Abstract
The invention discloses heavy-duty diesel engine oil which comprises the following components: 30-60 wt% of mineral base oil, 10-30 wt% of synthetic ester, 10-20 wt% of extreme pressure antiwear agent and 10-20 wt% of detergent dispersant; the synthetic ester is one or more than two of isooctyl oleate, neopentyl polyol ester, trimethylolpropane oleate, trimellitate and dipentaerythritol ester. The heavy-duty diesel engine oil is used for a national VI CK-410W-40 heavy-duty diesel engine; and discloses a preparation method of the heavy-duty diesel engine oil. The invention adopts advanced middle ash additive technology and unique antiwear additive formula, and the application of the synthetic base oil further enhances the power protection effect of the additive and prolongs the service life of the engine and the oil product.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of lubricating oil, in particular to heavy-duty diesel engine oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The high temperature generated by the combustion of diesel oil can lead the common diesel oil to be oxidized too fast, thus leading the quality of the engine oil to be reduced or the engine oil to be invalid, and being not beneficial to protecting the lubricant of the engine.

Wherein, the extreme pressure antiwear agent comprises the following components: 0-5 wt% of olefin, 2-10 wt% of sulfur extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0-5 wt% of phosphorus extreme pressure antiwear agent and 5-10 wt% of synthetic calcium sulfonate.
Wherein the detergent dispersant is two or more of alkaline synthetic calcium sulfonate, overbased synthetic heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate, overbased magnesium sulfonate and overbased calcium sulfonate.

The mass ratio of the mineral base oil, the synthetic ester, the extreme pressure antiwear agent and the detergent dispersant is 1: 0.3-5: 0.1-0.2: 0.1-0.5. (3) adding the extreme pressure antiwear agent into the second mixture, uniformly stirring and cooling to 50 ℃; obtaining the heavy-duty diesel engine oil product which consists of 30 to 60 weight percent of mineral base oil, 10 to 30 weight percent of synthetic ester, 10 to 20 weight percent of extreme pressure antiwear additive and 10 to 20 weight percent of detergent dispersant.
Due to the high temperature, the high ash additives of conventional diesel engine oils are highly susceptible to the formation of hard deposits on the surfaces of engine components. The common diesel engine oil can not solve the problems of valve abrasion and untight closing caused by gas dryness, and the automobile exhaust contains a large amount of nitrated compounds to promote the nitration of the common diesel engine oil, generate a large amount of oil sludge, block an oil way or generate harmful substances such as a paint film and the like.
