The antibacterial hydrophilic nonwoven fabric modifier according to claim 1, characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of acrylic resin, 5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 8 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate), 4 parts of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, 3 parts of a photoinitiator, 4 parts of an antibacterial agent and 80 parts of a solvent.

The antibacterial hydrophilic nonwoven fabric modifier according to claim 1, characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of acrylic resin, 6 parts of polyethylene glycol, 8 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate), 4 parts of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, 4 parts of photoinitiator, 5 parts of antibacterial agent and 80 parts of solvent.

The environment-friendly metal surface protective agent according to claim 1, characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4 parts of acrylic resin, 7 parts of polyethylene glycol, 9 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate), 5 parts of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, 3 parts of photoinitiator, 4 parts of antibacterial agent and 90 parts of solvent.

The antibacterial hydrophilic nonwoven fabric modifier according to claim 1, characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of acrylic resin, 8 parts of polyethylene glycol, 10 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate), 6 parts of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, 4 parts of photoinitiator, 5 parts of antibacterial agent and 100 parts of solvent.
9. A method for preparing the antibacterial hydrophilic non-woven fabric modifier according to any one of the claims 1 to 8, which is characterized in that: the method comprises the following specific steps:
step 1, adding 3-5 parts of acrylic resin, 8-10 parts of MMA (methyl methacrylate) and 80-100 parts of solvent into a reaction kettle, stirring for 5-10 minutes until complete mixing, wherein 500-1000 r/min of solvent is added;
step 2, adding 4-6 parts of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane and 5-8 parts of polyethylene glycol when the materials are completely mixed, stirring for 10 minutes at the speed of 500 revolutions per minute;
step 3, adding 3-4 parts of photoinitiator, stirring for 10 minutes at 500-1000 rpm;
step 4, adding 4-5 parts of antibacterial agent, stirring for 10-20 minutes at 500 revolutions per minute;
and 5, discharging and packaging to obtain a finished product.
