drying box 4 is closed, then the hot air blower 17 is started, and then hot air is led into the air box 20 through the folding pipe 27, meanwhile, the first motor 23 is started, and then the rotating rod 22 is driven to rotate, the rotating rod 22 rotates to further drive the second connecting gear 26 to rotate, so as to drive the meshed first connecting gear 25 to rotate, so that the rotating shaft 22 rotates, the rotating shaft 22 rotates and then drives the arc-shaped rotating plate 29 to rotate, after the proper air inlet amount is adjusted, the film coating part is dried through the ventilation seat 19 and the hot air disc 21, the residual liquid medicine is adhered to the inner wall of the fixed box 2, the second motor 40 is started, thereby driving the rotary column 35 to rotate, the rotary column 35 further drives the second chain wheel 37 to rotate, the chain 38 is used for driving the two first chain wheels 36 to rotate, the two threaded rods 30 of the two first chain wheels 36 rotate, thereby driving the threaded rod 30 to perform threaded transmission on the inner surface of the threaded hole 33, so that the moving plate 31 moves back and forth, thereby driving the scraper 32 to scrape the material on the inner wall of the fixed box 2, and after the above operation is completed, the air pump 42 is started, and then the fixed box 2 is pumped through the air inlet pipe 43, so that the waste materials scraped by the scraper 32 are pumped through the air inlet pipe, and then the waste material is led into the waste material box 41 through the air outlet pipe 44, which is the whole working principle of the laminated coating cleaning device.
