技术领域
本发明属于汽车制动系统领域,尤其是指一种新型汽车电动真空泵。
背景技术
现阶段在电动真空泵行业中,泵室密封环与O型密封圈采用分体式设计,密封环装配在下盖板与电机之间,会出现装配不准导致挤压变形,在电动真空泵工作时存在抽入真空通道或真空泄漏的情况,O型密封圈由于直径与其截面直径比率较大,在自由状态下会发生圈曲、变形等现象,O型密封圈装配到消音盖与电机间的异型环槽中,易出现脱出情况。由于现有结构防错设计不足,会出现零件漏装、装配不到位等问题,使车辆制动系统安全性大大降低的风险。
发明内容
本发明提供一种汽车电动真空泵,以解决现有电动真空泵的密封环和O型密封圈易发生变形,导致电动真空泵工作时抽入真空通道或真空泄漏及O型密封圈易出现脱出,零件出现漏装、装配不到位的问题。
本发明采取的技术方案是:消音盖通过颗消音盖螺钉装配在电机上,泵室螺钉将上盖板、定子、下盖板固定在电机上,在定子内部安装转子、叶片和偏心环,其中五片叶片安装在转子的五个槽中,偏心环与电机的电机轴过盈配合,转子安装在偏心环上,异型密封圈安装在电机与消音盖以及电机与下盖板之间,防护罩固定连接在电机侧面,支撑套与减震套孔内部固定连接,减震套固定连接在电机的法兰耳孔处,密封塞安装在电机底部;
所述异型密封圈内部为“8”字型,外部为异型,外部与内部由三根筋连接;
所述电机上有法兰结构,法兰中的密封圈槽为异型,密封圈槽与异型密封圈相匹配,法兰上有圆台,圆台与下盖板相匹配。
本发明的优点在于:结构新颖,在消音盖、与电机之间,下盖板与电机之间,设置明密封圈,将电机与下盖板之间的密封结构,以及电机与消音盖之间的密封结构统一为一个密封结构;在法兰中设置与新结构密封圈配合的密封槽,下盖板与新结构密封圈有更多的橡胶接触部位,能够更多的降低下盖板振动,抑制下盖板产生的噪音;将密封环和O型密封圈通过连接筋结合,由于增加连接筋结构,O型密封圈能够区分装配方向,可以与电机的异型密封圈槽一致,能够大大减低密封圈脱出的风险。采用一体式结构后,零件装配为工艺简化为装配一次,提高了产品的装配效率,用于新能源汽车、带有涡轮增压系统发动机的汽车、柴油发动机的汽车中,起到为汽车真空制动系统提供真空源的作用,属于汽车制动系统中的安全件之一。

具体实施方式
消音盖1通过3颗消音盖螺钉8装配在电机11上,泵室螺钉2将上盖板3、定子7、下盖板9固定在电机11上,在定子7内部安装转子4、叶片5和偏心环6,其中五片叶片5安装在转子4的五个槽中,偏心环6与电机11的电机轴过盈配合,转子4安装在偏心环6上,异型密封圈10安装在电机11与消音盖1以及电机11与下盖板9之间,防护罩12固定连接在电机11侧面,支撑套14与减震套13孔内部固定连接,减震套13固定连接在电机11的法兰耳孔处,密封塞15安装在电机底部;
所述异型密封圈10内部为“8”字型,外部为异型,外部与内部由三根筋连接;
所述电机11上有法兰1101结构,法兰1101中的密封圈槽110101为异型,密封圈槽110101与异型密封圈10相匹配,法兰1101上有圆台110102,圆台110102与下盖板9相匹配。
工作原理:本发明的电动真空泵由上盖板3、定子7和下盖板9形成密闭泵室,在电机11的驱动下,通过偏心环6带动转子4转动,叶片5在离心力作用下将泵室内气体排出产生真空。消音盖1的主要作用是减小噪音,保护内部不受灰尘和水、油等杂质侵扰。异型密封圈10安装在电机11上,起到电机11与消音盖1之间的密封,防止杂质侵扰。同时,在电机11与下盖板9之间有一处进气通道,起到密封作用。
本发明的异型密封圈10,如图2所示。内部由一个“8”字型密封圈组成,外部是一个异型密封圈,外部与内部由3根筋连接。通过上述结构组合后,异型密封圈的装配状态稳定,不易变形。在装配过程中不易松脱。本发明的异型密封圈10因结构上发生的变化,增大了与下盖板9的接触面积,且异型密封圈10与下盖板9的接触部分相对原方案受力更加均布,使得橡胶减振抑制噪音的能力提高,有效降低了产品的整体噪音水平。

1.一种汽车电动真空泵,其特征在于:消音盖通过颗消音盖螺钉装配在电机上,泵室螺钉将上盖板、定子、下盖板固定在电机上,在定子内部安装转子、叶片和偏心环,其中五片叶片安装在转子的五个槽中,偏心环与电机的电机轴过盈配合,转子安装在偏心环上,异型密封圈安装在电机与消音盖以及电机与下盖板之间,防护罩固定连接在电机侧面,支撑套与减震套孔内部固定连接,减震套固定连接在电机的法兰耳孔处,密封塞安装在电机底部。
