Abstract
The invention discloses a hoop type steel frame mounting tool and a mounting method. The hoop type tool for white use is mounted to provide a quick and effective solution for mounting and positioning of the steel frame structure, is accurate and reliable, ensures mounting precision, and is simple in principle and convenient to operate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of steel structures, in particular to a hoop type steel frame mounting tool and a mounting method.
Background
In the field of building steel structures, frame structure column bases can be generally divided into three forms, namely an exposed column base, an externally-wrapped column base and an embedded column base. The exposed column base is generally applied to multi-story and high-rise frame structures, industrial factory buildings and other types of structures. The exposed column base is simple in connection form, safe and reliable, and is applied to steel structure buildings. Typically, the steel frame columns are connected by anchor bolts or welded to embedded parts to transmit the load to the foundation. For the column base adopting the anchor bolt connection form, the positioning can be adjusted through the anchor bolt; for the column base adopting the embedded part welding form, the adjustment is carried out by means of tools such as a jack; and in order to guarantee the verticality and stability of the steel frame column, the cable wind rope is required to be used for adjustment and temporary fixation.
Actually, the guy rope cannot be pulled according to the installation requirement of the steel structure completely due to the limitation of site conditions and the consideration of the construction requirements of other specialties. Thus, the perpendicularity adjustment and temporary fixing of the steel frame column are difficult. The traditional mode of steel structure installation is carried out with the help of jack and guy rope, and the installation effectiveness is on the low side, can not satisfy current steel structure installation production demand.
Therefore, the invention provides a hoop type steel frame mounting method for solving the problems of mounting, adjusting and fixing of a steel structure and improving the mounting efficiency of a steel frame, and the scheme is generated.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a hoop type steel frame mounting tool and a mounting method, which are convenient to mount and operate and can improve the mounting efficiency and the mounting precision.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a hoop type steel frame installation tool comprises a hoop matched with an embedded part in a foundation in size, wherein the hoop comprises an upper positioning frame and a lower positioning frame, the upper positioning frame and the lower positioning frame are connected through an upright post, and a plurality of adjusting piles are arranged in the hoop in a matched mode.
The hoop type tool is composed of a hoop and an adjusting pile, the inner diameter of the hoop is the same as that of an embedded part in a foundation, and the height of the stand column is determined according to the length of the steel frame column so as to guarantee the temporary stability of the steel frame column. When the hoop is used, the lower positioning frame of the hoop and the embedded part are temporarily fixed, then the steel frame column is inserted into the hoop, and the axis positioning and the perpendicularity are adjusted through the adjusting pile on each side face. After the installation is finished, the hoop type tool is dismantled, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the positioning accuracy is high.
And (4) driving an adjusting pile between the side surface of the steel frame column and the upper positioning frame, and adjusting the axis positioning and the verticality of the steel frame column.

and eighthly, welding the steel frame, inspecting and finishing the structure installation.
