The structural principle of the invention is as follows:
when the pickling device is used, the liquid outlet pump is started, pickling solution in the liquid storage tank enters the water distributor through the liquid outlet pump, and the pickling solution is sent into each front-end sprayer, each middle-end sprayer and each rear-end sprayer by the water distributor; the wire rod passes through the inlet pipe and is conveyed by the first rotating roller and the second rotating roller, and the wire rod is conveyed vertically downwards in the front-end pickling pipe; the pickling solution flows downwards along the inner wall of the front end pickling pipe through the spraying effect of the front end nozzle on the two sides of the wire rod, and moves downwards together with the wire rod through the throttling effect of the vertical pickling channel, and the wire rod is in full contact with the pickling solution in the vertical pickling channel for pickling; then the wire rod is rotated by a turning roller, and a filtrate roller at the bottom side filters the redundant pickling solution on the bottom surface of the wire rod; when the wire passes through the pickling cavity, bidirectional hedging spraying is carried out through the middle-end spray heads on the two sides, pickling is simultaneously sprayed on the top surface and the bottom surface of the wire, and redundant pickling solution is dripped into the pickling tank body; then the wire enters the rear end pickling pipe through the rotating action of the steering roller, and is subjected to secondary pickling action through the side spraying action of the rear end spray heads on the two sides; finally the wire is conveyed out of the outlet pipe by the third and fourth rollers.
The water vapor generated in the front-end pickling pipe in the pickling process rises into the front-end exhaust pipe; the water vapor in the pickling tank rises into the middle end exhaust pipe; the water vapor generated in the rear-end pickling pipe rises into the rear-end exhaust pipe; finally, the air is collected in the middle end exhaust pipe and exhausted together through the negative pressure effect. Meanwhile, when the side walls of the front end exhaust pipe and the rear end exhaust pipe are condensed to form water drops, the water drops slide down along the side walls and flow into the pickling tank body through the dropping liquid pipe.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
when the wire is subjected to the pickling process, the soaking and pickling process is changed into the spraying and pickling process, a pickling tank is not required to be arranged for soaking the wire, the wire is subjected to three-stage spraying and pickling effects of vertical spraying, horizontal spraying and vertical spraying again sequentially by the device, and the effect of the pickling process is fully ensured through multi-stage pickling; each level of spray pickling can realize the omnibearing pickling effect on the wire rod by using a small amount of pickling solution to the maximum extent through the throttling effect, the using amount of the pickling solution is saved, the whole device has the energy-saving effect, and the pickling process effect is strong.
The device structure is reasonably designed, and water vapor generated by each part can be concentrated and collected in a targeted manner, so that the generated acidic water vapor is prevented from polluting the surrounding environment; the device is designed for preventing water vapor from dripping back into the pickling tank.
The invention collects the new pickling solution and the used pickling solution in a classified way, and the pickling solution in the pickling tank body can be separately collected and treated and then is refilled in the liquid storage tank; need not to carry out the parameter monitoring to the pickle in the descaling bath, only need guarantee that the pickle has good parameter in the liquid reserve tank, can make the device carry out the efficient and spray pickling effect, the operating efficiency of device is high.
Claims (10)
1. A pickling device applied to wire rods is characterized by comprising a pickling tank body, a front end pickling pipe, a front end spray head, an inlet pipe, a front end exhaust pipe, a first rotating roller, a second rotating roller, a steering roller, a filtrate roller, a middle end spray head, a middle end exhaust pipe, a water distributor, a rear end pickling pipe, a rear end spray head, an outlet pipe, a rear end exhaust pipe, a third rotating roller, a fourth rotating roller and a liquid storage tank;
the pickling tank body is of a hollow structure, and a liquid discharge pipe is arranged on one side of the bottom end of the pickling tank body; the front end pickling pipe is vertically communicated with one end of the top surface of the pickling tank body; two side surfaces of the front-end pickling pipe are provided with front-end spray head fixing blocks, and the front-end spray head fixing blocks are fixedly connected with the front-end pickling pipe; the front-end sprayer is embedded into the front-end sprayer fixing block to realize fixation; the inlet pipe is arranged on one side of the top end of the front end pickling pipe, the front end exhaust pipe is arranged on one side of the top end of the front end pickling pipe, and the inlet pipe, the front end exhaust pipe and the front end pickling pipe are arranged in a penetrating mode; the first rotating roller is arranged at one end in the inlet pipe; the second rotating roller is arranged at the top end in the front end pickling pipe;
the steering rollers are arranged at two ends of the pickling tank body; the filtrate rollers are respectively arranged at the bottom ends of the steering rollers; the central side wall of the pickling tank body protrudes outwards to form a pickling cavity; a middle end spray nozzle fixing block is arranged on the side wall of the pickling cavity and is fixedly connected with the pickling tank body; the middle-end sprayer is embedded into the middle-section sprayer fixing block to realize fixation; the middle-end exhaust pipe is vertically communicated with the pickling cavity; the water separator is arranged on the side wall of the middle-end exhaust pipe;
the rear end pickling pipe is vertically communicated with one end of the top surface of the pickling tank body and is symmetrically arranged with the front end pickling pipe; two side surfaces of the rear-end pickling pipe are provided with rear-end spray head fixing blocks, and the rear-end spray head fixing blocks are fixedly connected with the rear-end pickling pipe; the rear end nozzle is embedded into the rear end nozzle fixing block to realize fixation; the outlet pipe is arranged on one side of the top end of the rear end pickling pipe, the rear end exhaust pipe is arranged on one side of the top end of the rear end pickling pipe, and the outlet pipe, the rear end exhaust pipe and the rear end pickling pipe are arranged in a penetrating manner; the bottom ends of the front end exhaust pipe, the middle end exhaust pipe and the rear end exhaust pipe are arranged in a penetrating manner; the third rotating roller is arranged at one end in the outlet pipe; the fourth rotating roller is arranged at the top end of the rear end pickling pipe;
the liquid storage tank is arranged on one side of the outer wall of the pickling tank body, and one end of the top surface of the liquid storage tank is provided with a liquid inlet pipe; the top surface one end of liquid reserve tank is equipped with out the liquid pump, go out the one end of liquid pump and stretch into in the liquid reserve tank through the hose, go out the one end of liquid pump pass through the hose with the water inlet of water knockout drum is connected.

The pickling device for the wire rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein two sides of the front pickling tube are open to form a front nozzle bayonet, the front nozzle fixing block covers the outer side of the front nozzle bayonet, the front nozzle fixing block is sealed by a front nozzle bayonet sealing gasket, and the front nozzle bayonet is fixed to the front pickling tube by a bolt.
3. The pickling device applied to the wire rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the front end sprayers arranged on each front end sprayer fixing block is two, and the front end sprayers are symmetrically arranged; each front end nozzle is obliquely arranged downwards.

The pickling device for the wire rod as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inner wall of the bottom end of the front pickling tube is of an inward convex structure in the circumferential direction, so as to form a vertical pickling channel, and the size of the cross section of the vertical pickling channel is slightly larger than that of the cross section of the wire rod.

The pickling device for the wire rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end exhaust pipe and the rear end exhaust pipe are symmetrically arranged and have a folded structure in cross section; and the bottom ends of the front end exhaust pipe and the rear end exhaust pipe are provided with liquid dropping pipes, and the liquid dropping pipes are communicated with the pickling tank body through hoses.
6. The pickling device for the wire rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cross section of the pickling chamber is in an octagonal structure, and the side wall of the pickling chamber is in an open structure to form a middle nozzle bayonet.

The pickling device applied to the wire rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the middle-end nozzle fixing blocks is four, and the four middle-end nozzle fixing blocks are respectively arranged on two sides of the pickling cavity and symmetrically arranged; the middle-end nozzle clamping cover is arranged on the outer side of the middle-end nozzle bayonet, the middle-end nozzle bayonet is sealed through a middle-end nozzle bayonet sealing gasket, and the middle-end nozzle bayonet is fixed with the pickling tank body through a bolt.

The pickling device applied to the wire rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the water distributors is two, and the two water distributors are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the middle-end exhaust pipe; the outlet pipe of one water separator is connected with the front end spray head and the middle end spray head, and the outlet pipe of one water separator is connected with the middle end spray head and the rear end spray head.
