The acrylate emulsion is compounded, so that the price of the neoprene emulsion can be greatly reduced, and excellent initial viscosity can be provided.
In patent CN108410392A, neoprene emulsions have also been modified with various resins. However, the initial viscosity is still insufficient, so that the production cost is increased by using a demulsifier, and the existing single-component spray glue has the characteristic that the existing single-component spray glue can be sticky only by waiting for a certain period of time to volatilize water.

The invention provides a quick-drying water-based single-component spray adhesive for soft furniture, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: soft monomer: 74-80 parts of hard monomer: 20-26 parts of functional monomer: 3-6 parts of an emulsifier: 2-3 parts of pH buffering agent: 0.1-0.3 part of initiator: 0.3-0.5 part of post-treatment agent: 0.1-0.3 part, deionized water: 98-100 parts of a pH regulator: 2-5 parts of preservative and 0.1-0.3 part of preservative; the soft monomer is one or more of ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate and isooctyl acrylate; the hard monomer is one or more of styrene, vinyl acetate, methyl methacrylate and ethyl methacrylate.
Preferably, the glass transition temperature of the soft monomer is ≦ 48 ℃, and the viscosity of the soft monomer is 150-250 mPa.s; the particle size of the soft monomer is less than or equal to 200 nanometers.
Preferably, the emulsifier: one or more of SR-10, COPS-1, DNS-86 and APS-100.
Preferably, the PH buffer is sodium bicarbonate and the initiator is ammonium persulfate or sodium persulfate.
Preferably, the initiator is ammonium sulfate; the post-treating agent is sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate and tert-butyl hydroperoxide; the pH regulator is ammonia water or AMP-95.
Preferably, the preservative is a formaldehyde-free and VOC-free non-oxidizing germicidal preservative.

s2: adding 1/4 emulsifier, PH buffer and residual deionized water into the kettle bottom, stirring and heating to 84 ℃;
s3: after the temperature is constant, 5 percent of pre-emulsion is added into a kettle, and 1/4 initiator is added; reacting for 30 minutes to obtain seed emulsion;
s4: adding the rest initiator into the pre-emulsion, uniformly mixing, and then finishing dropwise adding within 3-4 hours;
s5: after the dropwise addition, preserving the heat for one hour, then cooling to 65-70 ℃, taking a little water to dissolve the sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate and the tert-butyl hydroperoxide, and simultaneously dropwise adding for 20 minutes, and preserving the heat for half an hour;
s6: cooling to room temperature, adjusting pH to be alkaline, and filtering to obtain the final product.
Preferably, in the step S1, the mixed monomer is poured by using a spiral type guide pipe structure.

The soft monomer is ethyl acrylate, the hard monomer is styrene and methyl methacrylate, and the emulsifier is SR-10.

A quick-drying water-based single-component spray adhesive for soft furniture comprises the following components: soft monomer: 76 parts of hard monomer: 23 parts of functional monomer: 4 parts of an emulsifier: 2.5 parts, pH buffer: 0.2 part of initiator: 0.4 part of post-treatment agent: 0.2 part of deionized water: 99 parts of a pH regulator: 3 parts and 0.2 part of preservative.

the soft monomer is one or more of ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate and isooctyl acrylate;
the hard monomer is one or more of styrene, vinyl acetate, methyl methacrylate and ethyl methacrylate.

The quick-drying water-based single-component spray adhesive for the soft furniture according to claim 1, wherein the glass transition temperature of the soft monomer is less than or equal to-48 ℃, and the viscosity of the soft monomer is 150-250 mPa.s; the particle size of the soft monomer is less than or equal to 200 nanometers.
3. The fast-drying aqueous one-component spray adhesive for soft body furniture according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifier: one or more of SR-10, COPS-1, DNS-86 and APS-100.
