The invention discloses a temperature-controlled leaking stoppage water plugging gel and an application method thereof, wherein the gel comprises 3-8% of polyacrylamide polymer, 0.2-0.5% of cross-linking agent, 0-15% of gelling regulator and the balance of clear water in percentage by weight; when in use, the gel slurry is prepared into pure liquid phase gel slurry according to requirements, and the gel slurry has excellent temperature control crosslinking capability and controllable crosslinking time, so that the gel slurry has excellent extrusion and injection capability; the crosslinking process is near-right-angle thickening, the initial setting and final setting time is short, and oil gas water channeling can be prevented in a stable stratum more effectively; the crosslinked gel has good acid-base resistance stability and high pressure bearing capacity, so that the plugging strip has stable and lasting effect and higher practical value.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oilfield chemistry, in particular to a temperature-control plugging hydrogel and an application method thereof.
Background
In the drilling process, the phenomenon that drilling fluid enters a leakage layer under the action of positive pressure difference to cause serious drilling fluid loss is called as lost circulation because the leakage layer is formed by cracks, faults or karst caves existing in stratum rocks. Along with the deepening of oil and gas exploration and development, stratum conditions are more and more complex, large cracks and karst cave complex leakage stratums are gradually increased in a drilling well, and serious well leakage and blowout are easily caused due to high temperature and high pressure of the stratums, dispersion of the oil and gas stratums and large difference of interbedded channeling pressure.
The commonly used plugging method in the prior art comprises slurry bridging plugging and cement injection plugging, but the pumping of the plugging agent is very difficult due to the defect that the viscosity and the crosslinking time of the plugging agent are difficult to control, and the pumped plugging material is easily polluted and diluted by complex stratum and slurry, corroded by acid and alkali substances in a salt layer and a salt paste layer in the stratum and damaged by a high-temperature low layer to cause the softening, degradation or loss of the plugging material, and finally cause the failure of plugging.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field is how to provide a high-pressure temperature-controlled plugging agent which is resistant to high temperature, acid and alkali corrosion and has excellent extrusion capacity.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a temperature-controlled leaking stoppage hydrogel, which has excellent squeezing capacity, controllable crosslinking speed and good pressure resistance, and can realize effective plugging while permeating a leakage passage, thereby improving the success rate of primary leaking stoppage and the pressure-bearing capacity.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

fully mixing 7.2 wt% of Polyacrylamide (PAM) with the molecular weight of 90 ten thousand and the hydrolysis degree of 6% with 0.3 wt% of chromium acetate, adding the mixture into clear water, continuously stirring for 1-3 h to fully dissolve the mixture, and adding 12 wt% of ammonium chloride in the stirring process to obtain the gel leakage-stopping slurry. And (3) crosslinking at the circulating temperature of 100-150 ℃ for 4-6h to obtain the plugging gel.
Test example 1

Adopting a simulated sandstone stratum test device, filling 20-40 meshes of quartz sand into a sand filling pipe to simulate hypertonic sandstone, filling a channel in the pipe with 2% saline/diesel oil, and measuring the initial permeability of the saline/diesel oil; injecting gel slurry, displacing saline water in the simulated core, keeping the temperature at the simulated temperature of 60 ℃ for more than 12h, fully displacing the gel crosslinked by the saline water, recording the pressure and the flow when the highest pressure of the equipment is 10MPa, and obtaining the specific result shown in table 2;

The test results in table 2 show that the gel plugging agent prepared by the invention still has good plugging capability even under the pressure of 10MPa after plugging, which indicates that the gel plugging agent prepared by the invention is crosslinked under the action of the formation temperature after entering a leakage passage, forms a stable crosslinked body after a certain time, and forms a plugging barrier with good pressure-bearing plugging capability with weak cementation of formation rock.
3) Anti-contamination capability test
Clear water, 6 percent bentonite slurry and 10 percent water-based slurry are respectively adopted to prepare gel slurry, the performance is consistent after crosslinking, and the layering phenomenon is generated after weighting, but the crosslinking is not influenced; the gel prepared by the invention has good anti-pollution capability.
