The invention relates to the technical field of chemical coatings, in particular to a water-based shop primer with excellent initial water resistance and a preparation method thereof, wherein the water-based shop primer with excellent initial water resistance comprises a component A and a component B; the component A comprises zinc powder, antirust filler and filler; the component B comprises potassium silicate, lithium silicate, silica sol, aqueous hyperbranched resin, an auxiliary agent and water. The water-based shop primer with excellent initial water resistance provided by the invention has the advantages that the initial water resistance of a paint film is improved on the basis of maintaining the excellent antirust performance of the shop primer, the paint film can resist fresh water immersion after being cured, the requirements of the shop primer on the use environment are met, and the water-based shop primer has wide application prospects.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical coatings, and particularly relates to a water-based shop primer with excellent initial water resistance and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The shop primer, namely the steel pretreatment primer, is a quick-drying primer which is sprayed on the surface of steel after the steel (steel plate or profile steel) is subjected to sand blasting treatment and rust removal on a coating production line, plays a role in rust prevention on the steel in the processes of storage, processing and assembly, and reduces the workload of secondary rust removal. It is subject to significant varieties of polyvinyl butyral shop Primer (PVB), epoxy zinc rich shop primer, epoxy iron red shop primer, inorganic zinc silicate shop primer, and the like. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the development of water-based anticorrosive coatings has been on the rise, and water-based shop primers are also listed as one of the main varieties of water-based coatings. The VOC content of the solvent type workshop primer is as high as 600-680 g/L, and the water-based workshop primer can realize almost zero VOC, so that the VOC emission is greatly reduced.
The water-based shop primer is developed based on an inorganic silicate technology, the film forming speed of the water-based alkali metal silicate depends on the modulus of the silicate, the modulus is low, the film forming speed is slow, the initial water resistance is poor, the alkali metal silicate contains a large amount of alkali metal cations, the ions still exist in the coating after drying, the water absorption is strong, and the reason for the poor initial water resistance is also high. High modulus improves water resistance, but has the problems of poor stability and poor adhesion. Therefore, although the film formation mechanism of the water-based shop primer is different from that of the organic water-based anticorrosive paint, there is a problem of initial water resistance similar thereto. The steel plate just coated with the shop primer is quickly stored outdoors, and if the steel plate meets rainy days, the protection effect is influenced by the poor water resistance of the initial paint film.
Chinese patent publication No. CN104987758A discloses a water-based inorganic shop primer, which uses water glass and silicone-acrylic emulsion as cross-linking agent, and simultaneously reduces the usage amount of zinc powder and the emission of zinc oxide smoke dust during welding and cutting.
Chinese patent publication No. CN105860619A entitled "aqueous shop primer composition and antirust steel product" discloses a shop primer with excellent welding resistance obtained by combining mica iron oxide and zinc powder, and the patent mentions the problem of metal ion water absorption of aqueous alkali metal silicate, but does not solve the problem from the formulation.
Chinese patent publication No. CN106433248A discloses a self-curing environment-friendly water-based shop primer, which is a low-zinc-content shop primer and aims to solve the problem of zinc smoke release during welding and cutting.
The above patents mainly follow the route of the modification of alkali metal silicate solutions with organic emulsions, which are aimed at improving the flexibility of the paint film. The invention adopts waterborne hyperbranched acrylic acid and silica sol for modification, and improves the initial water resistance on the basis of improving the flexibility.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of insufficient flexibility and initial water resistance of the existing shop primer mentioned in the background art, the invention provides a water-based shop primer with excellent initial water resistance, which comprises a component A and a component B; the component A comprises zinc powder, antirust filler and filler; the component B comprises potassium silicate, lithium silicate, silica sol, aqueous hyperbranched resin, an auxiliary agent and water.
On the basis of the scheme, the component A further comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
20 to 40 percent of zinc powder
40 to 70 percent of antirust pigment
10 to 20 percent of filler.

The invention provides a preparation method of the water-based shop primer with excellent initial water resistance, which comprises the following preparation methods of a component A and a component B:
the preparation method of the component A comprises the following steps: adding zinc powder, anti-rust pigment and filler into a preparation container, mixing, sieving and packaging to obtain a finished product; wherein the preparation container is preferably a powder mixer;
the preparation method of the component B comprises the following steps:
step one, adding potassium silicate into a reaction vessel for stirring, wherein the reaction vessel is preferably a pulling cylinder, the rotating speed of the reaction vessel is preferably 400-600 r/min, adding lithium silicate, the lithium silicate is preferably added slowly and prevented from gelling by stirring, then adding silica sol and stirring, and the stirring is preferably continued for 3-5 min after the silica sol is added;
step two, adding the aqueous hyperbranched resin and the auxiliary agent into the product obtained in the step one, and stirring, wherein preferably continuously stirring for 5-10 min after the aqueous hyperbranched resin and the auxiliary agent are added;
and step three, adding water into the product obtained in the step two and stirring to obtain the catalyst.
Compared with the prior art, the water-based shop primer with excellent initial water resistance and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the following technical principles and beneficial effects:
(1) the hyperbranched resin is a highly random multi-stage branched polymer with a three-dimensional spherical stereo structure, and has the characteristics of unique low viscosity, rich modifiable functional groups at the tail end and the like. The hyperbranched structure of the aqueous hyperbranched resin enables the aqueous hyperbranched resin to have lower viscosity than that of a linear resin with the same molecular weight, and gel is avoided; the hyperbranched structure of the water-based hyperbranched resin enables the resin to have more terminal groups, can provide high crosslinking degree, forms organic-inorganic hybridization with silicate, makes up the defects after the silicate film is formed, and accordingly improves the initial water resistance.
(2) The silica sol is a silica colloidal solution, is used for modifying silicate, can form a film together with the silicate, improves the modulus of the silicate and improves the water resistance of the silicate.
