1. A production method of a high-strength FDY paper tube is characterized by comprising the following steps: comprises the following production steps:
(1) cutting the bobbin paper into four paper tapes with the width specifications of 103mm, 104mm, 105mm and 106mm by a splitting machine, and selecting parchment paper which is split into 116mm width by the splitting machine;
(2) selecting a proper number of paper layers to sequentially load the bobbin paper and the parchment paper on an automatic tube coiling machine, wherein the automatic tube coiling machine selects a tube coiling chromium-plated core rod with the model of 120.2mm as a tube coiling grinding tool and an anti-skid canvas belt with the width of 106 mm;
(3) the paper tape is pulled out from the paper frame for gluing, the paper tape is reeled on an automatic pipe reeling machine after gluing, the automatic pipe reeling machine does not pressurize temporarily in the paper feeding and paper cutting and splicing processes when the paper tape is started, when the paper tape enters a pipe reeling mandrel for repressurization, the paper pressure is controlled to be 2-3kpa per sheet, and the speed of pipe reeling is controlled to be 8-12 m/min;
(4) cutting the wound and formed paper tube into a long tube of 1540 and 1550mm, and drying in a drying room;
(5) dividing the dried long pipe into a plurality of short pipes according to requirements by using a finishing cutter, and grinding, polishing and grooving the divided short pipes to obtain a finished product;
(6) and (6) inspecting, packaging and warehousing.
2. The method for producing the high-strength FDY paper tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the parchment paper in the step (2) is the outermost layer of paper loaded on the automatic pipe coiling machine.

The method for producing the high-strength FDY paper tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and (3) the glue used in the step (3) is PVA glue, the optimal use temperature of the PVA glue is about 25 ℃, when the indoor temperature is lower than 10 ℃, a glue heating system is started, the temperature of water in the heater is kept at 20-30 ℃, and the flowability and the binding power of the glue are ensured.
4. The high-strength FDY paper tube as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the paper ratio of the high-strength FDY paper tube is as follows: 1 piece of 360g yarn paper tube, 14 pieces of 420g yarn paper tube and 1 piece of parchment paper.

A high strength FDY paper tube according to claim 4 wherein: the high-strength FDY paper tube comprises a cylindrical paper tube body, wherein the straight opening inner diameter of the paper tube body of the high-strength FDY paper tube is 120.6-120.8mm, the tube length of the high-strength FDY paper tube is 149.8-150.0mm, the wall thickness of the high-strength FDY paper tube is 8 +/-0.05 mm, the gram weight of the high-strength FDY paper tube body is 400 +/-10 g/tube, and the compression resistance of the high-strength FDY paper tube body is more than or equal to 1800N.
6. A high strength FDY paper tube as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein: the paper proportion of the high-strength FDY paper tube is as follows: 4 pieces of 360g yarn paper tube, 12 pieces of 420g yarn paper tube and 1 piece of parchment paper.

A high strength FDY paper tube according to claim 6 wherein: the high-strength FDY paper tube comprises a cylindrical paper tube body, wherein the straight opening inner diameter of the paper tube body of the high-strength FDY paper tube is 120.6-120.8mm, the tube length of the high-strength FDY paper tube is 149.8-150.0mm, the wall thickness of the high-strength FDY paper tube is 8.4 +/-0.05 mm, the gram weight of the high-strength FDY paper tube body is 450 +/-10 g/tube, and the compression resistance of the high-strength FDY paper tube body is more than or equal to 2600N.
