The invention has the following specific using process: the motor is connected with the adjusting rod 3, when the metal sheet needs to be subjected to dip plating, the metal sheet is perforated and fixed by molybdenum wires, the upper ends of the molybdenum wires are fixed in the positioning grooves 11 on the fixing rings 10, and the molybdenum wires are prevented from driving the metal sheet to slide. After the metal sheet to be dip-plated is fixed, a motor is started, the adjusting rod 3 is adjusted downwards, the metal sheet is placed into the molten pool 2, a thermocouple is arranged in the molten pool 2, the metal sheet is dip-plated, after the dip-plating is finished, the adjusting rod 3 is adjusted upwards, the metal sheet is taken out of the molten pool 2, and the dip-plated metal sheet is taken down.
